The worst apartment in Montreal. The office is the most irresponsible and careless office I’ve ever seen. They don’t care about the things that should have done in the apartment and they simply don’t fix it. They make you cry I promise! Do not rent any apartment here!

I am not satisfied at all. Not clean. Recently very low customer service, no care about emergency requests. Office demands extra costs for each request. I receive no service for my requests. New office crew are not friendly.

Aucun problème avec les agents de location! Immeuble calme et propre. S’il y a des problèmes (eau, toilette, électricité) tout est vite réglé:)

There are 2 months that we have cockroaches and more than 2 weeks ago, I notified the office. Last week they sent a person from ABC and he confirmed that our kitchen and bathroom need treatment. From that time we haven't heard from office. 3 days ago, I called them and they said they need pictures to proceed. I asked them why did you send a person from ABC then? But they insisted that this is a procedure. I sent 2 pictures, They told me they would call ABC and would send someone to treat and would inform me that day or the day after. Now 3 days passed and again no news from them.
The number of roaches increase and the place is really hard to live.
Update: 1 week passed and no news. After so many follow ups, they specified a day to come to visit the place to confirm if there is any roaches (!). But they didn't come. Not only our apartment suffers from roaches, but all the apartments in our floor, have this problem and they informed the office. After so many calls and emails, someone came to treat few days ago.
