Definitely a recommended place to rent inflatables. First time renting there and the service was impeccable. I was unfamiliar with the product and they were one phone call away. Despite the long road to pick up, would definitely go back!

Rented a bouncy castle for kids' party in August, along with cotton candy machine as a fun alternative to birthday cake. Castle was fine but cotton candy machine was DOA, motor was broken so it wouldn't spin. We tried everything and owner told us over the phone "Sorry, bring it back and we'll refund you". It's now November and she won't answer voicemails or emails and still no refund in sight. Considering the value of the cotton candy machine rental, it's pretty sad she's willing to forego repeat business over $40-50. Small businesses need to keep in mind satisfied customers will tell 4-5 people, dissatisfied customers will tell 9-10.

We have rented bouncy castles several time with Amuz. This year we rented a cotton candy machine for a full cotton candy themed party. The machine’s motor was broken and no one answered our calls to try to exchange in time for the end of the party. Cotton candy was the dessert and loot bag and we had to go out to buy something from the pharmacy to replace!
We were told we would be refunded, and it’s now 3 months and tons of emails and calls later, and no reply or refund. I am honestly more confused than anything - at least respond to an email with a credit or something? !? Terrible service for a repeat customer who has sent business your way over the years

Kids had a blast! Will definitely use them again! We changed our bouncy houses last minute due to weather and they were SUPER accommodating!
