Great, they helped us choose our first pet, a rodent. The staff was friendly.

One problem, the store employee did not know what gender the rodent was, and said that he was a little over a month old (he was sitting in the cage himself). And recently our pet gave birth to children!

Now this is an issue that needs to be resolved, since we were not warned about anything like this when purchasing, and this is upsetting.

He never smiled, said hi nothing as if my business was not wanted plus i think he was watching me on security camera as when i came to the cash he quickly minimized the video on screen. Did not feel good after shopping here felt like i was a thief or not wanted. Frankly would avoid it if you are a person of color.

My first time here and last I was followed and made to feel really unwelcome I wanted to get other things but the service was so atrocious I just bought one thing and left. I do not enjoy being followed my last time here, after I saw two people enter but the attendant didn’t bother following them guess why.other reviews say staff is friendly but the clerk never acknowledged me even

I am a customer for a year and I never had any problem till today. I have been buying all my gears from this specific store and I feel disappointed that the service girl wouldn't allowed me to bring in my trottinette for a transaction that lasted less than 45 seconds. To be honest, I can just never come back and order everything from Amazon but I want to support the local economy, right?

Dishearteningly, this shop still have a no-scooter policy, which is not only inconvenient but also discriminatory. Scooters are eco-friendly and essential for many commuters. To address this issue, the shop can adopt inclusive solutions. First, it could designate scooter parking areas near the entrance, ensuring both security and accessibility. Second, implementing a "scooter-friendly hours" policy during quieter times can minimize congestion concerns. Alternatively, installing temporary ramps can make the entrance accessible to all. Third, staff training to accommodate scooter users, perhaps offering assistance with carrying items, would go a long way. Lastly, promoting a scooter-friendly image can attract a wider customer base and reflect the shop's commitment to sustainability and inclusivity. It's high time shops recognize the importance of accommodating all customers, regardless of their mode of transportation.

This store is just steps from my house and I have been coming here for years. Pretty decent selection of dog and cat supplies and they also carry some bird and fish stuff. I don't think they sell any live animals but not 100% sure. All of the employees are great. If you are buying something with an expiration date, check that date carefully. Say high to the floppy eared cat. He's been working here longer than many of the employees.

J’ai acheté un oriental shorthair avec eux au coût de 1 500$ plus taxes. Tous les vaccins étaient supposés être faits ainsi que la visite chez le vétérinaire initiale. Le gérant, Yan, nous a clairement dit qu’aucune visite chez le vétérinaire n’était requise avant l’année prochaine, ce qui a par ailleurs été confirmé par une employée de l’animalerie.

Cependant, lorsque nous sommes allés récupérer le carnet de vaccin, on s’est fait dire qu’ils n’ont jamais fait le vaccin de rappel: résultat, j’ai dû refaire les vaccins. Ils ne remboursent pas la visite chez le vétérinaire et indiquent qu’ils l’auraient fait faire eux mêmes. Pourtant, les employés nous ont dit de les faire faire et qu’ils rembourseraient les coûts.

Par ailleurs, notre chaton, Axel, était malade lorsque nous l’avons adopté. L’animalerie ne nous a pas remis de médicaments pour le traiter. Nous avons donc dû acheter des médicaments pour Axel. Le gérant nous rétorque que nous sommes allés le chercher trop tôt. C’est ce dernier qui nous avait dit la semaine qu’Axel serait prêt pour l’adoption et il s’agit de l’animalerie qui nous a appelés pour venir le récupérer.

Vraiment un mauvais service avec du personnel qui dit des choses contradictoires. Ils ne respectent pas leurs engagements. Ils ne respectent même pas la Loi sur la protection du consommateur, indiquant que les animaux sont sans garantie légale, ce qui est illégal en soi.

Solution simple: allez au Mondou sur Sherbrooke et évitez cet endroit. Ils ne sont tout simplement pas professionnels. Vous vous éviterez bien des ennuis.

Super friendly people, lovely store! I wish the bunnies were in bigger cages though and the hamsters should be kept apart

If this was a review from my cat it's 1 star. We usually have a hard time cutting his nail ourselves but the nail clipper does it so well, quick and easy.

Good local pet store with lots of choice. We espeically appreciate that they keep late hours. It is very helpful to be able to go while on the evening walk with my dogs.

A 16h15 j’appelle et explique mon problème d’un produit acheté la veille. La fille au téléphone me dit venez n’a pas de problème vous pouvez venir nous allons la rembourser. Quelques heures plus tard je me rend sur place. La fille qui est sur place appelle ça collègue pour voir si s’est vrai qu’elle m’a dit ça. Elle a dit qu’elle a dit oui si la boîte non ouverte on voit clairement qu’elle ne respecte pas ce que je lui ai dit et ne m’a pas écouter. Clairement pour savoir qu’elle ne marche pas j’ai dû l’essayer.

Après 20 minutes de marche on me répond de voir avec la compagnie ce qu’ils peuvent faire ici on ne rembourse pas. Pour une première fois dernière fois assurément pour moi. Je voulais partager mon expérience
