J’essaye de prendre rendez vous dans ce centre pour de la physio. Impossible de prendre rendez vous sur internet car le site ne fonctionne pas. J’appelle donc (c’était un lundi). On me dit comme j’avais vu sur le site qu’il y a une place jeudi à 10h00. Parfait, je la prend.
On ne me dit pas avec qui j’ai rendez vous et je n’ai jamais reçu de confirmation par mail.

J’arrive au cabinet aujourd’hui (donc jeudi), la secrétaire ne me trouve pas, et ah si au final, j’avais rendez le jeudi de la semaine suivante et le mail à mon dossier n’était pas celui que j’avais indiqué.
Bref je repars avec mon mal de genou.

I was suffering from chest and shoulder paim for a long time. I had my consultation with Adriana. She was very friendly, empathetic and also has a nice sense of humour. She heard my concern and hence planned a recovery path with some upcoming sessions. Really glad with the service received. Also the prices are also affordable for students.

The secretaries are curtius, respectful and helpful.

The Physiotherapist staff they have are one of the best in the area. They help you understand the pain you are having and gives you advice on stretches that are recommended to do daily in order to recover from a specific injury.

The Acupunctures are great here.

Mind you this the only place i come for Physiotherapy and i wouldnt change a thing about this place.

This is the first time that I've encountered any work-related injury and I had no idea on how to proceed as an international student being here for little over one year. The entire staff was very helpful on explaining and helping me on how everything works with a CSST. And the staff is bilingual which is great for Anglophones.

Moshe is very accommodating. His approach is so professional and I feel comfortable talking to him. He's very clear in his explanation about my case. He answers all my questions. All in all, my evaluation session with him went very well.

The Team starting with reception, who are very friendly and do a great job to answer your questions and book your appointments, to the therapist who are all top notch. I have been seeing Houssine for a few years starting with a frozen shoulder and now a knee injury. He is very professional and monitors my progress and updates my treatments as we see results.

Great team, very professional work! I am amazed by how kind and friendly Richard was. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs a custom knee brace to be made.

After being misdiagnosed at the ER with a shoulder injury, Moshe from the CDN clinic correctly pinpointed the source of the injury to the neck, and gave me exercises that almost immediately relieved the pain and had me functioning normally again within a few days!

Over the next couple of weeks the exercises evolved accordingly and I am now pain-free and in the maintenance stage of recovery.

Moshe is very knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and dedicated to the practice, and he explained everything in detail, and with diagrams, making sure I understood every step.

All the staff I met there are very nice and welcoming, and I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you!

Je trouve que l'idée de regrouper plusieurs thérapeutes au même endroit et intéressante.

Arrielle Amar and Hussain Bakry really helped me get my knee strong and ready for the surgery. Their deep knowledge about the process and excercises helped get realistically ready on all aspects physically and morally. I have done the surgery last week and from next Friday, I will restart the physiotherapy with them. Arrial and Hussain only no one but them. I am really grateful to both of them.

Dr. Bouzaglou est très professionnel, il a su trouver mon problème grâce à un diagnostique détaillé, en posant les bonnes questions et surtout, en me communiquant une solution efficace.

Après avoir consulté plusieurs spécialistes en vain, il est le seul à m'avoir donné une solution efficace! En Plus il prend le temps d'expliquer en détail et d'une façon simple et compréhensible.

So many injuries. And thankfully, so much knowledge and therapies that helped me to recover from recurring Achilles tendonitis to knee rehab after a knee replacement. Even to supplying an insurance approved branded knee brace paid by the Gov't.

Reserved online for a massage. I then showed up at appointment time, and then they notified me there’s a glitch in system that there’s no massage therapist.

Receptionist was very nice and professional, but I’m giving this place 1-star because this glitch unacceptable. Fix it, owners.

Richard Bouzaglou was super attentive and supportive and went beyond what I was expecting. He found me knee brace and planned out a treatment plan for me.

The AMS are a team of highly qualified professionals who encourage and motivate you to do you best to help you recover from injury.

J'avais beaucoup de difficultés à utiliser mes mains pour écrire, ouvrir et fermer la porte, bref à les utiliser pour mes activités de tous les jours. Au bout d'une semaine, j'ai senti une nette amélioration après avoir fait les exercices. Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil et le service rendu! Continuez avec votre bon travail!

If I could give them 10 I would. The compassion and human touch from the staff can’t be compared. It’s never too late to start caring about your body. They’ll make you work hard because they care.

3 treatments with Moshe Vazana and he has identified my back issue and followed up with exercises to support my recovery.i was held up in traffic and was the last appointment of the day. I felt better after my 1st physio treatment and considerably better after a few treatments. My neck pain was intense due to osteoarthritis (and I have poor balance). Physiotherapy reduced my pain considerably and I walk down the street with confidence.

A while ago I had fractured my knee cap and was in a lot of pain, unable to work or go to the gym. Since I am an active person, this was especially hard for me.

Almost immediately after starting physiotherapy at AMS I felt better because I felt I was getting good treatment and the staff seemed both qualified, patient and caring. I was therefore able to trust them to help me.

Over time, I noticed that by constantly doing the exercises there were many small improvements in my ability to do more. I felt that the staff would push me just the right amount to help me make progress but not too much that I was in agony.

The pain also started to slowly subside and I am doing so much better now.

19/ 08/29 Je suis très satisfaite des services déjà reçus dans votre centre médical de réadaptation. Depuis l' acceuil jusqu' en thérapie, la courtoisie est MOT D' ORDRE. Sans aucun doute, y règne une très bonne organisation de travail selon la méthode de Descartes. Les thérapeutes déjà rencontrées déploient un niveau de "caring" humaniste - empathique qui met en confiance d' d'emblée.  Merci, Mariette

Encore une fois mille merci pour les bons soins reçus et en cours à la clinique AMS; je suis très émue par la stratégie d' optimisation de l' empowerment du client déployée par les thérapeutes.ils/elles vous impliquent dans vos exercices; au final vous réalisez que vous êtes capables de faire les mêmes techniques en salle et même à la maison en toute autonomie. J' adore le massage d'Adr. A. J' adore le calme et l'aura philanthropique dégagés par tous les therapeutes/ Staff.c' est tres rare de se retrouver ainsi dans un environnement matériellement et spirituellement cohérent pour offrir des soins "optimum".   En bref, des exercices ciblés +massages professionnels + application de coussin magique chauffant ont permis de réduire le niveau d' inflammation rebelle/ douleur/ entorse? I sent an email asking if they have someone who treats lower-back pain + sacroiliac dysfunction, they said yes and recommended me to see Moshe Vazana. It was the worst experience of my life. I'm not going to talk about his office disorder, it doesn't matter for me as I was looking for diagnosis and pain relief rather than anything else.
Waste my time with him, he didn't perform any test and he kept saying it's in my head and insisting on getting my life back. He tapes my ilium to help hip extension but that made my sacroiliac joint worse and at the end, I discovered it's my overactive TFL. What do you expect from a PT who don't challenge/test your muscles and look only to ROM!
Anyways, I don't like to write reviews, look around and don't waste your time+money.
