I absolutely love this place, the food, the drinks, and the ambiance are all top-notch. They serve incredibly delicious Italian and Lebanese dishes, and the staff is exceptionally respectful and attentive. The tables are beautifully adorned with a vibrant array of colors, which added to my delight. My first visit here with my family left me overjoyed. I was pleasantly surprised by the exquisite presentation of our orders; they were not only delicious but also incredibly visually appealing, far exceeding my expectations.

Nice place for a filling dessert. Service this time was fast and quality was good. We try a mix of cocktails and waffles and crepes usually.
Antabli cocktail and Paradise are great if you like to have good fruits with your juice
Festival avocat is a classic with good avocado juice, banana topped with Honey and ricotta.
The waffle is nice also topped with plenty of fruits, ricotta, honey and almonds

Great dessert place. Ashta ice cream is amazing, and the Mango cocktail with honey is out of this world

If I can rate less than one star I will.
The service is very poor with one employee on Sunday afternoon.

I ordered a cocktail with strawberry juice and avocado. The ashta was bad, and the strawberry juice was also old. The avocado mix was too liquid and milky, the texture must be much creamier. But the cherry on top was the short black hair that i got in the middle of my glass, and when I told the employee about it, she just laughed and went away.
Very bad taste and even worse customer service!

The dessert wasn't good at all, and it was expensive for nothing, I won't recommend

Great service! The fruits they use are very fresh and overall quality of food is fantastic.

Absolutely love their waffles better than most waffles at breakfast places and they make it fresh on the spot.

The location is also great, a lot of parking and inside space is huge so a lot of sitting area.

One place that has the best customer service but the worst desserts, unfortunately. We went there and tried three different desserts, the cream they use is not to standard and the fruits are not sweet at all. What's the use of a dessert that is not sweet. The desserts in the picture posted are different than what you get served with! The place needs more money spent on perfecting the items on the menu, the ambiance has enough spent on it! I will probably never go back again!

Portions are small for what you pay. My drink (tropican) didn't have nuts in it and when I asked they wanted to charge me 3$ more. The nuts are basically 4 t 5 pieces of half almonds

The cocktails are very good, but the service is extremely slow! I have not seen anything like this. There were four girls, and 9 customers waiting; they all worked at the same pace! It was ridiculously annoying and funny… it was horrible how slow they were. It’s like their boss specifically told them to go as slow as sloths. They need a small training on how speed is important when you’re serving people!

I find this a little strange.

1. They didn't wear gloves. I consider this to fail Food Safety Laws and Requirements, ain't they? I understand it is due to knife ripping gloves but all you need is to wear gloves when putting things like fruits or else on crepe. I assume Quebec or Montreal is unique compared to other provinces.

2. I could see a few staff members having tension, like arguments or something. Suppose to be a professional front of customer. If there is a problem - go to the kitchen or somewhere as long customer (s) won't notice.

3. Interesting that I asked for a take-out but they put a dine-in. Misunderstanding issue, hmm?

4. One staff was so nice and tried to be nice communicating with me. Appreciate your patience)

Overall, we ordered what we had. Happy with that. Thank you for serving our delicious crepes.

At least, if we can go back if you wear gloves.

Depuis des années, je me suis toujours rendu à cette succursale précisément mais depuis quelques temps ; rien ne va. Je ne sais pas si c’est l’administration qui a changé mais je suis extrêmement déçu par l’une de vos employées qui se nomme Nadine. Cette dévergondée n’a pas hésité malgré une commande à plus de 100$ étant donné que nous étions 9 personnes, s’est approché de notre table pour compter nos plats pendant que nous allons voler une des crêpes. Elle a d’ailleurs dû nous en redonner une autre car Mme considérait qu’une crêpe déjà prête avait été prise avec du coulis de chocolat en extra et que cela convenait à déduire une crêpe complète de la commande. Il y a une différence de 13$ et encore là ce n’est pas normal. Sa collègue n’était pas mieux: en demandant son nom elle n’a pas hésité à mentir en me donnant un faux nom. Continuez à garder ce genre d’employés et Antabli n’aura plus la même image qu’avant. D’ailleurs, j’ai très bien vu les prix monter d’année en année mais par contre recevoir une crêpe tellement cuite que j’ai l’impression de manger des morceaux de chips. Ou est le service à la clientèle d’Antabli? Ou est la qualité de la nourriture? Pourquoi les prix restent les mêmes alors que les produits sont préparés dans des tasses de plastiques. On perd tout de même beaucoup de quantité. Très déçu et malheureusement nous ne revenons plus. Se faire traiter de voleur n’est pas acceptable et c’est la dernière fois que nous allons à l’une de vos succursales. C’est bien triste, nous étions des clients fidèles.

We went a group of 4. We ordered 5 different things from antabli. My cousin asked for honey on the nuit of beyrouth. One of the worker was about to charge her. Luckily the other employee canceled the extra fees. Disappointed cause I felt it was a cheap move…

I’ve tried couple of different things there But this one is my best so far! They call it FIESTA

Festival avocat is the best. Laguna is good too but they don’t put chopped bananas in there and me like ma bananas

Really worst customer service, not worth it the cocktails or and the menu pictures look so good but reality not the same.
Do not waste your money there!

