It took me more than $10000 to realize that they will not take responsibility for any failures and they are just full of lies.
My 36# tooth has serious pain after being treated by root canal by them. The doctor told me it is just sensitivity but it is actually very severe bone infections. I suffer so much from their wrong diagnosis, I couldn’t even sleep because of the pain.
I have been dealing with my teeth with them for over 5 years, I still remember how Dr. Homsi carefully treated my tooth on weekends nicely. But they have changed, refusing to take any responsibility for their fault.
The staff here were fantastic. We were from out of town and had a emergency minor dental dental repair just before getting on a cruise ship. We got a Sunday morning appointment and all went well.
This was the first time I came to this clinic for cleaning, the staffs are friendly and explained every thing I required. The doctor examined all my teeth thoroughly and explained everything in detail. I had the cleaning with Madame Bahar and the service was excellent. She is skillfull nice and does her job perfectly. Irommend her!
Cette boutique dentiste est située à Brossard, sur la Rive-Sud de Montréal. Le magasin est propre. Les chinois à la réception sont très prudents. Les dentistes sont également très à sérieusement. C'est facile pour stationner la voiture.
Great experience from this clinic. I did my root canal and follow up with Dr. Homsi, the front desks staffs were very helpful. They have the best dentists and hygienists in town.
I came to check and clean a family member's and my teeth. They explained us everything concerning the result of the exam, planned our next visit and gave us tips and items to help maintain our teeth clean. We don't have insurance but they offered a good price for the expensive teeth work. In overall, they gave good service and their staffs are skilled and friendly! I recommend this place.
Very nice clinic! The receptionists are very nice and the dentists are professional. The environment was so comfortable, and the services are available in Chinese, English and French!
The best place to go. If you are scared of dentists, they will do the extra mile to take care of you. Really great place and great people. Would definitely recommend.
This dental clinic has drastically changed the way it does business compared to when it was a start-up. It wasn’t always this way. I liked it a lot more back then.

Everyone was great, knowledgeable and very thorough. Treatment plans were detailed and approved insurance coverage already detailed. Wouldn't recommend any other dental clinic over this one. Thank you.

Jais appeler pour un rendez-vous d’urgence il m’on dit oui nous avons une place pour finalement payer 120$ pour un scanner et des frais "d’urgence" qui n’a pas réglé mon urgence dentaire et me mettre un rendez-vous une semaine plus tard …. Je crois que vous ne comprenez pas le terme URGENCE quel arnaque!
Finalement je suis aller dans une vrais clinique qui a su réglé mon urgence 30min plus tard mes deux dents de sagesse problématiques étais retiré le même jours.merci clinique st-charles à Longueuil!
The worst experience ever. Went for treatment of a cavity and Dr. Karim decided that I should do root canal treatment. Since this was recommended I went with the doctor's decision. First, I explained the doctor that the anesthesia did not fully work and I was in pain during the treatment, yet I was told to bear with it, and we had to finalize the root canal treatment in 3 sessions. Secondly, It happened that the root canal treatment was not done properly till the root of the tooth and I was not even told about that. Only when I went to complain about the tooth being damaged and scratches for some reasons, I was told that I should also see a specialist in endodontics because at a later point I might feel pain. Which exactly happened. Two weeks later the cheek got inflamated, my eye and my ear started to hurt. When I called them back to explain that I was in pain and that retreatment costs 3 times more, I was told that we fully refunded you and we cannot do anything more than that. If you wish to complain, you can do that. I was literally left with no choice but deal with the situation. Went to the clinic with no pain, was in pain during treatment, and I am in pain after. Would never believe that this can happen in a clinic here. Would never recommend going there. Choose wisely a dentist.
2 months has passed since the crown treatment. The crown leaves little space for dental floss to pass through. The crown even broke my floss. The dentist was attentive to hear but not open to give detailed explanation and it leaves me wondering and worries. He did not even ask me what made me so worried but just said there is no problem.
I have been Alpha for many years, my family all are clients here, not only it is convenient to go, I like there’s services, the front desk is nice, the dentists are very professional and kind, and the office Linda has a good presentation about Dental knowledge.
Malheureusement, je dois rejoindre les commentaires négatifs concernant mon expérience a la clinique Alpha Seaforth. Mes traitements s'étaient pourtant bien passés et le Dentiste était sympathique. Mais parfois j'ai du y retourner car le plombage qu'on m'a fait me gênait et je me mordais la joue. Hier, ma molaire, sur laquelle le dentiste a fait un plombage il y a moins d'un an, a carrément éclaté car la carie a continué de se propager.je dois trouver une autre clinique en urgence maintenant:/
The staff members are all extremely friendly and efficient, and Doctor Homsi and the hygienists I've seen are all total pros! Also, I've literally never once had to wait in the waiting room-I've always just walked right in. I'm totally impressed with their whole operation. And they're conveniently located 5 minutes from Guy-Concordia Metro.
My spouse and I both come here and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have worked hard to ensure our insurance benefits covered the work we needed, and are budget-friendly without compromising quality. The office has a good ambience and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. We were both nervous to go to the dentist after years of neglecting our teeth but no one at Alpha Seaforth shamed us, rather we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. They understand that trips to the dentist make a lot of people anxious and they do everything they can to accommodate their patients. I highly recommend this dental clinic.
I was looking for a clinic for a short visit for my tooth before I travel and i called this one since it wasnt far from my work and also it has good reviews. The woman on the phone was a bit confused I would say. I waited two weeks I was a bit suprised why I had to wait that long to see the dentist. The day I arrive to the clinic, I meet the dentist and he was asking me what I dont like about my teeth so i explain him its just a small filing to be done nothing else. He was confused, then after a while I was told that I came for ortho consultation. That was such a waste of time cuz I never asked for that type of consultation, I dont need braces. The receptionist never asked me about this, when i called i just said i wanted to see a dentist and i was a new client. Not going to step my foot in this clinic. I would have given 0 stars for this service.
I have been going to this dental clinic for over two years, and without exception I have been treated professionally and respectfully. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes from my scheduled appointment time. (Their prices are quite reasonable too). The staff who take care of appointments, payments, etc, are the best I have ever encountered at a dental or doctor's office. Appointments are confirmed via text message. I hope their great level of service continues for many years to come. A+.

