Friendly, polite personnel. Convenience, clean shuttle. Beautiful, clean, well-stocked rooms. All in all a beautiful stay.

Overall, great experience. Will definitely recommend it to anyone coming over to stay a few days in Montreal. It's a 20 mins ride from downtown though.

I would like to especially thank the awesome reception staff from Jan 11th to 12th. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks again!

Airport shuttle hasn't come to airport - been waiting for 60 mins at Dorval. Hotel doesn't answer their phone at all.

Nasty bed with lots of long hairs, my first and last stay there.

Not up to cleanliness standards at all. There were long hairs all over the bed and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned properly.

To make matters worse, I stayed for two nights and the room service never showed up to clean the room.

The shower only had cold water and wouldn't heat up at all.

The toilet also had issues with flushing properly.

As for the breakfast, it was very underwhelming. They only provided muffins, coffee creamer, and a snack bar, like a grab-and-go kinda thing.

The TV didn't have a feature to cast from my phone. In addition, there were no power outlets in the lobby for me to charge my laptop or phone while waiting for my flight.

I had initially planned on using the pool but decided against it as it appeared dirty from the windows outside.

The only positive aspect of my stay was its close proximity to the airport.

J'ai été très déçu de l'acceuil pas de bonjour, sourire, la chambre les planfons non égales ont voyait tout le plastrage mal fait, j'ai gelé j'ai dû prendre la couette sur l'autre lit et la mettre sur le mien et ce qui concerne les repas oufff laisser a désiré frite conngelé cuite au four et les bouts brûlées, pas d'ustenciles assiette de cartons pour le prix c'est très désolant, La première fois et la dernière fois que j'irai a cet endroit.

Very convenient to YUL, consistent with other aloft properties we have been to. Rooms are spacious and minimalist, with a bit of pop-culture sprinkled into the mix.

WIFI was very sketchy during our stay (problem with DHCP server assigning IP addresses) and the front desk personnel were unable to fix it. Attempts to call our airline via the room phone were also unsuccessful (888 numbers were unreachable).

My recommendation is that before you unpack, you make sure all technology you may require on your room works before settling in.

Great room, clean, comfortable, only issue we had with our room was the drain in shower drained to slow and the water would accumulate and the mini fridge made noise. I unplugged the fridge (prob solved) and she asked if we wanted a room change due to the shower but we said not necessary. It did drain eventually but needs to be cleaned out. That's all. Great place to stay, free shuttle to airport just a stones throw away, and a $34 Uber ride to downtown St Catherine St to all the Christmas lights and shopping! We will absolutely stay there again on return to Montreal! It had a nice pool table downstairs in the lobby also to entertain you while waiting. My family loved it

Très confortable et déco moderne. Le personnel est très accueillant et accommodant. Le barman Jab est super sympathique! Je recommande cet endroit

Hotel propre et bien situé avant un vol de yul. Le service de navette eat fiable et efficace. Chambre propre et honnête pour le prix. Service très sympathique par Jab au bar. On a passé une excellente soirée en sa compagnie.

Hotel is great based on price point. Front desk is average (on their phones all the time). Food and bar service needs lots of help. She tried hard but not sure why the kitchen takes 1 hr to get fried food out when no one is here ordering. Cold, undercooked and not worth it. Go next door or order delivery.

Joli hôtel, tranquille et convivial, tout près de l’aéroport. Le service du bar est excellent, et le petit menu abordable est très bien. Nous avons beaucoup aimé, très chaleureux comme endroit.

Great location close to the airport. Other than that not a whole lot good to say. Our first room had some kind of fan outside the door in the hallway that sounded like nails on a chalkboard so we asked to move rooms, which we got moved to a room with an adjoining room attached by a door. The walls are paper thin and we got to listen to our neighbours bang then talk loudly throughout the night. Brutal.

Likes:
1st: The atmosphere was great. When you enter the lobby the setting is quite beautiful, clean and organized.
2nd: The bed was comfortable and the blinds were amazing to me as I always wanted a dark room when relaxing and sleeping
3rd: The hotel have 350ml shampoo/conditioner/shower gel bottle which was nice. We liked the smell and how hydrating it was.
4th: Pool was nice, much better when my husband and I went that it was only the two of us swimming.

Dislikes:
- there was a hit and missed with the service of the Front Desk, some of them are kind, nice and welcoming and some are just rude.
- I complained regarding the dryer on the 5th floor, it has quite a bit of hair and purple stain that melted and looked sticky.
- Front desk should have spare change or enough change when a guest ask to break a bill for the laundry, as some will not have coins.
- we certainly did not like how we were ask to go to Sheraton Hotel for an ATM and get some change.
- After a long day, we went back to our hotel room and our sheets and towels were changed which was great, however when I was about to go to bed, I saw some stains on the flat sheet which made me ask front desk for a new one.
- our door in the hotel was very hard to open and close. We had to push/pull so hard to get it to open and close.
- we weren’t a fan that the closet did not look like a closet, the mini fridge was under the sink.
- shower head did not have enough pressure, took too long for my husband and I to finish showering.
-lastly, there was always a banging noise on top of us or this noise which we do not know where it was coming from.

No shower gel and tissue in room, and the front desk phone was always busy (I must have tried over 20 times at different time points and no luck to connect so had to come down myself to sort our issues). Room is overall clean and when speaking to staff they do seem friendly. Very close to airport.
