Amazon Warehouse YUL2

I waited to my pkg today and never received it. Driver claims he was not able to get into my building which is not true. The front door is OPEN they can come in. Most carriers drop off pkgs here for ppl and ppl pick them up. AMAZON didn't bother to ring my bell either which was easily accessible. I have no idea when I will get my pkg now

U better be shame of ur self or I will shame u on tv, when u want to play with the agreement of the roe, u will face me! Stupids

I was a big fan of Amazon until 2 or 3 weeks ago, I ordered a citizen eco watch and received a empty case with a hole in the bag delivered by intercom! I was refunded in place of Amazon resending the watch. I am extremely disappointed! They use a courier company that has suspect workers! Not the first complaint I’ve had about this courier company! Good luck if intercom is the courier of your package! They leave my neighbours packages outside of a apartment building often!

Vraiment desolant de voir que on est a Montréal (lachine) et que le français est bafoué.
Pas moyen de se faire répondre en français.
Et le service est pourit

This Amazon is probably my favorite Amazon to deliver freight at. They do take a couple hours to unload you BUT they do allow you to sleep overnight if you ask them.

I did a 10PM delivery here, and asked security if I was able to sleep overnight and they said yes. I told them to call me around 8AM and they did, they even took my trailer out of the door for me so I could hook to it in the morning. There is a very clean washroom here too you can use if needed. It's also in range of ubereats if you want to eat some food.

Je les trouvaient superbe jusqu'à ce que je fasse un échange pour une chemise. La 1iere avait un emballage avec bcp d'épingle et de carton pour la soutenir. Celle du retour etait très très peux emballé, je conclus qu'elle avait déjà été échangé? !

I’m not very impressed with the quality of the way the items are shipped from here. Simply placing items into boxes and the shipping envelopes is not enough in my opinion. There is never any extra cushion to prevent breakage of products or filling empty space. I received a ceramic bowl last week that was poorly packaged. It was sliding all around inside the box. I was lucky it didn’t break, but that’s besides the point. Has happened with all the packages I have purchased coming from this specific place. I’ve never had these issues with shipments from different distribution centers. Just something they should consider trying to improve/work on.
