AMJ Campbell helped us with a move from Asia to Canada and then again from Canada to Asia. The teams in Canada and the AMJ recommended mover in Asia were efficient, friendly and careful. Our shipments were on time and in good condition.

AMJ was very responsive at all times and very helpful with international issues. Highly recommended!

Update: AMJ is dishonest, do not want to admit their own mistakes about missing items and broken items, they do not want to provide compensation, even after contacting multiple times, highly disregard this company if trying to choose.

The service was great on very short notice, and the team was professional, friendly and very helpful and efficient. My family has hired AMJ Campbell for many moves in the past, and we have always been very glad we did!

Nous avons été très satisfaits du travail de nos déménageurs. Attitude professionnelle. Déplacement de lourds objets, ce n'était pas un déménagement facile. Ils ont effectué le travail de façon continue, c'est nous qui leur avons demandé de prendre une pause! Seul hic, on avait demandé 4 déménageurs et il n'y en avait que 3, le travail (ardu) aurait été mieux distribué sur 4 personnes nous trouvons et le tout aurait pris encore moins de temps. Merci beaucoup aux déménageurs qui ont fait le travail. Nous recommandons AMJ sans hésitation.

I am calling the company owner from here belarus ivan and krill working in your company hired me I worked with them for about 3 months and they treated me very badly there were days when I unloaded a truck when I carried it alone and tried to crush me some times when I did not understand them because I had little russian and I could not stand it anymore I quit my job and did not give my money close to 1000 dollars I made the complaint to the manager as an e-mail but the room remained unresponsive please such despicable people in your company

I moved in October 2022 from Montreal to Spain with AMJ. I was very disappointed with the service. Some boxes when missing and they search through our belonging. On arrival we noticed the boxes had been opened and things unpacked. My daughter American girl doll and jewelry went missing. My wife's expensive hand bags and perfumes went missing. Andre Lelievre offered a discount that he never honored. Tina Doyle, Key account coordinator is well trained to respond very politely and not give any answers. They did not assume responsibility for any of the goods that disappeared

3 guys came to move all my furniture and boxes from a 2 bedroom condo to a 3 bedroom townhouse. It was a very good decision to hire AMJ to do my move; they were very professional from start to finish and responded to all my questions and concerns. A big thanks to this team!

I was skeptical as I heard so many horror stories about moving companies. But AMJ was totally the opposite. The team was amazing and flawless. No hidden fees either. Just awesome and highly professional!

We recently used AMJ Campbell for our move to Alberta. Eric our representative was extremely helpful, patiently answering all of our questions. He did a site visit and made a recommendation which we took. Eric was very professional and quickly responded to all our emails and telephone calls. On the day of the move “Team Hugo”, Hugo and his crew Miguel, Victor, Leonel and Rafael arrived and they were amazing! I didn’t think the load would fit but they managed to squeeze everything in. As a bonus it only took less than 4 hours.
We can only hope the movers in Alberta will be as good as the team here. Would definitely recommend them again.

Excellent service à la clientèle et les déménageurs étaient très courtois, professionnels et efficaces. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne mets pas 5 étoiles est que le camion fourni était un peu trop petit pour nos besoins! Je les recommande quand même sans hésitation.

If only we had the option for a zero star…They are the outsourced delivery company from Pottery Barn, we bought a 10k brand new bed set for our new house. Paid 350$ for delivery with “white glove services” it was a nightmare. They booked an appointment with us on Friday only to show up with an empty truck. How can you even show up with an empty truck is beyond me. We let it slip and rebooked a new appointment for Wednesday. Got 3 confirmations (automated call, text and email) that delivery will be from 9: 30 am to 11: 30am. At 11: 40 am no sign of them, called the contact person at AMJ Joshua, he said he will look into it and call back in 5 mins. He never called.
The delivery guys showed up 2 hours later…walked through the house with mud, dented the wall with their clumsiness and scratched my brand new hardwood floor. While also damaging the furnitures they were delivering. They also had one part of the order wrong, claiming it was Pottery Barn fault for sending them the wrong item… We contacted Pottery Barn only for AMJ to come back 30 mins later with the correct item.

