I had question about where to hide an Air Tag when setting up my new scooter and the customer support responded promptly with written and video instructions. Even the guy in the YouTube video responded. They know customer satisfaction and I know brand loyalty! I look forward to enjoying my new City Pro scooter.

The apollo air is an amazing scooter, love the quality, the company is very helpful with any issues you run in to, scooter is 100% reliable for daily Commute and its easy to storage in your house or vehicle, very lightweight compared with other brands and I can't get tiered of saying the quality is there the frame all the parts are great quality.would recommend 100% also the app is user-friendly- loved this product from Apollo!

Je mettrai 5 étoiles lorsque j’aurai une réponse. J’aimerais parler à quelqu’un mais il n’y a aucune possibilité autre que de prendre un rendrez-vous et le support sur le site ne parle qu’anglais.

J’ai probablement besoin de changer le bering de la roue arrière d’une ghost 2021 et tant qu’à être là faire l’entretien général. Est-ce que le scooter peut être récupéré la journée même? Et on parle de combien $ environ? Merci!

I have nothing negative to say about my Apollo scooter or my experiences with the people at Apollo. From the ordering right through to customer support, I can see that this company cares about its customers. I had an issue with their website accepting my payment, but had it solved with them right away; it was an issue on my end. Shipping was very fast for both my order and my wife's.no complaints. A couple of weeks after getting mine, I had an issue with the app not connecting to the scooter. I put in a ticket in the evening on a weekday, and got a response right away. After a slight back and forth, they solved my problem and I was back on the road. Outstanding! They really do stand behind the 24 hour weekday support. I got my scooter because I am an older father to a toddler and a preschooler. The preschooler wants to ride his bike all the time, but I can't keep up with my health issues. It was the best purchase I could have made to make sure he can ride where he wants at the speed he'd like. I'll always be scooting just behind him thanks to Apollo, and I can rest easy knowing that they've got my back in case something comes up. The scooter is built very well, and the app is fantastic for keeping stats of all our rides. I'm an Apollo customer for life, no question about it. Now I'm going to fight my wife for the recently announced upgrades for our scooters.too bad Apollo can't have my back for that one

I loved my Apollo scooter when it was a version 2. I upgraded to version 3 and there was a slight top speed issue. The team at Apollo worked with me. Sent me a beta version of their new unreleased app and with that were able to sort out my problem…. Thank you very much Marc and the rest of the Apollo repair team!

I had my eye on the Apollo Phantom V2. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased one and it is worth every single penny. Perfect speed, durable quality, and they have videos that shows you how to maintain the scooter premium performance. Looking forward to purchasing the ludo upgrade!

I have been researching Apollo & electric scooters since 2019. Besides them building a top scooter, all I heard about was how amazing their customer service was. How they listen to customer feedback to improve their products, as well as how they respond to their customers.

Fast forward to today when the long awaited V3 scooter finally dropped here in the US. The day of the release I went to purchase my first scooter, but I was having issues adding the insurance to the order. For whatever reason, it would not allow me to add the insurance to the new scooter.

I reached out to Apollo, and the service was excellent. I received super responsive replies via text, cell and email. They reassured me that the issue would be fixed within 72 hrs, and it was. Jennifer & Huda checked in on me in during that time. Everyone was polite, prompt, and professional.

A service location that's closer to me is what I would like. I'm looking forward to that happening, eventually. Cannot wait to get my scooter this week. I expect the product will be equal to the service. Thank you so much Apollo team for everything.

So far after about a month into my new purchase, everything has gone better than expected. From the ease of the ordering process, the super fast shipping (got my phantom in 5 days,) the simple install of the handle bars, to the first ride (first E-scooter I’ve ever owned.) If I had any questions there are plenty of how to videos online that answer everything quickly. The things I believe could be better would be the waterproofing of the machine because I’m afraid to wash it without damaging something in the deck compartment. Secondly, Apollo’s accessories selection. Customers want to customized their rides and it would just be easier to know that you can order for example an accessory extension bar and it just fits without trying to guess on the aftermarket ones. Overall I am more than pleased with this machine, it’s power, and rideability!

