Grace walks you through the whole message and explains her treatment very well. It was one of the best messages I’ve had. Highly recommend if you have issues with your posture/neck/shoulder pain. Magical hands is all I want to say. I went with chronic neck pain and with two sessions I was feeling much better. I opted for a mix of the deep tissue massage and the relaxation massage. If you have tissue knots, chances are you will be screaming from the deep tissue pressure:)

Very clean well kept room. Grace was very welcoming and happy. I went in with debilitating shoulder and back pain and came out feeling amazing with improved ROM in all joints. I finally found someone that gives a REAL therapeutic massage! Highly recommend!

If you ask for deep tissue massage, expect it to be DEEEP! Those with low pain tolerance should maybe ask for a light massage. I have no problem with this as that is what I was looking for!

I had my massage in such a comfy and clean place, it is not even close to compare with any other places or clinics I have been in MTL. I have tried a Deep Tissue massage and a Swedish (relaxing one I enjoy the most and it is my fav) massage last time and both different techniques I experienced made me feel so much better!

For me, the whole atmosphere and the way of communicating matters as well as the result after the massage therapy, but with Grace is so easy to find a common ground, she is understanding and so professional! I wish I had found her earlier.
