We need this type of markets more than now in the city. I like the management of different verities of foods and groceries and sweets and cakes.
They make the muffins and cackes like Persians. Sweet but not too sweet. With creams but also not too sweet and the baklava's extract without annoying the throat.
You can't see any political and religion distancing between customers, clients.
You will be very comfortable overthere.

This bakery has a fantastic selection of pastries, baklava, fresh breads, pita, lahmajoun pizza and more. The sojouk pizza is really quite delicious!

When I got food, it was delicious but it was very hard to get anyone to serve me. They were chatting with other staff or folks who I assume are regular customers, but it was my first time there. I didn't feel welcome and I will not return.

A storefront which is too large for its purpose. The selection is dwindling, and the client base is not what it used to be.

It seems like Andalos is more focused on their commercial operations than they are maintaining their once booming retail.

Perhaps the reason we all used to come no longer exists. $8-9 for an all dressed pita is a bit much.

Fantastic bakery.
Ordered a custom cake for my sons birthday and it was incredible. Fresh, moist full of flavour and a work of art.

I am a long time client of Andalos. I come here every 2 weeks to buy the fairly sized Half zaatar half cheese bread. It is delicious, hence the 2 stars.
However, I was very disappointed at the shrinked version of today’s zaatar bread and surprisingly for the same price. Very disappointing after all these years of loyalty…
I will buy from Byblos next time if this change is permanent!

Unprofessional staff, at the food counter, refused to serve me when I asked if I simply needed chicken, insisting that I had to order rice as well. Additionally, when I asked him what it contained, he angrily retorted, "Chicken, you can't see that. " Staff should respect consumers at all times, what a poor attitude.
Only cash or debit are accepted; credit cards are not.
Prices are more expensive than at other stores.

Je vous recommande de goûter à leur manaïche, le zaatar a un goût unique que vous ne trouverez pas ailleurs. Par contre évitez les kébé que l'on trouve dans le frigidaire, optez pour les cuits sur place.

Use to be an amazing place with the fresh’st products, the 2 last times i went i had to throught half of what i bought as it was so old i could not even eat it, to bad this place was always worth the detour, but now not even free i would eat there.

Vous ne pouvez pas venir à Montréal sans visiter Boulangerie Andalos, très bonne nourriture et super délicieuse pâtisserie avec une grande variété de choix

On habite loin de cette boulangerie. Cependant on y visite assez souvent pour acheter notre pain pita qui est supposé être frais. Le 5 sept 2022, à 10h du matin, le pain était vieux d'au moins deux jours. En effet, il s'agit du pain invendu et retourné la veille des dépaneurs et petites épiceries. Je me tourne vers les petits paquets, et pour ma surprise, ils sont congelés. Pour résumer, depuis le décès du fondateur il y a quelques années, le service s'est énormement dégradé.

I usually don't make comments but this time I hope to help others.
The staff are not in a good mood, frustrated (maybe salary to low) the food is not well cooked, chicken no taste, the rice inedible, potato's with too much oil, salads very tired. Dining area dirty, toilets smell and prices to expensive.
I hope the employees can find a better job.

Andalous failed me big time. Went there to eat with friend. Completely disorganized, 1 employee for 200m of counter. My friend grabbed the beef plate, then I order the chicken one only to hear "are you guys together" I said yes but not ordering the same.
They gave me a lame excuse, saying "you have to order at the same time", chicken is 10 mins to heat. What if the client behind was asking for chicken? Would you tell him order at the same time with the other clients? It's Cleary one customer after the other. I didn't eat that day, I left. It's not the first time. Lazy service and unprofessional.

One star for the nice lady at the other counter and one star for the baklavas.

Je suis allée chercher le gâteau aujourd’hui que j’avais commander. J’avais envoyer la photo que je voulais qu’il mette dessus avant une semaine. Quand je suis venu chercher le gâteau la photo par dessus était floue. Il mont dit que c’est à cause du frigo la photo devient comme ça. J’ai ensuite parler au gérant qui a mis la photo sur moi en disant que la photo étais trop pixeliser même si ce n’étais pas le cas. Je suis sorti déçu, rapport qualité prix ça ne vaut pas la peine. Pour ma part je ne commanderais plus de gâteau ici.

