The old tall man making the sandwiches won’t ask you what you would like in the sandwich. As soon as you tell him with garlic he will serve you all dressed. When you tell him that’s not what you want, he will throw a tantrum and expect you to buy the sandwich the way he made it. Very disappointed and hope someone can teach him some manners.

They served me old food. Would not recommend it at all. Chicken and potatoes were dry and tough.

Ordered a mixed plate which showed as kafta kebab and chicken but what was served is the mix of beef and chicken shawarma. Ordered a side Falafel and they were cold. All this at 8: 00 PM at night not odd hours. Food wasn’t flavorful. Cost was high too! Overall poor experience.

If I could give negative or zero I would 1st of all the guy that served me gave me the wrong change back he took 5 bucks gave me 2 dollars and something in change back when was suppose to give me 7 dollars and something instead kept the 5 disgusting human for being so dishonest and why would anyone want to go to a place that steal your money. I am speaking about the Amir that is next to Namur metro. Also the food was soggy and no taste. I Will never step foot in this place ever again.

Strongly do not recommend. I got a gastroenteritis from food poisoning after eating their shawarma chicken. I would put 0 stars if I could. Good day.

By 7pm, falafel was dry and should not have been served. Other salads average! Good service, ordinary food. 3 people, same review.

Amazing service - my buddy is a picky eater and Faisal had no problem adjusting to his wishes. All food was fresh and tasty!

Was really frustrated to repeat 4 times the same request to the guy at the counter he didn’t listen to me and just passed the plate behind. Listen to your client don’t turn your back on them

Rude people. I’ve ordered a vegetarian plate (I’m vegetarian) and the guy who was going to take my order has put on gloves, and the guy who was working in a meat section, decided to take my order and said to the first guy that he will do it, and when I asked him to wear gloves, he started arguing in a very rude way, I’ve explained that I’m vegetarian and he was working with meat with bare hands, said that he is not going to wear any gloves, and if I don’t like it then I can just leave. Take it or leave. This is what he said to me. I said that I’m vegetarian, and I don’t want him to take my order without wearing new gloves. He said that it is my problem. Eventually he gave up and left, and the first guy who’ve been watching our entire conversation took my order. But I lost my appetite because of that jer. What ever. Customer service is 0/10. Just go in some other place. You won’t regret about it. They don’t have anything special that you will miss. But if you want to fight for your rights and want to lose your appetite, then this place is for you.

We ordered Amir combo taouk shawarma platter. All ingredients are added in the platter.
Sauce, Potatoes are ok.

Beef meat taste undercooked and having bad odour.

Overall, taste is not that good. We had the same dish from Amir gouin ouest that was ultimate. But, this outlet needs improvement.

This was the best Lebanese place I’ve been to. The service was great, the potatoes were fresh, the taboulé was fantastic and the chicken had a great flavour. I came here after the gym and it definitely hit the spot. My new favourite place!:)

I ordered two falafel wraps and garlic potatoes yesterday. The wraps tasted like soap. It was either the hummus or the tahini sauce that was no good. I had to throw them out. Also the garlic potatoes are not as good as they used to be. They were soft and chewy. I sent an email to head office last night. Has the ownership changed?

Weekdays this Amir is the best I’ve eaten at always fresh tons of choice and super friendly service weekends not so much.not so friendly and stingy

Arriver vers 21h30 et service impeccable les comptoirs étaient tous bien remplies et de bonne qualité ce qui laisse penser qu'il y a un grand nombre de personnes qui fréquentes ce restaurant. Grande heures d'ouverture et la salle à manger est très vaste.

I have been getting it takeout from this outlet for many years. Today I was appalled to discover that the entire staff were working without masks. Considering that all Quebecers are still mandated to wear masks due to the pandemic, it upset me very much. When I asked one of the employees why no one was masked, he started laughing at me. Not only was everyone contravening health measures, but they treated it like a big joke. I hope that management sets them straight. They have lost this long time customer and I expect many others.

It used to be my favourite Amir in town: service was impeccable, food was fresh; it was fast; and prices were fair. It’s my 2nd time coming recently and being really disappointed; opening hours aren’t respected, service is sooooo slow and the food doesn’t taste as fresh. Will not be coming back here

The drive thru is very convenient and the service was good. We ordered and it didn’t take long until we got our food. They are fast and polite. Would definitely recommend.

I find this place overrated. It has become more commercial stuff, i guess. Food doesn't taste that good. I find the prices also quite high for such kind of fast food. I just went once and it didn't impress me at all.

Staffs very nice and very friendly as always but food not really good I meant meat, Shawrma meat is not really testy meat mixed with with a lot off products. Testy far away from meat. But that branch staffs cool.

When the staff quicks you off their place in the worst manner ever.even though its open, you can figure out the quality of the service you’re gonna get here.

Its says it was open till 3am we got there at 2am and he said he would only serve us sandwich with no potatoes because he didn't want to work more and wouldn't serve anything else from the menu. Like why are you even open. Awell.we had to go somewhere else to get food.

Amir is always awesome. Fast service, cheap and fresh food. Super friendly accommodating staff. I love the veggie stew, rice, couscous, potatoes and garlic sauce, hummus, salads, etc. I will say though that I always find their falafel dry and the domales/domadakias too lemony so I avoid those (personal preference). But everything else is deeeeee-licious and I'm always happy to grab a bite here.

I love the food here. It tastes really good and everything is fresh as they make it all their. The shish taouk is really good. The meat tastes really good and I love it. The garlic potato's are some of my favorite, as well as the garlic sauce that they have their. Staff is friendly. They hello when you come in and leave. They make the food very quickly and have always gotten the orders right. They also use quality meat. Only chicken breasts and AAA beef.

I asked for vegies plate rice potato and one salad and I was charged for full plate.

The price must be based on what customer chose and eat.

Please also check the tray on front desk where they keep the foods and salad the tray is equipped with tube light and I saw small cockroach on top of it.

Discrimination raciale et le serveur de nuit était indifférent à ma demande. J'ai passé une commande et le serveur de nuit m'a dit que ce que je demandais n'était plus disponible alors que je voyais le contraire. Il avait réservé la nourriture pour ses amis qui étaient présents.

Very rude and demeaning servers especially the guy who takes your order, curly hair, a little short and petite. Do not work in a customer service environment if your attitude and work ethics are not good. Amir should pay more attention on who they hire because your business relies on your customers, without customers you're nothing. I think you should retrain your employees to provide a better customer service. On top of that, food is not great anyways. Go to Boustan or Basha, you'll get better food and better service.

He just gave you the sandwich without heating it on the toaster, they also did not ask what dresses I like. Some employees aren’t trained well to serve the customers. When I told them about that they just apologize and promise not to do the same mistake next time.

It’s the best Amir in town. Merci ktir to all the staff, they to a very beautiful customer service. I’ve been eating here for 2 years and always excited to come. ️

Just not what it was. I had a vegetable plate. The falafel were horrible. The humus bland the tahini watery amd the vine leaves disgusting. I will not go back and would not suggest this place to anyone.