The guys from AMJ were very professional. We moved from Quebec to Ontario and have a large family with a lot of furniture. The move went really smoothly and AMJ took away a lot of the stress for us. I would highly recommend them.

AMJ Montreal (équipe Shad Roy) est le service de livraison suggéré suite aux achats de meubles que nous avons effectués en ligne (2x). Très bon service, ponctuels, si ce n'est en avance. Professionnels, efficaces. Rien à redire!

Among other moving companies I selected AMJ Campbell based on posted references and their acceptance by CAA. The moving was from house to a condo on January 28,2022. The result was disappointing:
1) 4 men arrived late at their confirmed time
2) The work should have been completed by 5: 00 PM as per Condo Association Rules, which they were aware of
3) Contrary to the contract, they were only two (2) wardrobe boxes available for my suites and shirts. I had to carry myself the rest of my wardrobe the next day with my own car
4) In spite of the clear tags of "FRAGILE" stickers on boxes, they let them drop from 2 inches high on the floor, as they were vegetable crates. I had to warn them.
5) When they came to assemble the legs of the dining table, they couldn't find the bolts. The next day I returned to my house where the moving started, and I found by luck the bolts in the ball of tack tape thrown on the floor.
6) As a result: One of the legs of my two (2) sofas were broken; My 50" TV screen scratched; Scratches on the marble tables; scratches on my dining chairs. (some photos attached)
I filled an insurance claim according to what AMJ suggested on 15 February 2022. AMJ sent an estimator a month later. In spite my several e-mail reminders, no action is taken and no reply to my latest e-mail.

AMJ has been superb from our very first move! Collectively, our family has utilized AMJ services over 5 times in the last few years and every team has been fantastic as well as all head office staff ensuring all our details and personal possessions reached their final destination in tact, un-damaged and placed exactly where we needed. All around awesome company to deal with and I will be happy to promote this fact to anybody in search of a reliable professional mover in a heart beat!

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They were in charge of delivery of my bed from Urban Barn 3 times. The first delivery was smooth, though the bed itself had a defect and had to be replaced. The second delivery was horrible and the delivered bed was damaged during the delivery, though AMJ Campbell denied it. The delivery crew refused to remove the old bed and then only said that they are removing it "for me", but this is not what was promised by the dispatcher. The third delivery was horrific. Two men show up without the 30 minutes warning that they are supposed to provide. They buzz at my building downstairs, I buzz them in, but can't hear anyone actually coming into the building. I run downstairs (38 weeks pregnant) and there they are and I ask them why they didn't open the door and they reply that they just wanted to discuss over the intercom (eye roll). It only gets worse from there. They removed only some pieces of the old bed, that was so badly damaged it could not be assembled, left all of the boxes behind, refused to do anything, because they could not put the mattress against the wall (doh' it's a Purple). We paid for a white glove delivery and these individuals left all of the doors open (from the apartment and from the building) and just disappeared without actually doing anything. I called my boyfriend who left work in the middle of the day to help them and I had to take an urgent meeting at work (I'm working from home) and before I went into the meeting I checked in with them that they could wait another 5 minutes and they said they could. But when my boyfriend arrived they were nowhere to be found. I talked to Joshua from dispatch and he was most unpleasant. For him it was ok to let a woman at 38 weeks of pregnancy to lift a 200 lb mattress on her own for two strong able bodied men to watch, because it is "not their job". My boyfriend was able to put the mattress aside on his own and I am told that they just couldn't, because it is not their job? What does white glove delivery mean to AMJ Campbell? Because clearly we have divergent definitions. The whole ordeal left me in tears, wasted half a day of my time and I at this point I do not want to have to do anything with this company. It is unfortunate that I am a very loyal Urban Barn client and have been shopping with then for years and I intend to continue that relationship, but next time I order something I will insist that another company offers the delivery for an item I cannot pick up. The sheer lack of professionalism, common sense and even a modicum of courtesy is appalling. And, to add insult to injury, to date no one from AMJ Campbell has apologized to me for the whole ordeal (Urban Barn certainly has, as it would be expected that a professional business would). But yet, AMJ Campbell thinks they did nothing wrong.