My Apollo City Pro 2022 would not accelerate. After several attempts at fixing the problem myself I emailed the Apollo support center. To my surprise (it was a Sunday) I received an email with a solution. I followed the instructions and my problem was resolved. If their solution did not fix my problem Apollo offered to send me a replacement part. Thanks Apollo team for the support! Fantastic work and outstanding customer service! %

What can I say! The team over at Apollo is outstanding! Ordered the Apollo Ghost 22' over BF and had a slight issue but the team was quick to help me out! Emailed them on a Thursdays night and they expedited my new motor Monday because I wouldn't be home due to work the following week. Super quick, super helpful and super understanding

Bought the Buy one get one deal from apollo. Received the apollo ghost 2022 in only a couple days, and the scooter blew me away. Delivery time is quick, for the apollo air it took only a week to receive. Customer supports the best I've seen. Very accommodating, and informative.

J'adore ma trotinette Apollo lorsqu'elle fonctionne.
Le problème majeur de l'entreprise est lorsqu'une panne survient.
Il devient alors extrêmement complexe de communiquer par courriel uniquement en anglais pour prendre un rendez-vous pour simplement déposer le scooter à l'entrepôt.
Mais là où j'ai un gros problème, c'est lorsque l'on m'annonce que la batterie doit être remplacée au coût de 550$ + 60$ de service alors que je n'ai même pas encore fait 900km. Je réclame évidemment qu'Apollo fasse preuve de bonne foi et applique la Loi sur la garantie légale au Québec, mais ils font la sourde oreille, prétextant que seule leur garantie est la bonne et qu'elle est échue en ce qui me concerne.
Bref, nous sommes maintenant en Juillet et je n'ai toujours pas de trotinette réparée. Et lorsque viendra le temps de payer la facture, je me souviendrais qu'elle m'aura coûté plus cher que l'entretien de ma voiture.
Alors continuez à mettre des 5 étoiles pendant que la votre roule bien car quand viendra le temps d'avoir du service, vos étoiles deviendont filantes!

Opted for monthly Subscription Plan and they sent the scooter in just 2 days. Got used it but montreal roads are horrible? Unfortunately i got flat tire and facing difficulty to book an appointment for Atwater Market Facility as the website doesn't have number to call them.

Hello, i cant contact customer service since you dont have a phone number and your email is not working, which is something a lot of people seem to be having issues with online. I have a major issue on my scooter and need assistance but can’t find any anywhere from the apollo company, I was hoping reaching out here could help out my case, I would appreciate it thanks

Apollo did indeed reply back after a few days and it took even more days to find a “solution”. I’m disappointed with the company because, for a problem of the scooter itself (cracked rim after less than 100km use with no offroad or intense riding) The solution was that I had to pay for the pieces AND install them myself with a youtuve video (they did offer me 15% off which was indeed a nice gesture). That whole process itself would have taken weeks, and I need my scooter for work. I did find help elsewhere with a great company on ST-DENIS that fixed my scooter in matter of days with a cheaper price than what apollo initially offered. So, I respect the fact that you want to become better, and your employee was very nice and professional, but I feel, first off, a phone number to talk to humans and hear their voice would be important to have, and you should work on your after service warranty, even if the scooter was bought second hand (which is something that will keep happening and for the environment it’s something that should be encouraged with good service for customers even if they didnt buy directly from apollo…it’s still an apollo…) And from what I’ve seen from some other companies this isn’t an issue.

Xavier le chef d'équipe est vraiment professionnel et courtois et j'ai regagné une partie de la confiance perdue envers Apollo scooter. Je continuerai de faire affaire avec Apollo scooter dans le future. Belle machine fiable performante au look incroyable avec un service client incomparable jamais vue. N'hésitez pas a faire l'achat d'une Apollo vous ne le regretterez pas

Let me state that when the scooter works it works. Its a fun scooter to ride. Yet I spend more time walking beside the scooter than riding it. The range was terrible even from the start. I was getting about 20 km before it would die. As well plagued with having a terrible rear tire that keeps getting flats to add to it the tub size was always sold out on the website. At the end of the day, I didn't ride it as much as I wanted. With less than 260 km on the odometer considering that I was constantly waiting to see when the tires would be back in stock. The battery seems to be completely dead. I would not recommend this specific product. Major despoilment.

Get a Segway, instead of an Apollo. It will save you 1000 problems as the Apollo scooters are made with the most cheap materials. Within less than a year of buying 2 Apollo scooters, my husband and I have faced several issues such as malfunction with the battery and brake systems. When we shipped it for repair at Apollo they returned it with with a BROKEN break wire and no washers. They had no empathy for damaging my husbands scooter more than it already was and creating an inconvenience for us.

