Ordered a $600.00 jacket online for a gift. Website said transaction did not go through because my address was wrong. Tried three different address still did not work. Come to find out the next day my card was charged for 600 dollars and I did not receive a confirmation email or nothing! Called Mackage, first they said it was my banks fault! Called my bank they explained it had nothing to do with the bank and they even told possible outcomes of what package would say! I called back package AGAIN and they said they could not even do anything (give me the product I wanted or a refund on the same day). I was even like I do not need the refund, can you just ship me the jacket at least! They said no! Which meant they took my money when the website said they did not and on top of that I was not even getting their product. I asked them if I can at least get it shipped from a store located near me instead of their factory in quebec they said no! I then went instore and bought the jacket. Employees in store not even from headoffice who I spoke to said next time call the actually store they would have done it. Thought this company was a high class good customer service business since the prices are so high but when something happens that was no fault of my own at all, package would not step it up and help me in the least way possible. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH A BRAND THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE "PROFESSIONAL". They wasted my time, charged my card, refunded me, took back the refund, had to wait a second time for the refund, called them over 6 times to get this issue resolved and even then I basically had to fix it on my own even though i did nothing wrong. Just go to the store, HEADOFFICE does not care for customers at all!