Everything looks good and delicious, but the staff are, 50% of them, don't have there masks on the faces, they have it on there neck.

They have the best Pita bread in Montreal and Canada in addition to other high quality arabic and Lebanese bakery products, sweets and manaeesh. They serve daily plates. The prices are relatively fair. The location is ok yet i believe they should have another branch/es in another areas. They have Free parking although there is not much available spaces especially during peak hours and lunch breaks. Highly recommended for all of their products.

I've been going there for 20yrs, quality of food has gone down. Their pita bread would remain fresh for longer time, now they seem old after just one day.

20 years I go there still management did not apply organisation of client service by applying numbers per client even if there is only 3 clients it should be by numbers period.it is always a mess! Don't complain about the mess in lebanon while you can't apply the rule of line organization in Canada!

Other then that food is delicious.

For the past months, we went over here to buy their delicious products. Their foods are really tasty and the environment is very libanais.

Unfortunately, yesterday at the cash, one of the manager stop us in order to check if I purchased the correct amount of products by weirdly looking at us.

Update (Reduce from 4 stars to 1 Star) : Went shopping last weekend and it was terrible, one staff were working on the counter while he clearly saw me waiting for 15 minutes in first line BUT decide to help other on the opposite side of where I was located.

Y'all should hire more people to be honest cause this is unacceptable

J’appréciais ce restaurant, mais depuis un mois son plat de Tabbouleé n’est plus frais. J’ai, au début laissé un message explicant ce fait, de plus j’avais expliqué ce fait à une employée responsable en face. Deux semaines plus tard j’achète de nouveau du taboulé et constaté de nouveau qu’il n’est pas mangeable. C’est dommage.

Quality has gone down recently, their pita bread starts breaking up up into pieces after a day. They need to go back to what they where doing previously

Toujours aussi délicieux et frais. Le service par contre, horrible, très lente, on a commandé de kebbé et le monsieur s'était fâché parce qu'on a demandé de les réchauffés, il avait une très mauvaise depuis le début.

Le trio lahmajine est pourrie j'ai payé de la nourriture expiré qui m'as causé des maux de ventre incroyable, j'ai demandé de sauce à l'ail que je n'ai jamais reçue, le bol des patates est a moitié trompé dans l'huile, très lourde et très salé, ma commande a été préparé de manière très désastreuse et c'est du n'importe quoi.jamais à recommander et jamais refaire cette expérience, j'ai payé 35$ pour une bouffe à jeter à la poubelle et avoir une toxication juste en goutant nullllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

Food is amazing but the service is poor and slow not because of employees its because of the new owners are beeing cheap and wanna save money. Put more employees on the food service come on guys at the time the father was managing it wasnt like that. But guess the new generation just wanna save money and this is causing slow service. Btw the workers are great but they only have 2 hands. They are limited! Make sure salt and pepper, ketchup are available for costumers. Come on guys you can do better. It wasnt like that seriously!

One of the best lebanese bakery. From Lebanese pizza (manouché) to dessert to pita bread to biscotti to hors-d'oeuvres to cakes juices lunch breakfast. Catering. Tourism gathering. Hot spot. Food is fresh. Fast service. Drive through. Cash Interac but no credit. Friendly. Warm welcoming. Helpful staff. Lots of choices. Ready to go meals.

They have almost nothing shown in pictures.
Pastries were non existing, probably had 5 different kinds vs the 20-30 different kind shown in pictures. Disappointed.

FYI, I got this sharp plastic piece INSIDE an Anis cookie. Not sure what you use while preparing these cookies, i hope you take some actions to prevent this.

I went to get Manoushé and ended up buying the whole store. Everything is delicious; my daughter and husband couldn't get enough of their Anis cookies a definite must. The lady at the counter was so sweet she even gave me advice on how to best to prepare/serve what I just purchased. A montreal gem

Great variety of pita sandwiches you can eat right away! It’s as quick as a fast food, but it’s a lot more tastier and healthier. You pick your pita, they warm it up in an oven, you pick your toppings and you are ready to eat a delicious sandwich. They also have a counter that servers hot food like Shawarma, Shish taouk and others. You can also buy homemade pastries and food from the Middle East. Open weeknights so good for a quick stop for a quick bite.

