This store is rubbish, scam on prices and customer service is super super bad I do not recommend to anyone. They sell perished fruits and expired products. PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS STORE.

They are selling perished fruits. When I went to return it back, the cashier shouted on me and asked me to throw the product on the garbage!

C zéro sur tout les échelles, j'étais là bas un jour pour chercher la job. J'ai chercher un responsable, les employés là bas m'ont dirigé vers une femme indienne je crois. Elle était incompétente avec moi, elle veut pas me répondre où me voir e elle m'a traité comme si ont est dans un poste de police devant tout le monde comme j'ai rien de droit. J'ai disais si ça arrivera à moi. Que ce qu'il passe avec les autres.boycotté cette épicerie jusqu'au qu'ils réaliser comment traité les êtres humains.

Horaire Horaire! JE SAIS MÊME PAS SI CE Magasin est contrôlé par l'état.
Magasin très sale, caissières et vendeurs irrespectueux et produits expirer et mal conservé.
Une caissière à casser ma boîte de pâte d arachide elle s'est même pas excusé.

This grocery store have a huge varieties of Indian stuff I went many times to buy fruits and vegetables. The owner is very nice and helpful also the employees but his wife is very rude, impolite and disrespectful!

I would prefer to give zero star. They sell expired stuffs. Pay attention when you bought there. Even fruits are rotten.for the box of mangoes for example they put mangoes with rotten parts and when you buy without checking, out of 9 mangoes you can hardly eat 2.
It’s the worst store I’ve ever seen with a owner yelling at customers. I won’t recommend it.

Today I saw the owner's wife yelling at an Asian old man and to another younger man. She was very rude and she was yelling and saying bad stuff to both customers with no apparent reason. I really wish the owner, his husband, talks to her because this is unacceptable. I was very close to call the POLICE since she was very crazy and rude. Next time I see her behaving like that I will call 911 directly. The owner's wife has no respect for customers. We need to report this to the authorities.

- Sell expired products or expiring soon. So always check date before buying.
- Bad customer service! They answer rudely and does not have sorry word in their dictionary. (Not everyone, so I am not generalizing here)
- Doesn't smell good for some reason!

A woman who claimed to be the owner insulted customers. Une femme qui prétendait être la propriétaire a insulté les clients. Terrible person.

They sold me expired couscos and when I went back to exchange it the lady who is always rude at the till to customers was mad and told me I needed to try it first and come back. She didn't want to refund or exchange it. I refused and was refunded but the fact they would even give me a hard time is crazy
It's expired it should be automatically done without hesitation.

Bought a bag of rice which we realized was torn, they refused to replace it. Extremely poor customer service. Won't be going back there ever.

Edit: the owner's reply shows how they treat the customers. If we tore it we wouldn't have a problem consuming it. The reason we came back to the store in 33 degrees heat is we didn't want to consume something which was exposed to goodness knows what.

Calling customers liars isn't the best way to do your business.

Lots of variety here in terms of spices, flour, rice, vegetables etc. But the breads and naans often have fungus! Highly disappointed to see this. Also the floor is not very clean and needs to be upgraded. But you get Indian, African, Middle Eastern stuff here very easily.

Also they do not accept credit cards. Why? ! Only debit and cash!

The behaviour of cashiers at this store is very rude. They dont have any sense to talk with customers specially Rajiga. I asked three times about location of a product, she told she is unable to hear because i wore mask and many more. This was the problem with her ears. She should learn how to talk with customers.cheap lady

Very rude behavior of the manager, when you find any problem with food products and raise your complaint she never give proper response she didn't respect any customer.

Be aware
Check the expiry date of the products you may find out dated product in the store and at last manager had evil type of behavior when customer wants to raise a complaint.

Think thrice before buying any product and most importantly check the best before date because most of the products are expired that's why they sell at less price.
One should complaint about this to food and heath department of Montreal or Quebec. As it is a matter of a public health and safety.

Extremely rude service from the cashier. My mom asked if they sell milk powder and the cashier replied "I don't like you. I don't like speaking with you. Go away! "

I like it but for the people who are shoping everything you bought it wash the fruits and vegetables leave in water and vinagre to désinfecte also chicken and fish put in wTer with vinagre to kill bacterias

Produit pas frais, espace pour circuler très petit, ca pue le poisson pas frais partout. Juste à passer de l'extérieur de chez eux ont sens cet odeur dégueu.

Friendly staff. Find them both helpful and honest. This store has many of the hard to find items that normal grocery stores don't have.

Very fresh vegetables, meats and fish, and not expensive.they have Moneygram and phone cards as well. They also have a very good selection of wine and craft beer.

The lady on the main counter don't know who is she?

. I just requested for dhl service but she behaved very rudely never going again there.

And asked why you are not asking first to search something

. I would like to request from Candian Gov organization to take some action and she was not wearing any mask while talking to me. I am very scared now from getting COVID19 plus there was no hand sanitizer
. She has no idea how to deal with her customers

Where do I start! Bad customer service, v.rude, dirty store all the time, can’t find anything and no one is willing to help or answer.

Check the expiry date before you buy anything. They are covering the expiry date with price tags on it. I’ve just bought this two days ago. They are selling products which where made two years ago and just about one month to expire.

J’adore leur magasin et leur service, ce qui est marrant on paie pas de taxes sur les produits achetés. Presque tout est moins cher chez eux.

They have a variety of products in general but not clean and it smells bad. The red meat section is mixing pork and beef in the same showcase.

Product varieties are goo, but their staffs are rude, especially their cash counter staffs literally throw your receipt and changes, they don't show respect to their customers

Its a good place to get Indian groceries, however need to check for the expiry date of products. The staffs here are not cooperative. The store has an unwelcoming smell too. It would be a lot better if more cleaner it is.

Marché pas trop cher mais la qualité des alimentaires laisse à désir. Personnel tres gentil a la poissonnerie. Les caissière a la caisse sont tres froide et du toute souriante

The smell once you enter is unbearable and makes you want to rush to end your shopping.most of the fruits and bread are rotten.the staff is very unfriendly.but cheaper than other shops especially when it comes to spices

You can shop most of the Indian spices here. Prices are a bit expensive compared to other Indian grocery stores. I would not recommended meat here.

I bought only 1 grape fruit but the Indian woman cashier put this item 3 times then ask her why put 3 times in the system.she didn't have any patience to explain and then throw my shopping bag aside.very very very very.bad customer service and the women cashier didn't have any patience. I won't go again in the future and I will tell my friends and family never go this shop AMR Inc.then I called and talked to the manger, but the manger no any reply and just said: OK

Propriétaire tout aussi désagréable (pour rester polie!) que son personnel. Aucun respect pour la clientèle. Magasin mal entretenu, fruits pourris. Ne vaut pas le détour! Ils oublient que c'est grâce aux clients qu'ils sont là! Ils ne nous font pas la charité. A boycotter! Zéro étoile