Nous avions un déménagement plutôt complexe (On quittait une grande maison pour un condo et un espace d’entreposage). Tout a été fait de façon rapide et professionnelle.

Notre représentant, Éric Labrosse, a été d’une grande aide et a répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions. L’équipe de déménageurs de Daniel Vega est tout simplement super! Nous referons très certainement affaire avec eux lors du prochain déménagement.

C'était surtout très professionnel, aucun dommage, aucune perte temps où de temps mort. Vraiment, c'était excellent comme service.

Unfortunately, AMJ Campbell provided the worst moving experience for a recent move from Montreal to California. 2.5 hours late on day of unloading, 14 hours to load a 2 bedroom apartment, a crew that had 2 weeks of work experience resulting in all goods had to be repacked at the Montreal depot, and extensive damage to hardwood floors. Additional damage once goods received at destination. Goods left unwrapped and arriving in a filthy condition.

Limited responsiveness from AMJ Campbell Sr. Management with a $400 payment for the damage and a reduction in cost for packing boxes so far.

My USA crew was great, however the damage was already done!
The quality of the move is directly impacted by the moving crew's care and attention during unloading. Definitely not the stress-free move that I anticipated with a "top tier" moving company.

I used the service twice. Both teams were highly efficient and collaborative. Planning team exhibited professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to details.

I have used AMJ Campbell services twice and both times were good experiences but this most recent time was excellent. All the things you look for from a moving company: prompt, courteous, careful, respectful, and service with a smile, the4-Man crew that handled our long distance move went above and beyond expectations. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone that’s looking to make their move less stressful! Mon déménagement s'est déroulé sans encombres. De la réservation jusqu'au déménagement, tout s'est bien enchaîné: l'estimation des coûts a été respectée, la taille du camion était parfaite et toute l'équipe était professionnelle et sympathique!

Arrivé à l'heure mais rendu à destination, ils ont accroché à mes murs à plusieurs endroit ainsi que le plafond tellement ils étaient pressé. Je sais que j'avais bcp de chose mais ils auraient dû faire plus attention.

Il semble y avoir eu des problèmes de communication. Déménagement prévu en Pm, on m’appelle le matin pour m’annoncer qu’il sera là dans 30 minutes. J’ai dû refuser après une longue discussion sur un ton désagréable et insistant. Je n’avais pas à savoir qu’ils détestaient venir à La résidence Le Saint-Patrick. L’avoir su avant j’aurais pris Déménagement Côté qui est le déménageur officiel de la résidence.
Malgré tout, les employés ont été efficaces et professionnels.

This is the second time that we do business with AMJ Campbell. We had a great service 6 years ago on our first move and decided to go with them again. This review only concerns our current and latest experience with them.

I was aware that AMJ Campbell hires local team to do the packing/unpacking and we were really happy with the professional team they hired to load our belongings. The nightmare came afterwards, when our truck was supposed to be on its way for destination.

Needless to say that when a moving company is unable to tell you where its moving truck is on the continent, it is very worrisome! We were supposed to receive our belongings last week. We first got delayed by a week, than they told us that the truck would arrive a day earlier. The day before our truck is supposed to arrive nobody reached out to us, and we were unable to contact anybody because it was a weekend. Comes the day of the moving, the logistics people are unable to tell us where our truck is, neither why this nightmare is happening neither when our truck will arrive.

The least they could do is have 7 days service where they can update customers on their truck logistics.

Service Im-pe-ca-ble! Employés hyper travaillant, compétant et soucieux de protéger les biens et livrer sans bris. Les gars ont fait une job remarquable.arrivé tôt le matin et terminé tard le soir et ce toujours avec le sourire. J'ai été très bien servi.