Both dentist and dental hygienist were extremely knowledgeable. They informed me and brought me through cleaning, x-rays, etc. Everyone there was very nice as well. Highly recommend.

We recently moved here in Brossard and we came from Vancouver. Been searching for a great dentist who speaks English and found this clinic. First time we went it was great but our second time I had a bad experience in terms of payment. We always have coverage from my husband's insurance and every time we go to a dental clinic, they bill the insurance directly. This is the only time that I needed to pay the cost first just because they couldn't get an answer from our insurance at that time. I've agreed to pay since they promised to reimburse the money once they receive the payment from our insurance. Until now I haven't received the reimbursement or cheque and it's been more than 1 month since they have charged me. The receptionist keep saying they have sent it and when I called the third time today they told me they just mailed out the cheque this morning. This has never happened to me in any dental clinic. Would definitely not coming back due to lack of competence from admin staff.
Good service. Diane, the dental hygienist is very gentle when she does the cleaning. They are open evenings and weekends which is very practical for people working office jobs.

The best dental clinic! I have been in other clinics as well but the quality and service you receive here is the best. The staff are very friendly and do their best to help you as much as possible. The dentist are very kind and professional, doing a great job. I had two different dentists and both were wonderful. Definitely recommend to anyone! Zeinab
I went to see Dr. Chehade following a referral from an orthodontist who strongly recommended that I get palatal expansion surgery. It is a common misconception that surgeons will always push surgery during their consultations, and I was expecting just that. Instead, Dr. Chehade was honest and opted against it because that he didn't think the benefits would outweigh the risks. I was extremely surprised (and impressed) by this. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Dr. Chehade and his staff were very welcoming. I highly recommend visiting this clinic if you are considering maxilofacial surgery and would like an honest opinion.

This orthodontist is great, did me a real solid, told me to stop using my mouth guard for a while and my teeth shifted back and realigned on their own! Saved me $8000 I was planning on spending at another clinic for braces. AND didn’t charge me for this consultation. Such honestly and professionalism. Thanks so much!

I had clear aligners put on at this clinic (like Invisalign). The service and the price are amazing. Having two locations (downtown and Brossard) is very convenient for me.

Suite au expérience que ma soeur a reçu de cette clinique, j’ai décidé de donner cette place une chance. Je reçois présentement un traitement d’orthodontie avec Dr. Tarek, qui lui est expérimenté dans cet domaine depuis des années en France. Excellent prix, consultation avec le dentiste sans frais (vous n’ayez besoins que d’un panoramic, à vos frais). Le nombre de patients qui reçoit ce même traitement est très élevé! Et les résultats observés sont très remarquables! Merci Dr. Tarek et à l’équipe alpha, qui joue tous un rôle dans mon traitement pour les années passées et restantes!
Cette équipe dentaire offre le plus grand variété de services que ne pouvez retrouver nul part autre. Que ce soit l’orthodontie, implants, extraction simple, extractions chiurgicals avec Dr Marine, traitement canal, tous ces service offerts pour que vous éviter un rendez-vous chez un spécialiste qui peut facilement doubler vos frais dentaires. La superviseure des secrétaire, Lily, a pris son temps pour m’expliquer tous les problèmes que j’avais avec mes dents, et par la suite a expliqué le plan de traitement que le dentiste m’avais suggéré. Dentistes, secrétaires, hygiénistes et assistantes parlent tous français et même s’ils ne sont pas courant avec cette langue, ils font leurs efforts pour que tu sortes de la clinique en sachant ce qui se passe avec mes dents. Même pour un rendez-vous d’urgence, que vous aviez déjà un dentiste ou non, cette place vous traite comme un patient des leurs. Bien sûre, je n’ai pas regretté d’avoir changé de dentiste après un rendez-vous d’urgence! Maintenant je suis sous la responsiblité de Dr. Homsi, un dentiste avec une expérience remarquable. Chaque membre de ma famille de 7 reçoit de différents traitements et nous avons aucunes plaintes que de bons commentaires!
