I moved recently to Montreal and it’s very hard to find such a place that literally fix any issues you have instead of wasting money and buy new devices. They are always my first choice for any problems I have on my phone or laptop.
The working hours are just perfect even when I need their tech support, I call them and ask for help.
Price is also logical and make it way cheaper than other places.

My computer is making a loud noice because the fan is not working properly. The fan is replaced with a freshly ordered one and it was fixed quickly after the order was delivered. My computer is also cleaned which is very nice to have it back seeing it like a new one. Overall the service is very friendly and nice! I had a nice and pleasant experience.

Went here after cpu fan broke and my laptop stopped working. They were kind, quick and professional. Ill be refering them to all my friends!

I replaced my lap top battery here and the price was really fare, also they fixed the little problem of my lap top screen for free!

I woke up this morning in Montreal to find that my computer wouldn't start. Most of my business is conducted by email and I needed it fixed (if possible) immediately. I raced over to Staples (suggested by my hotel) and they told me they would send it out tomorrow to look at.which was too late. So I found Andromeda on Yelp, and it was the best stroke of luck I've had this week.

The owner, Kosai, answered my call and told me to bring him my computer. He took my computer into the back, did some diagnostics, and fixed it in ten minutes. Amazing sevice. And a super-nice guy. Cost was CAD 60 to repair it. I'm using it now to gratefully write this review.

They have very good service, at reasonable prices and friendly customer service. They have fixed my laptop before and I have no complaints except that they do not seem to be reliable when it comes to opening hours; on weekdays they open at 11AM, at least in theory, sometimes they do not open till 12 so customers waste their time coming to have a repair done or pick up an item because the business is closed

They tried to fix the problems with my computer 4 times and failed each time. I provided them with an external hard drive to save my files when they wiped my computer clean and they managed to loss all my files.would not recommend.

I would recommend this place with 100% confidence. I am writing this review after using their service multiple times over a period of two years. Not only I received better service than other places, but also received fair price compared to other stores. The guy is very knowledgeable and he knows what he’s doing and always available to follow up in case you have questions. Very prompt, would take the time to assist you even if you are coming without an appointment! Super kind and always welcoming and would accommodate for your needs and will do research before answering you. Extremely professional and expert. Great value and 100٪؜ recommend this place.

The guy working is really good. Removed my audio jack stuck inside laptop and still charged me the same amount although he had to put on a lot of work to remove glue as I had used it to remove the jack.

I had a broken hinge during a very stressful time and called everywhere but the other computer repair companies were not available. I found this on Kijiji montreal and when i saw it was close by, i called. What impressed me was the owner answered and i went over and he said he could fix it by evening, or the latest the next morning. And i got a message that evening that it was repaired and i could pick it up. Good efficient quick service and reply, owner very amiable and down to earth, knows his stuff, gave me different options, and the pricing is good. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a quick repair at the last minute. Plus they also offer other computer tutoring and web services.

Service rapide et professionnel. J'ai amené mon laptop en pensant qu'il devrait le garder sur place plusieurs jours pour faire un diagnostic et ensuite la réparation, mais en l'espace de quelques minutes, je savais déjà ce qui était le problème et la réparation n'a même pas pris 24h. J'y retournerai sans hésitation.

Déposé mon ordi pour le recevoir plus de 6 semaines plus tard, mais le problème persiste pis j'ai payé 160$.

Je ne peux pas me permettre de perdre mon ordi pour un autre 6 semaines sans suivi de leur part. Ils m'ont menti, disant m'avoir appelé alors que mon cellulaire avait enregistré aucun appel.

Yea, don't trust this place to fix your laptop. I brought the laptop in for a fix on a hinge and then the screen was broken at the end. He denies responsibility but ultimately it rendered the laptop unusable. The wifi card was also taken out for some reason at the end. This also doesn't describe the excruciating wait of over three months for him to constantly say "I'll be ready next week". Don't recommend.

Great service! Helped me multiple times, and one time didn't charge me at all for a service that seemed trivial for them.

Fast and honest work. I was explained about everything related to issue of the laptop, and given an honest solution with appropriate cost. The he service and behaviour at the shop was professional and freindly.