As a new business, I am quite shocked at the bad customer service provided.

Don’t get fooled by their amazing sales men at pop up shops! Segway is better 1000%.

The only reason we switched to Apollo is because their scooters has shocks and Segway didn’t at that time. We definitely regret it!

I bought an Apollo Ghost last November and had to wait till the spring to ride it. Let me tell you, Apollo Scooters are so awesome. The scooter weighed a little bit but even with the extra weight, the scooter came from Canada and got here in Pristine condition.

I have had such a Positive experience with Apollo, I just ordered another scooter from them. I got an Apollo Air Pro for just around my neighborhood for fun. I would give them 10 's but I can only give 5. Thanks Sean for all the great podcasts. Can't wait for my new Apollo Air Pro to come

I love my Apollo Air Pro and the customer service I've received. I've owned a couple other electric scooters before this, and they didn't even compare to the Air pro. The ride is very comfortable and I can easily hit 35km/hr. The best part is that the battery actually lasts as long as Apollo states it does.

Many thanks to Mathew and the crew at Apollo for follow up service that was second to none. Helpful and friendly, i would say living up the to legend of their scooters warranty being world class and a game changer in their industry. Not to mention their super cool scooters that get attention everywhere we ride them, especially lit up on a night ride, like a TRON style hoverboard that leaves a wake of smiles in its path.

Customer support is brutal as they are not properly trained to deal with any situations, it takes over a week for an email reply for any issues (numerous occasions). We have purchased 3 scooters (Explore, Ghost, and Phantom 52V),
The 52V has a jerky Throttle and is hard to maintain a medium speed. Purchased a Phantom 60V (4th scooter) which I sent back unopened as there was concern that it would have the same issue with the throttle, I did not want to open it in case it was non returnable as I would have had to test the throttle which would've meant putting mileage on it therefor making it non returnable. The only time they would get back to me is to tell me they were going to close my ticket. Staff are not properly trained to deal with any issues.

***************UPDATE MAY 18TH, 2022***************************

I have been in contact with Matthew at Apollo regarding my return as well as a part I was willing to pay for and have shipped to me. He did contact me and inform me that they will be taking care of the part free of charge as well as free shipping, he also informed me that they will be refunding me the full amount (including shipping and charge back fee) for the 60V Phantom that was never opened, he had also apologised as they are like any other company that is growing at a fast rate and they are working to hire more staff to deal with the overwhelming demand for these units.

We have 3 Apollo units (Explore, Ghost, and Phantom) which we quite enjoy, eventually the Phantom will go back for some minor warranty work.

I am not here to bash this company as they hit a minor bump in the road to success and good for them.

I THANK YOU FOR DEALING WITH THE ISSUE AT HAND AND I WISH YOUR COMPANY NOTHING BUT SUCCESS, HOW YOU EVENTUALLY HANDLED THIS SITUATION WILL GO A LONG WAY.

Service impeccable et service très attentionné. J'ai acheté le Mercane Wide Weel Pro 2019 et je suis extrêmement satisfait.

Au moment de l'achat, il y a eu une défectuosité sur une pièce. La gang de Apollo m'a immédiatement offert un remplacement sans frais. Vraiment impressionné.

Je les recommande sans hésiter.

Had a great experience with the Apollo MVMT team. I inquired about test driving the Xiaomi M365 and Chris promptly set up a date for the test drive as well as gave me ample information about that scooter and other ones in their catalogue. They are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! I highly recommend buying your electric scooter from this local business!

PS. They have a super cute dog that you can meet if you live in the Montreal area!

Fantastic experience! After looking at the Ninebot ES4 on the Apollo website, I booked a test drive and the owners were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, helping me narrow down which scooter best suited my needs. Really nice guys, and great that Apollo is a local Montreal-based business! I ended up going with the ES4 and use it daily, great quality. Would recommend Apollo to anyone.

Just bought a mercane wide wheel from them.
Amazing service!  
They were replying to me at all hours of the day when I kept asking sooooo many questions. They made sure I got the exact model that suit my needs. I wasn't sure if I was going to order since I found them on Kijiji but after all the conversations I had with them gave me confidence in the company.
Definitely recommend them.