It’s nice place to have a special dessert, fruit salad and juice or ice-cream. Prices are acceptable and the service is good. You can ask them to change something in ingredients or add something special, for example change the strawberry with banana, or add chocolate instead of honey, or even have some special things like pistachio!
They serve cold drinks, juices with ice cream or hot drinks like cappuccino or coffee!

The place and cocktails are good here; but the owners are very cheap. They hate selling 1L cocktails bottles because apparently they are less expensive. Yesterday I stepped by to get my usual 1L Avocado jus and the employee refused to sell it because the owner said to only serve Avocado jus in expensive cocktails. Not only this, but recently they stopped even serving carton cups with this 1 L bottle, like you can buy it but you can’t drink it. This is so CHEAP and not a nice way to treat your customers. Last note: please make up your mind whether you want to accept credit cards or not, 1 time you accept it and after 2 days you ask for debit or cash only.

Honnêtement j’ai été hier et tout simplement c’été tout simplement dégueulasse en plus ils acceptent uniquement cash!

Fraises pas mangeable et une crème fouettée qui goûtait le lait caillé. Je ne retournerais plus à ce restaurant.

Portion have decreased but price is the same. The drink I ordered tasted weird too, wasn’t as good as it used to be. Will not be back.

They are charging a mandatory tip of 20%. My bill yesterday was 25$, but i was charged 30$ when i offered my credit card. When i asked why, the waitress said that she has to check our vaccination passports and thus. This is when there is no service. We pick up our own food to eat at the dining area. One is never obligated to pay a tip, not in Canada, Quebec or Montreal.
Finally, her credit card machine did not work, and i refused to pay anything more than the billed amount. So she accepted the original amount by cash.

I am saddened to see Antabli taking advantage of its customers. I used to be a loyal customer, wont be anymore.

Edit: i am glad to know that this wasn't a management decision. I hate to insist, but it was no mistake. I suggest you take a look at the tapes around 8.30 last evening. We were three friends ordering two cocktails, and im sure you will see the long discussion at the cash.

The worst store because I made an order through Uber and instead of receiving the order with ice cream on the side I received the ice-cream melted with the Ashta as shown on the picture below and the appearance was disgusting, awful and I throw it.

Taste is great, for the money you receive half of the portion you use to receive 1 year ago, it seems that cutting on portions to bring it down to shooter portion is not enough for them very expensive $$$$$$$$

Always empty seating, not sure why but they are still in business for a long time like this. Mixing ice cream with juice is not a good idea for the stomach.

I like ashta icecream topped with chopped pistachio. I visit the store for that mainly and sometimes for juices.that day a guy there decided that my friend and I are not allowed to get pistachio on top of the icecream since we have 2 different flavours there, I argued a bit but wasnt in the mood for that nonsense. The cashier guy assured we will be getting that.

This can be minor still my experience wasnt pleasant and will surely affect my willingness to visit again

Great place for absolutely amazing pancakes and very varried fruit smoothies and icevreams/sorbets. I'll eat there anytime any day. Healthy fruit meals that make you feel great.

Sooo unique, not your typical ice cream shop! Has some lebanese specialties + huge variety of desserts! Love this place + the ambiance is lovelyy. Big portions + sooooo tasty!

WORST PLACE EVER! The coworkers wouldn’t give us all our drinks and had the AUCADITY to turn up the music when we told them to give us our money back. When we asked to speak to the manager, she said “ouuu I’m so scared! ”. We spent 200$ on the food tonight and they really had the courage to give us this much attitude. I do not recommend this a table AT ALL.

I used to love Antabli because of how tasteful their ice cream is. However, lately I have been very disappointed about their portions. I can't believe that they kept the same prices but decreased their portions. I hope they go back to their initial bowls and cups. When I went, I was told that COVID-19 was the reason. I don't recommend visiting them now, as you can find bigger sizes with the same price elsewhere.

I really like this branch, it is very tasty and the staff are friendly.
But since the cup is disposable, the head of the cup has no place to use straw, when I remove the head of the cup, the top part won’t have any support and it falls down into my hand.
It happened to all of my friends when I invited my friends.
I hope they use the cup themselves to understand what are the difficulties with the disposable cup these days.

Another point, since the cup become disposable, the cup is much smaller and the price is the same.

The dishes are served with fresh fruits, nuts and there are delicious crepes, ice cream with delicious fruits combination. I would definitely recommend!

Good desserts, place is clean and ingredients are fresh. Prices on the other hand, are too high in my opinion. $16.45 taxes in for a small plate of ashta and fruits (picture attached to this review) is a little steep.

I find that it’s a lot cleaner compared to their location on l’Acadie and there are a lot more tables to accommodate their clientele. They only had 2 people working behind the counter to prepare the food and take care of payments on a Sunday night and the place was packed, therefore the service was less then desirable.

Beware, they only take cash or debit as methods of payment, so your MasterCard, Visa, or other credit cards aren’t good there.

2 fruit cocktails cost $31.absolutely ridiculous. Plus the women who made the drinks was running the cash machine, not washing her hands and then cutting fruits with no gloves. Not impressed. This was our first and last time there.
