I have had hundreds of massages over the years and sad to say this was in the bottom 3. No changerooms, slippers or showers. Brutal service and unfortunately inexperienced and inattentive rmt. Not worth a fraction of what is being charged.

Super propre. Tout est bien placé, bien organisé. Chaque produit à la réception est bien affiché avec le prix et le droit d'essayer le produit.

My experience was the same as others about the pedicure. For $100 I expect at least some massage. It was really rushed and even the nail polish wasn't well applied. No ambiance, not particularly comfortable. Not even a place to leave your shoes. Very disappointing.

Amèrement déçu, nos réservations non pas été respectées, mon épouse n'a pas reçu les services que nous avions prévu. Manque totale de respect du client. A éviter très mauvaise gestion.

Excellent service, soins haute gamme, personnel attentif, belle ambiance, je recommande fortement Amerispa, merci a toute l"equipe et surtout Axel, Sabir et Lorraine et aussi au Hilton pour le lunch exquis!

Spa is good in general if you are not staying in the hotel and coming for a relaxing massage + to use the water facilities.
If you are a hotel customer it’s definitely not worth it, overpriced.

Très déçu du service, nous avions réservé une place pour des massages 1 mois à l’avance et lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, ils nous disent que la réservation n’avait pas été faite. De la pure incompétence.

Bon service, massage était correct mais cela peut varier selon les thérapeutes. Prix un peu élevé.

Terrible spa experience. Supported them through the pandemic with purchase of multiple gift certificates. Bought a special Mother’s Day package. When arrived with mom to get our treatments, we had the first one (which went fine) then were promptly forgotten in the wait room. After 30 min I asked what was going on and was told to go back to waiting area. After 60 min I went back to reception desk and they finally admitted they had no one to do the other 2 treatments and they didn’t even have the product to do one. I asked why they hadn’t informed me of this before we came, or when we arrived or when I first came to ask what was going on. They had no answer. We left completely astounded by the lack of service and misleading communication. The manager called to apologize. I told her I was willing to pay the cost of the treatment we got but wanted a reimbursement for those we didn’t get. She agreed and confirmed how I had paid for the package. It’s been a week and they never processed the reimbursement. At the price their services cost you would expect not to feel robbed but here we are. NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible phone wait times and very unprofessional staff answering service. I called three times to book a massage, for each phone call i had been put on hold several times then either passed to the next person or an answering machine.

Je recommande fortement le massage sous la pluie, c'est absolument magique! Excellent service des masseurs et de la haute gestion.

Mise à jour de la situation plus bas: J'ai eu un problème avec un paiement sur carte cadeau mais Laurence au siège social a su m'aider immédiatement après l'avoir contacté.

Première expérience: fantastique! Deuxieme: J'ai fait l'achat d'un massage avec une carte cadeau et ils ont pris le montant au complet. Le problème a été rapidement réglé une fois que j'ai contacté le siège social.
