Alt Hotel

Right in the middle of a shopping complex with underground parking. Staff is very welcoming and the amenities are excellent. Definitely returning.

Très bel hôtel, mais nous aurions penser que un mini frigo serai fourni. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas et pas de déjeuner inclus. Pour le prix que l'on paye cela aurai été apprécié. Sinon très propre et le ménage est fait à tous les jours.

Clean, large rooms. Friendly staff. Right off the main route outside of Montreal heading to Ontario.

Nice clean rooms and bathroom. Desk, Wifi, Coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Close to strip mall and area restaurants.

If you like a modern urban flair then this hotel is for you. It is like living in a major city - very small room, lots of floors, noisy, concrete, expensive food. Colorful modern look. It did quiet down overnight.
But what kind of hotel doesn't have fridges in the rooms? I asked for a room with a fridge and was told there are none available.
Breakfast is not included.
Close to lots of amenities.edit: I upgraded one star because the morning staff were a lot nicer.

Great. The only problem was the fact that kids were left alone in the room upstairs and wouldn’t stop making noise at midnight. We told the reception but they didn’t help.

We adore this hotel and stay often travelling between Ontario and Nova Scotia. They make great accommodations for accessibility including for our dog. Great staff and reliable comfort.

Très belle chambre, service excellent cependant la douche fonctionne pas bien alors décevant de ce côté. Je l'ai mentionné et ils ont noté. Par contre le petit bar à jus, extraordinaire le matin pour un smoothy, et d'autres choses santé!

Très satisfaite de notre court séjour à l'Alt Hôtel. Vraiment bien situé, tous les commerces du quartier dix30 sont accessibles à pied. Le personnel est accueillant et très courtois. Les chambres datent un peu, mais elles sont propres et très bien aménagées (bonus pour la salle de bain spacieuse). Les lits sont confortables et nous avons très bien dormis.

One if the best hotels in the south shore.
The service is always great, the rooms appears to be clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable.
I always get great service when I go there the staff so far are very nice. I even lost my coat once but after a few calls they were able to track it and left it in the room for me. I forgot the gentleman’s name but he always work at night (originally from Morocco) he is great and always does his best to answer our questions.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is conveniently located to lots of amenities. Hotel is chic, colourful, and welcoming. Staff are friendly. However, staff or housekeeping do not know their rooms well enough to have guests check into a room with a broken heater system. The hotel room left me sick for the weekend until I requested for them to fix it. For the repairman to open the air conditioning system and to leave all the parts open as a safety hazard. And then later to move into another room with working condition. The hotel staff should not be selling well equipped rooms. Also, some of the rooms are missing basic amenities like microwave or refrigerator. Otherwise subpar stay and expensive.

Hotel tres agréable à proximités de nombreux restaurants. Literie excellente. Sans hésiter, je recommande.

2 nuits pour un mariage mais les cartes de chambre demagnetise la premier soir grrr, sinon très bel endroit et bon service

The hotel is chic and at a good location. The rooms are a little bit small. Also, one downside is that the doors are not well isolated. I could hear people talk outside the room in the middle of the night

Fantastic experience at Alt hotel in Brossard! The room, the service and location all exceeded our expectations! Not only is it a beautiful hotel with a modern decor, the hotel stood out to us because it is pet friendly! They even surprised us with dog amenities when we arrived in the room! They also provide EV charging for their guests in the underground parking, what a huge bonus waking up to a fully charged vehicle after your stay! We will definitely be back, 100% recommend. 5/5

My stay at the hotel itself was ok, if it wasn't for the fact that my brand new vehicle with all my belongings was stolen from the underground parking lot. I would of expected the hotel to have cameras in this parking lot since the elevator from the parking lot leads right to my floor where my room was. After speaking with hotel staff i was being told that the parking lot belongs to Quartier Dix30 and not the hotel. Therefore we are 4 days in and still have no news about the footage for where my vehicle was parked. Security made little to no effort in helping out getting footage as this was on a weekend and they could not get it possibly before monday if requested by email. Not a Happy camper

I spent two days in this hotel, It was amazingly amazing, the view into Brossardville is impeccable. Closer to all shoppings and restaurants.

L'espace des chambres est bien pensé. Lit douillet. J'avais une belle vue du 14e étage sur Brossard et Montréal.
Personnel courtois et acceuillant.
Si vous restez dans le secteur Dix30, c'est un emplacement idéal.
Si vous voulez un départ flexible, il faut le réserver à l'avance, ce que je ne savais pas.

