Cela fait plus de 5 ans que nous allons à ce Amir. Aujourd'hui était une des pires expériences de service à la clientèle que j'ai expérimenté dans ma vie! Le propriétaire de ce restaurant criait après ses employés d'une manière irrespectueuse. Il a mis la moitié d'une cuillière de sauce à l'ail, lorsque j'en ai demandé +, il a commencer à crier en disant qu'on en demandait trop! Nous étions sous le choc. Il a procéder avec des insultes RACISTES envers nous. Les pauvres employés de ce monsieur, même eux avaient l'air decouragé de lui. Ne supportez pas ce Amir, simplement regarder les autres commentaires ci-bas. Vous allez comprendre mon point.

Come to this amir if you want a horrible customer service experience! Staff is always rude, why? I was waiting for my order by the cash.an older lady came in and clearly was not sure as it looked like her first time. She mispronounced an item on the menu and the guy behind the counter went off on her. Telling her it's written right there blabla. Seriously guy? You are so rude it's unreal how you are allowed to work in the service industry. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible experience guy was slow and unprofessional. No gloves while handling the food. Saw something in the sauce and specifically scooped it out and gave it to me on the plate. Nasty place stay away!

Dry cold Pita with extra lettuce as filler when i specially asked for just a small amount.older couple that served me seemed like they didn't want to be there. Never again

This place is really cheap on the meat, Amir in La Prairie give a lot more meat for the same price.

Horrible experience at this branch! They consistently delay preparing orders for over an hour, creating a frustrating wait. This is not an Uber Eats issue, it's on them! The food is also a letdown. Doesn't match the quality of other Amir branches at all!

I would like so much to say just good things about them since I’m living close and I like the menu but I went there maybe 15 times and 50% of the time I felt unsatisfied for different reasons which is too high to have an interest to go back but sometimes I got tempted and try again. Tonight, when it was my turn I asked two pita sandwich’s with what I want inside. I was waiting and the one I was talking asked me to move to the cashier, in the mean time another employee came and did my sandwiches without what I was asking inside… I told the cashier but my pita we’re already done.

People are nice but there’s to often something that makes me left the place with this unpleasant taste. Very unfortunate.

Fantastic experience to meet these kinds of people like they work here. The food was very fresh and delicious. People are kind and lovely. The store is one of the cleanest store that I have ever met.

Ce n'est pas gastronomique, mais les gens sont sympathiques et souriants. Les alimenta sont frais et excellents. Probablement, l'un de mes fast food favori. Je note 4 étoiles car je conpare avec les sutres resto de cette catégorie.

Came into the joint, said hi, and the man behind the food counter would not bother acknowledging me. I left without ordering. They missed a 60$ sale at least. I live near this sorry place…Won’t stay quiet about hte bad experience.

Endroit super! Nourriture vraiment bonne, employés très sympathique + rabais pour les étudiants! Je conseil vraiment cette place.

This restaurant has excellent food food for a low price (even lower if you are still in school) and the employees are very kind

J'ai demandé du riz. J'ai reçu des pommes de terres.
Ceci dit, tout était bon.
Mais un petit coup d'oeil aux commandes afin d'éviter les erreurs, ce serait encore mieux.
