Trop souvent je me fait répondre d'une façon de "Moi je connais tout et je sais tout parce que je travaille dans un petshop"

Première fois que je suis déçu du service^^' je viens toujours a cet animalerie pcq tout le monde est tellement aimable; un accueil toujours aussi ensoleillé! Mais lors de mon passage à la caisse pas de bonjour, pas de sourire, on me dit pas le prix, on me passe direct la machine pour payé sans un seul regard alors que je l'avais en papier. Ambiance un peu moyenne aujourd'hui‍️ ça arrive des journées bre-som, mais faut quand même pas oublier votre beau sourire les filles:)

J'ai trouvé ce que je cherchais facilement et le service a été très bien. Les prix étaient juste.

Super service, les filles savent de quoi elles parlent et c'est apprécié! Bons conseils et super service après vente aussi, notamment suite à l'achat d'un chiot et d'un aquarium.

Pensant acheter un chat en sante.le chat Etant adulte sest mit a vomir a la deuxieme journee jai ete les revoir avec le chat non pas rembourse. Mon dit lavoir examine que cest possiblement le stress. En sortant ete voir le vétérinaire le chat a beaucoup de mite morsure abces a une griffe etant pas vaccine vermifuge on a du pas laisser lanimal dans cet etat eu vaccin rage antibio vermigfuge anti mite. Rappelle a lanimalerie mon dit rembourse le chat revendre comme ca selon la loie suppose etre garantie 10 jours par contre doit etre dabord verifier avec veto avant vente

supposer de vendre des animaux verifier par le veterinaire

I love this store. The staff is wonderful, they have a lot of products at a very reasonable price. I also adopted few animals from this store and they are all healthy. Even when I don't really need anything, I like to drop in to look around and discover something new.and I usually come out of it with few bones or treats for my pets.

Beaucoup de choix afin de combler les besoins des animaux. Animaux en santé, des employés connaissant cous offrant des produits aidant au bien être des animaux.

Ne donne plus de vrai informations pour lézard vendu seulement que pour vendre même si se n'est pas une sorte pour vous ex. Âge de la personne débutant où expérimenté donc étudié vôtre achat avant acheter car vente sur pression

Good amount of variety for pretty much any pets you could own. It is a bit too packed, and sometimes hard to walk around when there's people. Animals are kept in way too small enclosure. On the reptiles side, they are really close to each other in habitats where the side are transparent even for species that are sometimes territorial. The price for most of the things are competitive and they have a great selection of things you will have a hard time finding around. I wouldn't buy a pet there, but it's a great place to buy equipments and foods.

Bonne quantité de variété pour à peu près tous les animaux de compagnie que vous pourriez posséder. C'est un peu trop bondé d'articles, et parfois difficile de s'y promener quand il y a du monde. Les animaux sont gardés dans des enclos trop petit. Côté reptiles, ils sont vraiment proches les uns des autres dans des habitats où le côté est majoritairement transparent même pour des espèces parfois territoriales. Le prix de la plupart des articles est compétitif et ils ont une grande sélection de choses que vous aurez du mal à trouver ailleurs dans les environs. Je n'achèterais pas d'animal de compagnie là-bas, mais c'est un endroit idéal pour acheter des équipements et de la nourriture.

En ce jour de la fête du travail ou home dépôt et canadiens tire sont ouvert et qui a mon avis son pas essentiel les animaleries sont fermé sans aucune avis vous ne semblez pas être très préoccupé part les animaux.

Ma pire expérience dans une animalerie à vie. Le personnel semble ne pas vouloir être là et n'apporte aucune aide ni conseil. Très déçu de ma visite je n'y retournerait plus jamais! Aux innocents les mains pleines.

Je suis très choquée après avoir visité cette terrible place où des chiens à vendre sont dans de petites cages, c'est incroyablement sauvage de traiter ainsi des animaux en 2021. N'encouragez pas les propriétaires dans les endroits comme celui-ci. Faites plutôt affaire avec les refuges où autres organismes qui ont à coeur le bien-être animal.

J'adore l'endroit. Les employés sont toujours souriants et connaissent très bien leurs produits. Le service de coupe de griffe est une très bonne idée.

Toujours bien accueillis et servis.on entre pour des achats de base mais on fait le tour avec les enfants et ils se font un plaisir de nos offrir de sortir un animal.on part de Rougemont pour s'approvisionner:)

Vente de bon produits conseiller et conseillère très professionel et courtoi. Respect nos besoin avec notre budget. Annimeaux très bien entretenue et en santé. Je conseille a tous.