Nice accommodations, but can't get a regular coffee machine in your room and breakfast wasn't included in pricing and didn't have many options, other than that not a bad spot to stay

Chambres super bien divisées, hotel très dynamique avec du personnel engagé et sympathique. Nous sommes toujours impressionnés du service offert aux Hôtels ALT et Le Germain.

Convenient location, had a few small problems but nothing major. Key cards stopped working, a mix up at the front desk with Expedia and not having the right room booked.
The staff did the best they could to fix this Wich was nice and offered us complimentary breakfast.
The hotel is pet friendly, but they do make you sign a waiver when you get there saying if you leave the dog alone in the room there's a 200$ charge. Dogs are only on the 4th floor. This also being an eco friendly hotel you need to put the key card in the slot by the door to have electricity. If you want to leave something charging you need to leave one of the key cards or bring a powerbank.
Reception area has a great selection of dog treats for sale and they serve coffee and breakfast. It is also very cozy by the bar area. You need a key card to access the upper floors and they don't work In the farthest left staff elevator and the middle elevator doesn't go to the parking garage so you need to get off at the ground floor and switch elevators to get to the parking if you didn't get that one from your floor. Just weird stuff like that. Other than that it was perfect. I'd stay again But I would call the hotel directly and book, and ask about any potential surcharges as Expedia wasn't very transparent.
Management and staff were very nice.

I was shocked to be given a room in which the leather couch was all riped, one of the wooden strip from the blinds was broken and the molding in the bathroom was also broken. When I told the receptionist, she simply told me that she was aware of the situation and that all the couches were in similar state. For a 200$ stay, I would've expected an impecable room not a broken down one OR I would've thought it was an isolated event not something the staff was aware of.

Our son’s wedding was in La Prairie this past weekend and all of our guests from the US stayed at The Alt in Brossard. There are simply not enough superlatives for how amazing the staff is here! Professional, friendly, accommodating…. I could not have been more pleased! The rooms are perfect - clean, well designed, modern and comfortable. It was a perfect weekend and The Alt was a big part of the success.

Beau séjour, chambre propre, lit confortable, bien équipée, plusieurs services sous le même toit = un gros atout (restos, salle de spectacle, spa)! Par contre, chambre 1403: bruit de cognement dans la ventilation au dessus de la chambre dérangeant. Aussi, aurait apprécié un mini frigo.

Correct. Staff compétent. Après avoir effectué un premier tour à la chambre, nous avons remarqué qu'il manquait des choses pour agrémenter notre séjour (serviettes, débarbouillette, etc). Nous avons appelé pour en avoir d'extra, mais jamais personne n'est venu remplacer les articles manquants. Leur excuse: ils en ont manqué. Le confort était passable. Voisins de chambre irrespectueux et très bruyants. Ne mérite pas d'être un hôtel 3 étoiles. Je ne recommande pas et ne retournerai pas.

Bel hôtel, par contre les ascenseurs marchent mal et il y avait une espace qui nous permet de voir dans la salle de bain quand la porte est fermée. Nous avions une belle chambre propre et bien situé.

Je n'ai vu aucune photo qui rendent justice au design et aux matériaux choisi. J'ai été agréable surpris. On s'y sent à l'avant garde. Insonorisation excellente entre les étages et les chambres, mais nulle avec le couloir et moyenne avec l'extérieur.

On a offert une chambre à notre fils et la préposée a l’accueil (Murielle) avait vraiment attitude désagréable. Elle a fait attendre notre fils (18 ans) à la réception pendant 45 minutes pour avoir une autorisation signée de carte de crédit. Processus inadéquat et power trip. Non merci

Bon service, propre.mais ce n'est pas l'endroit pour relaxer, gens qui parlent forts et endroits de prédilection pour les douchebags et autres déchets de la société qui sortent dans les bars du coin.

Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de tout! La chambre était bien dans son ensemble, c'était propre, beau, confortable, la salle de bain était incroyable, mais l'insonorisation était un peu moyenne. Par chance, l'hôtel fournit des bouchons d'oreille! Le plus gros hit de notre séjour était sans aucun doute le personnel! Les employés étaient gentils, chaleureux, à l'écoute de nos besoins, zen et aucunement stressant. Nous nous sommes fait traiter comme des rois. Sincèrement, j'espère que vous félicitez vos employés pour leur bon travail ils le méritent grandement, car ils font toute la différence!

Belle deco au gout du jour. Plafonds hauts, toiles vraiment obscurcissantes dans les fenetres, belle salle de bain avec petit robinet pour les pieds dans la douche. Personnel tres gentil. Un bel endroit.

Accueil très chaleureux, chambre petite (910) mais très bien aménagée. On aurait aimé avoir un frigo.

