Tyna is so kind and talented! I came in for an acrylic refill and my nails ended up looking so beautiful. Tyna really took her time to make sure I was happy. I have been receiving tons of compliments on my nails and my girlfriend also went to get her nails done by Tyna after seeing mine. I received complimentary tea and snacks as well. Definitely give Tyna a try, you will not regret it!

Ny allez surtout pas pour une pose d’ongles bio gel. Jai fait une pose complète biogel. En 6jours jai eu 4ongles qui ont décollés! 4
C’est vraiment du vol. 65$ pour des ongles qui ne tiennent pas. Jai ecris a Tyna, elle propose de me les refaire en me disant qu’elle a un problème avec sa machine. Donc elle assume avoir un problème mais utilise sa machine quand meme
Cest du vol, manque d’éthique. Allez ailleurs ca va faire sauver du temps et argent! Je dois aller dans un autre salon payer pour enlever le restant des ongles et refaire une nouvelle pose. Évitez cet endroit. La pédicure deluxe ne vaut pas la peine non plus. Tyna était pressée de la finir. Bref perte d’argent

Last weekend was my first time at salon Amethyst, and after my experience I can understand why it’s named this way… This salon is a GEM in the neighbourhood and so is the owner, Tyna. I walked in without an appointment but was still welcomed with open arms, offered some slippers, a warm drink, a snack and a seat. Even more important than the customer appreciation is the fact that everything used during my acrylic application was sterile (!) and sterilized as she worked on my nails. Everything about the salon and it’s equipment is so intentional and functional so the process was really smooth.she also payed attention to my cuticles (!), and knew exactly what colour polish would work for the look I wanted. Attention to detail is often neglected by so many other businesses in the area in preference of speediness and $$. At the end of my appointment, I was given skincare tips to survive the rest of winter and extend the beauty of my manicure. The only recommendation I would make to future clients is to check the price list online, as I don’t remember if the price list was visible in the salon. Overall, 5 star experience in a clean salon that really puts the clients health and comfort first. I’ll be back for sure. This place is amazing! It was very relaxing, very kind service very clean and accommodating. Great sense of what shes doing! It's been a while since I found a sealing like this, full package.

We came as a small date for a manicure with my girlfriend. The owner is very friendly and welcoming! We chose a simple nail polish but the owner still wanted to make it special for us. The pedicure stations looked very nice and we will definetly be back to try them!

J’ai dû refaire faire mes ongles ailleurs, la journée même, tellement le vernis avait mal été appliqué (à moitié sur les doigts et avec des traces de lime à ongle sur le bord des cuticules). La dame était pressée, car d’autres clientes se sont présentées après qu’elle ait entamé mon manicure shellac. Dommage, mais je n’y retournerai pas.

Très bonne expérience! J’y suis allée pour une pose de vernis gel, Tina est très appliquée et attentionnée. Le salon est agréable, on s’y sent bien! Je suis très satisfaite du résultat et je recommande!

Mon copain et moi avons pris rdv pour une manucure ensemble ️ On y retournera, c’est certain! L’ambiance était chaleureuse dès l’arrivée et on s’est fait offrir du thé et du café! Nous sommes tous les deux super contents de nos ongles et on a passé un bon moment à jaser avec Tina!?

Best nail technician in Montreal, Tyna was super sweet and caring and really made sure you were comfortable. You can tell she’s passionate and perfectionist about her craft! I highly recommend this place
