Un gros merci à Jules qui m'a assisté par téléphone pour diagnostiquer mon problème de sécheuse qui s'est avéré étre un simple problème d'alimentation électrique.
Aucune pièce ne fut remplacée et aucun frais pour l'assistance.

I used to call Jules father in Sainte-Genevieve for any appliance repair But since the covid 19 the store front has been closed. Jules seem to continue the business on the road and in March I had a problem with my fridge. Jules came and repaired it at reasonable cost. After 4 month In July 2021 the same problem reoccurred. Jules came again and replaced another part, and as of today the fridge is operating as should be. The second visit and the part was at no cost. Thanks Jules
J'appelais Jules père à Sainte-Geneviève pour toute réparation d'électroménager Mais depuis le covid 19 la devanture du magasin est fermée. Jules semble continuer l'affaire sur la route et en mars j'ai eu un problème avec mon frigo. Jules est venu et l'a réparé à un coût raisonnable. Après 4 mois En juillet 2021, le même problème s'est reproduit. Jules est revenu et a remplacé une autre pièce, et à ce jour, le réfrigérateur fonctionne comme il se doit. La deuxième visite et la partie était sans frais. Merci Jules

I have gone to Apollo for decades. They are always my first go to place. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to give advice and suggestions. Being a DIY'er, they have helped me many times over the years in repairing and maintaining a variety of appliances. When parts were needed, they always managed to get them quickly and at very good prices. When situations arose that they were unfamiliar with (a rare occasion) they were quite willing to refer me to other places that might help.

There are unfortunately very few businesses around today that stand out for their service - but the folks at Apollo are the exception. I would give them 6 stars if that were possible.

Comme d'autres ont dit, c'était le meilleur service à la clientèle qu'on pourrait imaginer. Je suis triste de lire que ce magasin soit maintenant fermé. J'avais justement besoin d'une pièce de remplacement.

Magasin sur Gouin fermé MAIS service toujours excellent via telephone. L'element de base de mon four a cramé hier. Livré a mon domicile ce matin. Element introuvable dans les magasins car connections électriques pas a vis mais a languette, vieux four Beaumark. Merci!

My partner and I were looking for a particular part. We left a message and they returned our call fairly quickly. They did not have what we were looking for in stock at the moment but the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He directed us to where we could find one. This was not the first time we've dealt with Apollo. They are always very helpful and the staff is excellent.

You can call your eyes closed - just the service they provide is enough to choose them and encourage them. On top of that you'll have a tailored service to what matters to you, no quick fix that will break down again and very honest prices.

I have recommended this place to many. I have had wonderful service from the group at Apollo. Their prices have ALWAYS been reasonable. I will miss them dearly! Best of luck to the owner! Merci beaucoup Mario et al.

C'est le meilleur service que j'ai reçu à vie. Il a tout compris du premier coup et m'a expliqué en détail le problème de la pièce. Ça vaut la peine de rouler 10 km pour aller à la bonne place.

Great service and after market prices. Took the time to show me how to efficiently put it all back together and recommended what other parts to check for possible issues (while it's still apart).

Good service, agent took the time to understand my problem and explained all the parts in the kit for me. Great place to have close by, was able to perform the washing machine repair over a long weekend.

Super service au téléphone! J'ai appelé pour un morceau puis il m'a aidé à a trouvé la pièce et m'a donné de l'aide pour faire mon troubleshooting.

I just read the reviews for this store. I can only deduct that i caught the owner on a bad day as i was just there and he was rude and patronising. He cut me off in mid sentence and made me feel so uncomfortable that i couldnt wait to leave. I had made a mistake in returning an electrical part which we didnt need and did not use.on the reciept it says non returnable.but i had missed that notice. My bad!
I work in a school and we are always telling the kids.its not WHAT you say but the way that you say it. Maybe as he has been in business here for so long he feels he doesnt need to be polite anymore.i for one won't go there again.

I've found replacement parts here for years. Last visit, the guy said he didn't want to sell me the parts I asked for! Why not? He said they wouldn't solve the problem and that he'd be stealing $150 from me. He showed me how to double-check my diagnosis, and yes I was on the wrong track. It's great to deal with an honest business!

J'avais besoin d'une pièce de remplacement pour une laveuse. Apres avoir essayé de la trouver en ligne moins cher que 50$, mon copain propose d'aller voir Apollo. WOW. On rentre, le responsable qui est au comptoir nous propose son aide tout de suite et en moins de 2 minutes, il trouve la pièce et il l'a même en stock! Ça nous a à peine coûté 15$. Très bon service et le personnel est efficace et sympathique! Allez encourager nos magasins locaux!

If they can't get a part for your appliance, it does not exist! Parts were cheaper than online retailers, only inconvenience is that they close at 5 weekdays but at least they are open 9 to 1 on Saturday's.

All I needed was a washer for the attachment to my tap which was leaking. I was prepared to buy a new piece but was given a new washer at no charge! Excellent service, Merci monsieur, problem solved. Now I can connect the tap to the portable dishwasher with no leaking.