AMJ Campbell and Atlas: The worst moving experience ever. Montreal to Toronto. The salesperson was really helpful, polite and promised many services which were not delivered. The quality of the service depends on the movers and packers, not the salesperson. They were supposed to arrive at 9 am, they came at 1pm. We received our load 2 days later than scheduled. In Toronto they were supposed to come at 9 am, they came at 1: 30. The furniture was not packed and protected as promised. We have all solid wood expensive furniture. A vintage black lacquer cabinet was supposed to be wrapped in industrial grade bubble-wrap - it was not. Same thing for a brass console table. Glass shelving was supposed to be packed in mirror boxes, they were jammed into a too small box- so one is chipped. A piece of one mahogany table is broken. An armrest protector from a loveseat was found in the truck amongst plastic garbage when we inspected the truck after they completed the delivery. The bed was put together backwards so the protruding screws damaged the newly painted walls at destination. I could list more- just to say this was the most unprofessional mover both in Montreal and Toronto. I will followup with the results of the claim I will be sending.

We were very happy with the service we received today from Cory and his team. In fact we were impressed with the service from your whole company. Eric and Frederique in the office were organized, efficient, reassuring and calming. Yesterday's team in Montreal were extremely hard working and didn't complain about all those stairs! All and all you have a great team and we were extremely happy with your service. And, added bonus: we received our belongings earlier than the originally scheduled date.

The 3 guys who showed up to move ne were polite & friendly, very respectful. Showed up on time. They worked hard, non-stop. I thought I was more prepared than I actually was. But realized I was in over my head. They packed up what was left, very efficiently. They dismantled things at old place, reassembled it at new place.
My dryer wouldn't fit, so I thought I would have to do without, but they found a way. I would definitely recommend this professional team. They took so much stress out of my day.

The movers showed up at 8 in the morning on my street and proceeded to honk for 30 mins straight to « wake up » their clients, waking up the whole street in the process. Many of my neighbours and I went outside to tell them to stop, and they responded by being rude and doing it even louder. Disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Both trucks said « AMJ livraison ».

Je croyais que déménager était une montagne insurmontable, avec l'équipe d'AMJ Montréal, rien n'est impossible.
Personnel courtois, a l'écoute de mes angoisses lors de cette journée, non seulement ils ont pris soin de mes meubles mais croyez le ou non de mon aussi elle était terrorisée par tout le brou haha des jours précédents et s'est réfugiée sous un très gros desk que je n'arrivais pas a bouger et bien ils ont pris la situation en mains et me l'on libérée de sa fâcheuse position, merci a toute cette équipe.
Perso je recommande sans contredis cette cie.et si je dois a nouveau me déplacer de ville, de province je leur ferais a nouveau confiance les yeux fermés.

This must be the worst transport company out there. We had bought furniture from a local store and this was their transporter.
First attempt the driver dropped, dragged my new sofa from the truck to my front door alone when they should have been 2 guys.
Second attempt they send me a dirty, unwrapped sofa with a nasty tarp over it. Like really guys step up your game. I worked in transport a few years and this is no way to get the job done. Call any other company but this one and if a local store is sending these guys to you to deliver cancel your purchase.

We used them 8 years ago and our move was very well done. Professional and very respectful of our furniture. Highly recommend them

La livraison de Costco de certains produit se fait par AMJ (dans mon cas un Lit) et ça fait 2 fois déjà qu'il recule ma date de livraison! Vraiment faché!
PS: Après commentaire négatif, ils ont réctifé le coup et devancé ma livraison, du coup, par honneteté j'augmente les étoiles car pour moi ça prouve qu'ils iennent à coeur la satisfaction de leurs clients!

I’m dealing with this company and it has been a month I’m waiting for my packages and some boxes are still missing. I will write another review for an update.

Notre pire expérience de déménagement - items perdus (et l'assurance pour laquelle on a payé et qui devait tout couvrir ne couvrait pas tout finalement.), facture finale pratiquement le double de l'estimé, réfrigérateur brisé (ils ont du envoyer une autre équipe le lendemain ET j'ai du faire venir à nouveau des réparateurs à mes frais quelques mois plus tard pour le même problème), les masques et gants qui devaient être portés ne l'était pas, et j'en passe. La compagnie m'a offert une compensation pour tous les problèmes, mais cela a pris des mois, plusieurs appels et rappels de ma part et beaucoup trop de temps perdu. Mon conseil: ne perdez pas votre temps et engagez une autre compagnie!
