Shawarma platter was dry and not worth price 4/10, and the shish-taouk sandwich was okay and a possible budget friendly snack 6/10, the tabouleh tasted a bit off and was not very appetizing 4/10.

Excellent resto, le meilleur des Amir que j'ai fréquenté. Les plats avaient définitivement une qualité supérieure, il est clair que le (a) propriétaire et cuisinier (e) on mis beaucoup de priorité sur la préparation, les goûts dépassaient largement ce que je m'attendais ou que je goûte d'habitude. La dame et l'homme qui m'ont servi étaient aussi super-sympathiques, ce qui a ajouté beaucoup à l'agrément. L'éclairage est cependant très fort, ce qui est un peu éblouissant le soir, mais j'ai l'impression qu'ils n'ont pas grand contrôle. Pour moi, ceci n'était pas trop dérangeant car c'était une commande pour emporter. L'éclairage rendait cependant évident que tout est aussi très propre. Je vais définitivement y retourner!

Très bon service, mais j'ai trouvé 2 cheveux dans mon plat la dernière fois. Aucun gant porté lors du service ni de filet pour les cheveux ou la barbe. Selon les réponses aux commentaires, ils disent que la salubrité est leur priorité. Permettez-moi d'en douter après cela.

J'ai pris un un repas combo et j'ai été déçu malgré qu' il y avait beaucoup de patate et de salade mais très peu de viande.

Je crois que c'est tjrs le propriétaire qui est sur place.
D'une très grande gentillesse et un très bon service.
Belle variété de salade.

Always truly authentic and delicious Lebanese food. Don't waste your money on other poor copies, this is what it's supposed to taste like! And as a doordash deliverer, I have never had any bad feedback from my customers!

First let me state that the employee that I dealt with was very friendly and this is the reason I gave this location two stars. I come from Toronto on business once in awhile. I always make it a point of eating at Amira restaurant, however I have never eaten at the Douglas location before. This was a major disappointment. I always order the mixed grill, which normally comes with one stick of beef shish kabob, one stick of chicken shish tawook and one stick of Kofta. The plate normally costs approximately $20 plus tax and is well worth it. It is a very large plate that cannot be finished by one person and at one sitting, except this time. This time I have to say " where's the meat? " The kofta stick was the size of my baby finger. Instead of a large stick of chicken I was given a stick of four medium shrimp and for the beef shish kabob, I had to look to find it on the plate. Imagine I paid $22 including tax for a plate that would barely feed a child. If you want to visit Amir restaurant, go to any other location other than the Douglas Street location.

La nourriture est bonne, mais le service de livraison est très long. Plus de 1h30 lorsqu'on habite à 10 minutes ce n'est pas normal. S il ne sont pas capables de livrer dans un délais raisonnable, il devrait le mentionner.

Personnel accueillant et bonne nourriture! La livraison est rapide et le repas est arrivé chaud.
