1. Promises you a lot of things just to sell and once he does YOU NEED TO RUN AFTER HIM TO GET HIM TO DO WHAT HE PROMISED ORIGINALLY.

2. Went to register the car at the SAAQ and after waiting 2 hours I get told that the car isn’t even registered in his name yet.

3. Changed my brakes at his expense and after 2 weeks they’re still making noise, and I’m still waiting for him to repair another thing he promised. Legit lost way too much time trying to get what was promised originally.

Definitely not a 5-star service, and he even asks you to give him 5 stars just after he closes the sale and you believe that everything is going as expected.

I got my mercedes from them! They are super nice staff, very friendly. You can feel like they're not there to take your money, but to get what you want for the best price in town.
