Great lawyer, may seem stern and straight to the point; but is ultimately a great guy with a great personality. Accused of false charges that I did not commit, and went through a couple lawyers but ultimately Mr. Barbacki was the one I felt most safe with. If people complain about the prices: you pay for what you get. I have never been near the criminal realm and he was able to make me feel safe and in good hands. Has a very lovable personality once you get acquainted with him. I would not think I would have ever ended up in the situation where I would even need a lawyer. But some circumstances cannot be foreseen; I have a clean past and never thought I would have been in the predicament I was in since I was falsely accused of committing actions that I did not do was even more scared and hesitant to contact lawyers since this was the first time I ever needed legal counsel. Mr. Barbacki fought for my innocence and I utterly disagree with the previous comments saying that he is a completely waste of money and time since he proved to be a very helpful lawyer and I sensed genuine concern for me coming internally. Especially since it was my only encounter with the legal system that was based on false charges, he genuinely saw how concerned I was of having these fake charges lobbed against me. Since I was studying in Montreal with no family, I felt that he was genuinely acting as a parental figure.