Charged different prices for the same food.was 49.99 in november 2019 and was 57.99 in dec.not the first time having this problem.will not be going back

The poor axolotls they sell, are in terrible conditions. They need 20 gallons just for 1 axolotl, and they have 3 in a 5 gallon.
On top of that, rocks are an absolute NO in an axolotl tank, as they can swallow, become impacted and die.

They HAVE been approached and told how to care properly for these animals, and still refused.

They will not be getting my money, and they shouldn't get your either.

I recommend literally any other local fish store that ACTUALLY cares about their animals.

Unfortunately, have to give them 1 star for their pet care practices. They've been approached about their poor practices, but didn't act like they cared.

Housing even 1 axolotl in a tank this small is dangerous, but they have 3.

Small stones that can fit into their mouths can be swallowed, and it's very common for them to eat anything they can fit into their mouths. This is the most dangerous because they can become impacted and die. Not to mention, if a customer buys one with a bunch of stones in its belly, they will either lose their axolotl or have expensive vet bills for surgery.

Hopefully this review gets to the owner and they improve their axolotl care, but until then, will not be giving them my business, and I will encourage others not to.

Wish I could give a “0” for misleading customers as well as poorly and incorrectly housing many species. Axolotls, for example, are cannibals and should not be housed together. Gravel can also harm them by impaction causing death. It’s not right for a pet store to knowingly display harmful and unhealthy animal care to the buyers. And to send an axolotl or any other creature to a new home with possible health concerns such as a big piece of gravel that will most likely end up killing them. Careless seller. I hope they decide not to carry the species that they are too lazy to treat and house correctly.

SELLING ANIMALS WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS:
Their axolotls don’t have hides, so they are stressed and will bite eachother. They have three axoltols living in a tank which has gravel in it. Axolotls WILL eat anything that can fit in their mouth. It’s an easy fix, just remove the gravel and it’s fixed. However the store manager didn’t care to listen, and is ready to give people axolotls with possible impaction issues. This is false advertising. Pet stores should only sell healthy animals, anyone whose buying one of these axolotls isn’t getting that.
If they can’t provide proper care/wont listen to suggestions, then don’t sell animals. With this one animal they didn’t listen to suggestions and acted like impaction wasn’t their problem. If that’s the case then I can’t imagine what other animals are being miscared for.

Wish I could give 0 stars. They provide excessive misinformation. They are housing axolotls together despite multiple people in the store informing management that they will eat each other. They are also being kept in about a 10 gallon tank together, when each axolotl requires minimum 20 gallons EACH because of how much waste they produce. They are also being kept on gravel which will invariably cause impaction and they will die a painful death. Even if they don't die in the store, they are providing a poor example to those who will buy this animal and mimic the setup the store has with over crowding and dangerous gravel. This is negligence and cruelty.

Poor axolotls are in wayyyy to small of a tank with far to many of them. Very poor husbandry especially seeing how pet stores should be promoting good examples of proper housing for pets that they sell. Instead of providing misleading informations and promoting improper requirments. They should be setting good examples of housing for them, to ensure they go into good care with the proper set up. The gravel is very harmful to them and can and will kill them, maybe not in the store, but when the buyers take them home and force them to live on the same substrate that the they trust promoted. Pet stores are supposed to be the "professionals", and should be setting good examples and and have the proper information and requirments for their customers.

Je ne la recommande pas. Très mauvais service a plusieurs reprises, très long se faire servir. Les employés ont un très mauvais langage. Ils ne peuvent te répondre sur les plantes ou les poissons. Après 2-3 tentative de visite dans leur deux animaleries a Granby, je n'y retournerai définitivement plus.

Big pet shop. Nice and helpfull staff. They had what I was looking for while many other stores and even a large pet store chain did not have. The price was cheaper than at Amazon.use it or lose it!

À tire informatif, l'exactitude des prix est la même partout! Le caissier ne me laissait pas lui expliquer, même avec l'affiche de l'office de la protection du consommateur a l'apuis le comis continuait de me dire que sont patrons connaît la loi et que ca fait des années qui a cette animalerie. Bin mon chère jeune homme ce n'est pas parce que tu as 30,40 ans ou plus que t'apprend pas! Un article qui scanné en bas de 10$ a la caisse doit être remboursé au total plus haut que 10$ tu dois faire un rabais de 10$. Vous êtes dans l'erreur et devriez informer vos employés que cest comme ca partout! Animalerie ou dépanneur des que tu es un commerçant cette loi s'applique. Jai appeler et été voir donc je pense avoir raison.
Domage de ne pas vouloir écouter une cliente voulant simplement expliquer une chose aussi banale. Merci de me l'avoir remboursé malgré tout.
