AMS Medical Center And Rehabilitation

Tennis player here. 10 years ago I went to AMS to fix a triple hand tendinitis and they were very efficient towards healing. The injury never came back. I recently had to return after a golfer elbow developping from playing tennis and have to say the evaluation was thorough and am looking forward to the next consultation and heal this thing to get back to tennis asap. Highly recommended.

AMs is just amazing! They have helped my daughter sooooo much. The physiotherapist was just wonderful and so knowledgeable and caring! The massage therapist was more than excellent and the receptionist is the sweetest.

I was very well rec'd at the front desk, and my treatment was done with great attention to my pain and discomfort.

I just called the drs Secartary to ask about my drs papers, the woman was so rude she cut me off talked over me saying she already emailed me my papers. I honestly did not receive them. All I said was can you please send me another email of my papers. She was so rude kept talking over me saying she already sent them. Not sure who this secretary is but I know she works for dr r Lin. I believe the name is zodiac ponjarac. Management need to have a chat with her about her customer service never has a Secartary been so rude and talked over me like that. Some people do have bad days I understand that but she shouldn’t be taking it out on patients. Dr is nice.

You must all go to this clinic at least once! The staff there are friendly and inviting and extremely competent. I go there whenever there's anything that hurts and I get treated with respect and kindness and with superior skill! Oh and of course I leave there feeling better!
One of the best physios on the planet at the Dorval clinic, ask for an appt with Bhetash you will not be disappointed! Trust me!

Been looking all over Montreal for a custom knee brace for 9 years with no luck. Due to my many allergies and medical needs none worked and no one would help me. That's when I was so fortunate to find this clinic 5 minutes from my house in Dorval! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr Richard Bouzaglou took all the time I needed listening to my needs and found the perfect one for me. For the first time in 9 years I can walk a few steps with my walker and not use my wheelchair! I owe my life and gratitude to everyone here and will keep using them in the future. I will also recommend to my friends and family. Thanks again keep up the fantastic work!

Suite à un accident de voiture, j'ai été prise en charge par le centre AMS et M. Richard Bouzaglou physiothérapeute. Quel professionnalisme et compétence! Je suis très heureuse de ses services. J'avais peur suite à mon accident de rester avec des séquelles. Il m'a rassuré, à l'écoute, m'a aidé à faire partir mes douleurs et à me rétablir complètement. J'ai aussi bien fait les exercices à la maison. Jean-Marc Doyon m'a aussi fait des soins d'acupuncture et ça très bien fonctionné. Je recommande fortement ce centre à tous et vais référer mes proches. Merci pour votre bon service.

The diagnosis for my issue with my right upper back was performed thoroughly and effectively. Even though my pain has subsided for a few days, they were able to find the cause and give me a stretching routine.

The stretches given had helped me get back to my regular routine in around two weeks. They have a very knowledgable team of physiotherapists that not only diagnose and help treat your injury, they make sure you have a good understanding of what your injury is and what to avoid.

Une clinique à éviter. La secrétaire qui prends les rendez-vous n'est pas agréable à traiter avec.lorsque tu vas la voir, tu as l'impression de la déranger.il est évident qu'elle fait un travail qu'elle n'aime pas.
Avant de m'inscrire avec eux, elle m'a confirmé que je pouvais choisir l'horaire que je voulais il n'y a pas e problème. Une fois inscris.c'est tout à fait le contraire.
2019/01/04 Je n'ai pas parlé au responsable, mais la situation s'est régularisée.je vais voir à ajouter une étoile.

You often can hear them talk about their patients and not always in a good way

I wish my experience was good as the others. However very bad organization, I scheduled an appointment for 15: 40. I got there at 15: 20, the lady in the front desk was on the phone, waited 5 minutes to be told that I have to go to the second desk. I got there advise the lady at the desk about my appointment To 15: 40, then she said that it was scheduled at 15: 20. After, seeing if they could see me, she said that my appointment was at 15: 00. They were not even aware of the time that my appointment was scheduled to.
FYI: playing with the pain of others is not correct.
Very bad experience! I would strongly suggest to think twice before going there.
I had to leave work, clearly I was in pain and it seems no one cared.