Nous avons profité du forfait des restos à la chambre. La bouffe était extraordinairement bonne!

Nice place for a quick getaway. Selected the dinner option from Zibo and the food was excellent. Wish they had setup a small table with a couple of chairs. Would have made the experience perfect. Appreciated the late check-out option and staff was very friendly. My wife was able to have a nice massage at Skyspa next door. Would go again.

This place is amazing the location is perfect lots to do around the hotels and lot of good restaurants nearby

The staff are excellent and efficient. The rooms are clean, decently appointed but quite small. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Nous avons été reçu comme de véritables humains avec un acceuil très très chaleureux par notre hôtesse NATHALIE avec son sourire qui ne laissait aucun doute sur la qualité de cet hôtel.
La chambre est très très clean et avons une vue imprenable sur le quartier X30. Sans oublier le facteur confort des lits et toutes les commodités de la salle de bain, le téléviseur 32 pouces avec une trentaine de postes, la machine à café Nexpresso sans oublier le stationnement intérieure en plus de l'accès à une panoplie de magasins et de restaurants vraiment exceptionnelle.
Je recommande cet hôtel (ALT) d'une qualité exceptionnelle à tous ceux qui aiment le confort et la tranquillité en plus d'être proche de l'autoroute et aussi très près du pont Samuel de Champlain d'une conception de grande envergure.
Pour finir ce commentaire ilestcertain que nous y retourneront car nous avons comme on dit (on a poigné la piqûre.)

Endroit idéal prêt de Montréal.pour spectacle.conférence.détente. Et autre avantage de l hôtel à découvrir resto etc.accès fauteuil roulant ascenseur.le tout pour un séjour agréable.

J'y allais au moins une fois par mois, mais on ne se souvient pas de moi. C'est le seul point négatif. Chambre et litterie confortable.

It was ok. Not a fan of the sheets. The soap in the shower, especially the hand soap are very strong. If I have to stay again I'll bring my own.

Great staff, exceptionally clean, very comfortable rooms and common area. I was very impressed in this very efficient hotel that focuses on value and comfort removing all of the other nonsense. There are lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended.

Wow wow wow! Mes parents sont passés là lors de la célébration de leur 30e anniversaire de mariage! Superbe accueille, il y avait une belle carte de voeux et du champagne dans leur chambre! L’endroit est super propre, la réceptionniste souriante, et la vue sur la ville wow! Merci à toute l'équipe! Nous allons y revenir!

Vraiment super bien et confortable. Encore mieux que la majorité des chambres du Château Fron. Mais tellement plus abordable.

Le seul hôtel dans le 10/30. Pratique après une soirée trop arrosée! Le prix est dans les normes de ce genre d'hôtel.

La superficie de la chambre est inférieure à ce qu'on a l'habitude de trouver mais c'est amplement suffisant pour les besoins. L'ameublement et l'aménagement sont simples et de très grande qualité. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la salle de bain: on évite la multitude de petits pots de shampoing et savon. Bel effort environnemental. Évidemment c'est au cœur du quartier DIX30 donc, il y a un accès à une multitude de restauration. La proximité de l'autoroute aussi est à souligner. Un hôtel de choix.

A la reception la personne etait en training et ne savait pas trop comment faire les transactions. Elle n'etait pas identifier comme etant en training. Ceci est un manque. Vous devriez identifier quand quelqu'un est en training. Elle a rentrer dans le system 2,3 fois notre carte credit en disant qu'elle ne fonctionnais pas et elle avait fonctioner la premiere fois. Elle ne savait pas comment lire les instructions sur l'ordinateur.

3 Stars only because of the style. It is SUPPOSED to be that way, the chain advertises itself as "intimate" which means the rooms are quite snug. A bit too small for us. That being said, the rooms are clean, it is a nice place, and within walking distance to a large shopping complex. For those looking for shopping/restaurants, this place is well located. The staff is perfect, and I would absolutely stay there again.

I like the hotel. The rooms have a very unique design. Although the hotel does not include a breakfast, there are a few restaurants near by that are at a walking distance. But if you are looking for a hearty breakfast (eggs, sausages, etc), you might need to drive out a bit, which is inconvenient.

The room was very clean, the service was great. Free parking, free wifi.

You dont get anymore basic than this! And if you need some drinking water you pay, coffee you pay.etc.one lonely microwave in reception sums up the experiance!

Bel hôtel. Bien situé. Le décors est joli. Pas de frigo dans la chambre, pas de tiroirs seulement un garde-robe. Pas de trucs de toilette (Qtips, pad démaquillant)
