I had the two eggs with smoked meat. It was delicious!
The portions of the smashed potatoes and the smoked meat were generous.

Amazing breakfast place!
We had a vegan in our group, and it's the first breakfast place where she could actually have a real breakfast and not just a fruit bowl or toast and she said the vegan grilled cheese was amazing.
They also allowed her to bring her own oat milk, seeing as she is allergic to almond milk, which they used in her latte.
They also have a kids menu.
We went around 1pm and only waited 10 minutes for a table.
I would definitely go back to eat there and would highly recommend it for breakfast/brunch.

Our favs are the herb onelet and spinach/onion/cheddar crepe with hollandaise sauce Their bacon is the best ever!
The menu is huge, and there's something for everyone. Don't forget to get some of tgeir donuts!

Food is really good, different from a lot of other breakfast restaurants, they forgot a couple of things on my friends plate (she never got them) but I recommend the smashed potatoes those were excellent and my omelet as well very fluffy.

Best breakfast/brunch in the west island. It was packed the Sunday we went, but we were seated relatively quickly and with a smile. Food was outstanding. 100% get the smash potatoes when offered. Service excellent. We were never rushed, but be prepared to stand in line to get seated. Its because it's wonderful.

Great customer service! I have been a semi-regular customer of Amy’s for a long time, but have never written a review. I don’t need to repeat all of the positive comments regarding the food, but would like to thank the staff for their customer service on my last order. It was a pick-up order of 2 casseroles, and the eggs were not on the correct plates. This was an issue for us because the vegetarian would not eat eggs sitting on a pile of ham, and I do not eat poached eggs…. So simply swapping them was not an option. After a quick call to the restaurant, it was agreed that I would bring all the food back and a new complete order would be prepared. Thankfully I live nearby, so that was what I wanted to happen. After going back and receiving the new order, I was given some additional items as an apology for the mix-up. I am very happy how this situation was handled, and cannot say enough good things about the staff at Amy’s. They are always friendly, and this experience shows that they will do their best to fix a mistake. Thank you!

Was super busy on the Sunday I ate here. But the wait wasn't long for two people thankfully. Very organized, pleasant and on the ball staff. Food was delicious. I will be back again!

Nice breakfast/brunch place. The staff takes it up a notch with the friendly and happy service.

Had a fabulous breakfast experience yesterday. We were seated immediately, served coffee and tea quickly. The food was, as always, just delicious and our waiter, Michael was top-notch! Can't wait to go back and try something new on their amazing menu!

My wife and I would frequent Amy's at their old location. The new Amy's location. Still same great friendly service and delicious food and donuts. Like most restaurants they are working with limited staff please be kind. Everyone is always doing above and beyond even with the circumstances

My sourdough toast with avocado and spinach was soggy and we were asked to leave because there was a lineup and wanted to seat other people…. Wasn’t the best experience.

This morning I ate breakfast at Amy's with my nephew. After a fairly long line-up (10 minutes), I found a menu myself in line, but it was covered in butter. Amy's is extremely noisy - the sound baffles seem to do little. But the food was good and service fine. I went to pay and this time I did not leave a tip. I'm visiting from abroad and in my country tips are not used. When I went to leave, the waiter (tall gentleman with black hair) said to me "By the way, I just paid for you to have breakfast", which I found humiliating in front of my nephew and other patrons. I said "Excuse me? " and he began to lecture me in Quebec tax law. I asked to speak to the manager, which he at first refused to identify.

When the manager, Jennifer, did arrive, I politely explained to Jennifer that the waiter had been extremely rude to me. She explained how little money the waiters made, again, more Quebec tax law. I explained I was from abroad, where tips are not given at restaurants, and Jennifer asked, "You don't research local customs when you travel? " At this point, Jennifer kept interrupting me, and I politely asked her to let me finish my sentences. Jennifer was quite taken aback at having to listen to a customer without interrupting. When I finished, Jennifer asked sarcastically, "Am I allowed to talk now? " and then accused me of being rude. I reminded her that I had been assertive, but polite and respectful, and it was she who was rude, and at this point I left (never to return!).

I can see from one-star reviews from Prachi, Mare, Niya, Mimi, and Tim that staff rudely accosting customers over tips seems to be policy at Amy's.  Furthermore, the argumentative "response from the owner" to many of these critical reviews shows that bullying customers seems to be a practice that comes straight from the top.

The staff here are entitled, rude, and are unable to listen to polite feedback. The food is good but not worthy of the hype. It's loud and a bit dirty. Avoid.

I’m à Amazon i went there to deliver a package and I was so hungry but so I was like why not try I only ask for one crepe and 2 sausages this guy hooked me up wit extra mashed potato’s 3 sausage bacon and my crepe they mad my day. Plus at a the time I came the kitchen was close. So kind, thank you! Really good food

Now moved into a larger space. Not fancy or pretentious, just good food and service. Great early bird special before 9am (worth getting up early for). Enjoy. Actually, not sure if they still do the early bird special anymore but nothing wrong with getting an early start to your day. Always great. Great food, great staff. Well done Amy's!
