Je commande régulièrement pour livraison et le service est amical, la nourriture est délicieuse et les portions généreuses.

Service à la clientèle est à désirer. C'est sale jusque dans les toilettes. Un inspecteur de salubrité devrait passer par là. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Not at all worth it. Rude employee, stale shawarma and they just shove as much lettuce as possible in there so that they don't have to give you as much meat. If you want real shawarma go to Ottawa.

Restaurant qui n a aucun respect pour les personnes aillant des chiens d assistance, ils refusent de les servir et encore moins de les laisser mangé sur place!

Tend to give you remains when you ordered online, i prefer going in to ask to be given fresh cut not the dry pieces fallen on the hot plate

Cuisine excellente comme les autres restaurant Amir. Service très bon. Ambiance et salle à manger désuet et ressemble à un vieux casse-croute. Les télé ne fonctionnent pas

J’ai commandé 4 pita shish taouk et 4 assiette riz salade patates pour 20$ (50$ sans le coupon) bonne quantité et prix raisonnable (et c’est halal)

Le service est pas bon les gens manque de respect à l’arrière du comptoir les portions son petite il donne à peine du poulet et quand on commande Uber ses encore pire je recommande pas de restaurant à personne ses complètements ridicule

It used to be one of my favorite places but they changed owner a few years ago, nice people but the food quality went down.

J’aimerais juste vous avertir de faire attention lors de vos commandes au Amir de Lachine. Nous avons commandé de la nourriture pour emporter au comptoir (on s’est rendu sur place) et lorsqu’on a vérifié notre facture, on remarqué que le caissier s’est rajouté un pourboire de 5,17$ (sur une facture de 30$) SANS NOUS EN INFORMER OU DEMANDER.

On laisse un petit pourboire habituellement même quand on prend un take out, mais ce qui est choquant, c’est que le caissier s’est rajouté le montant sans nous le demander.

J’aimerais juste vous dire de faire attention, car on est surement pas les premiers que cela arrive.

En passant, les lieux étaient VRAIMENT SALES. Les vitres des comptoirs à nourriture étaient très sales et les vitres du restaurant aussi. Le four micro onde était tout noir de crasse à l’intérieur. Bref, les lieux ne sont pas bien entretenus.

J’ai commandé un trio shish taouk sans légumes c’est arrivé plein de légumes j’avais demander un thé glacé on ma envoyé un crush à l’orange tout ma commande n’était pas bien fait dépenser 20$ pour est déçu!

J'ai remarqué que le caissier ajoute sur la facture un pourboire sans demander votre autorisation. C'est malhonnête et c'est du vol. Vérifiez bien vos factures ça change d'un caissier a un autre pour le MEME PLAT

Terrible customer service, I asked the guy to not put salad but he still did and so much hummus, it made it look like a bukaki.

No QR vaccine code taken, no functional hand sanitizer, basically no costumer service.might be different out of pandemic

Stay away from this place. Service is terrible. Ordered a chicken plate and was not asked what kind of salad I wanted nor if I wanted any sauce.
On top of this, person serving the food was not wearing gloves and handled my pita with his bear hands. I was grossed out and did not eat the pita because of that. Won't be back to this place.

Went to pickup ubereats to do delivery the guys very nice treated me with food, good hearted and amazing food

Horrible 2hrs late, wrong order gave me double of what was ordered and charged, plates was cold and sloppy and when I called back politely the guy put me on hold and hung up.bad experience

Très déçu de mes dernières expériences, et encore plus de la dernière. J'avais commandé des shawarmas bœuf pour livraison. Lorsque la commande est arrivée (50 minutes plus tard) la nourriture n'était pas tiède, mais froide. Le pain pita était tout ramolli et mouillé. Aucune sauce à l'intérieur des quatre shawarmas, seulement de la viande, beaucoup trop de salade et seulement une petite tranche de tomate. Aucun équilibre des ingrédients, sachant que j'avais bien précisé de les avoir tout garnis. Clairement, il y a eu peu d'effort mit à la préparation de notre commande. Grosse déception.

Used to live 2 min from this Amir, now moved away 15 min away by car ordered online food just the way I adored it, always fresh and tastey, the chicken is much fresher than any other Amir I've tried and the service is super. However my last order on delivery was supposed to be free, there was no charge entered online and delivery limit was max 5 km, I was under 4km when arrived I had a questionable charge of 4$ on a separate bill hand written, if they are going to charge for delivery at least contact your client.

This location is 10/10! It's clean, fast, and fresh. Huge portations for their plates and the food is perfectly seasoned.

Super soggy Pita sandwich and SuperRude representative, didnt even asked my choice but when i asked to add onions he started making face like girls and was rushing without any reason as i was only customer present and there was no other order at that moment!

This a good Amir spot. They don't have all the salads as others do the freshness seems better than most.i will go back again.

I would rather spend the money go to any other other location and I love amir very disappointing over priced and quality not as good as other locations my opinion I see other people praising the location all i can say is try it for yourself and see.

Went to the amir in Lachine. The person serving us handled cash and
telephone while preparing our food. No gloves no hand washing nothing.
We wont be going back.

Just wanna say that the people working there are the nicest! And of course, the food is delicious Best Amir location in QC!

I find Amir is one of those chains where the quality depends on the specific location. I've been eating here (delivery and take out) regularly for a while now, and as far as Lebanese take out food goes, this is the best I've had. Not all Amir's are this solid.

I recently tried the Boustan around here and man. Made me appreciate how great these guys are. It wasn't nearly as good. Efficient, friendly, perfectly bilingual (triligual?), willing to accomodate my special requests, they don't skimp on the good stuff. This place is well run, clean and delicious - a perfect example of the best the Amir chain has to offer. As long as I live in this area, I'll be eating this food. Really; no complaints. And I'm not someone who has any trouble complaining. Bless these guys.

This Amir specifically I love to order from. Food is always fresh and piping hot. I will always choose Amir over Boustan. No offence lol

They made me wait on the phone for 10 minutes to tell me they could not deliver down to road because it was too far.theyre on 32nd ave and i live in 55th.manager was so rude and ive ordered multiple times but apparently today its "too far"

(Delivery is horrible) -First time I ordered delivery from Amir in Lachine I asked for 2 shawarma plates. It came back as 2 mixed plates of the chicken and beef. I took it as a no big deal the first time! But then the 2nd time I ordered I get only chicken! They made the guy come back to pick up the mistake and then bring back another mistake! Horrible delivery service experience! Also waiting so long hoping our order would come back corrected it was still not the right order and we got nothing for their bad service!

First your order was less than 12$ the minimum order cost
Second you live in dorval and 4 km far away from our restaurant and its not in our sector and if we deliver there it’s gonna be by favor. You’ve waited 10 minutes to explain to you that we can’t deliver but its was hard for you to understand that.
Third you didn’t want to understand that it was busy and to much trafic and for me its better to be rude instead to send a cold food for customers even i wasn’t rude with you and even you’ve hanged up the phone
Fourth the address was not 55th.avenue.

Very genuine and friendly service which is better than many Lebanese fast food restaurants to which I have been. Food is also very good. It had a parking too because it's part of a shopping mall, making it highly convenient for drivers.

Food is great, friendly staff and very clean. I sometimes go with my two young boys who are very loud and energetic and the staff never make me feel bad for how loud my kids are. They interact with them and even get the door for me on my way out since i have a large double stroller