Very disappointed by their service. We already ordered a cake for birthday and we asked for (pink printed mickey mouse). We were told that it costs $90 because it requires a hard work and time to make it exactly as the picture and the micky mouse will be made from sugar and butter. When we picked up the cake, we were shocked. We found that they printed a mickey mouse on a white paper and pasted on it. They failed to make it as the picture and they offered us to get $5 discount. Anyway we don't recommend this place if you would like to have a custom cake or special design. NOT professional at all, worst pastry chef.here is the cake that we asked for and what we got

Love this boulangerie; I love going for breakfast cause it's always fresh and yummy. Sometimes we go for lunch too; love to eat the fish and rice, great salads, yummy pizza too. I always buy pastries and some kaak to bring home. Great service with a smile!

" (il n'y avait pas d'autres personnes au comptoir) ca se voit qu'ils sont payés au minimum et personnes a envie de travailler!

J'ai été traité comme un voleur. Après avoir commandé un pita au comptoir, j'ai décidé de payer d'avance à la caisse (qui est juste en face) afin d'économiser du temps. La caissière me dit avec grande frustration qu'elle devait "voire" avant de quitter. Comme si que j'allais quitter avec un truc en trop. De retour au comptoir, le serveur se comporte auprès de moi avec mépris et ne réponds même plus à mes demandes. Il enroule mes pitas n'importe comment et ceux-là se déversent partout à terre à leur ouverture.

They make the most awesome pita sandwiches filled with whatever toppings you can think of! They have vegetarian options too. After the first time I had one of their pitas I actually had dreams about eating it! It's that good.

Fast food kind of place. Supermarket at the same time with specific Lebenase specialties. Not bad. Sweets as well. Some cooked food available as well. Verdict: give it a try.

I have.never.ever.been to a place like this before. Not sure how to describe it (Bakery? Fast casual resto? Pastry?) but I had such an amazing experience that I had to write a review. The owners (brothers & sisters) are always on the floor interacting with clients (which is so refreshing in a social media era), the food reminded me of back home in Lebanon, the prices are so reasonable given that everything is homemade.anyways u get the point lol I love it!

Extremely disappointed after being a loyal customer here for over a year, the quality of the product has gone completely downhill
I found mold in one of my orders and upon contacting management they did not address the issue, accused me of lying and refused to apologize or discuss recompensation
They don't seem to care about their customers well being and have no regard for any consequences their actions could have had
It was a risk to my health and the health of my family, to find mold in a cake after one day is absolutely abnormal
and they tried to dismiss me by saying their products have something added so it's impossible for them to have mold

Very bad experience today.we bought 2 knefeh we paid 14 cad and it worth max 1$ not hot.they have put it in microwave.and you just taste it.not eat it.because it was so mini.kaakeh too small and knefeh 4x4 cm so tiny.tha achta my friend had was stuck on the grill pan when he heated it in the microwave so when he removes it to put it in the plate was all stuck from the bottom and left the top crunchy part so he asked the guy to add another part so he could eat something at least.i thought he want me to tasete before but it was the real one.last time.not worth it.and specially i had a french guy with me he was taking pics of tabbouleh and manakich, a lady shoutef with an arrogant behavior. No photos.even does not know what a word PLEASe mean.bad staff.very bad experience.

C’est choquant quand on voit la caissière crie dessus d’une cliente, et de lui répondre impoliment c’est rare de le voire à Québec, mais c’est passé chez Andalos.
Je me suis habitué d’aller chez Andalos, mais pendant plusieurs reprise j’ai remarqué le mauvais service des caissières pas avec moi, mais avec des clients et la façon dont elles répondaient OMG c’est énervant, le plus pire personne des leaders ou des superviseurs s’est présentés pour régler.
J’ai pris ma décision de ne jamais y aller,

Service scandaleusement pourri mais les pizzas, pâtisseries et produits rares ethniques font de cet établissement l'un des plus remarquables que je connaisse sur l'île de Montréal. Chaque fois que je débarque là-bas, on me fait clairement comprendre que je dérange. C'est bien dommage car on brave le trafic montréalais pour se rendre chez Andalos et les prix ne sont pas donnés non plus.
