Nous avons conduit pendant 5 heures pour arriver à Gatineau à 19h00, et c’est le premier jour pour entrer dans l’appartement Riviera. Nous avons attendu pendant 2 heures sous la pluie et nous avons appelé à tout les numéros possibles mais personne nous a aidé pour donner les clés. Nous sommes obligé de prendre le Airbnb à la fin, avec le grand camion et tous nos meubles et affaires. Ma mère est tombée malade à cause de cela, en plus de la fatigue de toute la journée de déménagement. Le personnel nous a contacté finalement vers 22h00 pour nous demander si tout allait bien mais c’était trop tard. Nous sommes tellement déçus pour le service d’urgence qui sert à rien.

Lived here 6 years. Great place. We had million dollar view overlooking Ottawa River. To have this view pick 7th floor or higher. Never had an issue they did not solve within couple of days. Fridge broke down after hours one night. They replaced one hour later. Great place for seniors, we miss it. Hi to the staff:)

I have been living here for almost a year and the experience is very pleasant. I have heard a lot of stories from other properties that administrators are irresponsible and hard to reach after you move in, but this never happens here. Jackie the administrator is so helpful and reliable. I really feel I am at home.

We moved in a few weeks ago, the rental process was very easy. The building itself is a little old and the walls are thin, but so far, we haven't had any issues with noise from other tenants. Jacqueline is a complete sweetheart and maintenance have been responsive and helpful.
I put 4 stars because the after-hours emergency service isn't always reliable, which is a bummer.

I live at Riviera apartments in Aylmer and I am so lucky that the staff here are very tenant conscious and make sure that everything is in working order, the place is always clean as well as the grounds are well-maintained. I am a very happy tenant because of the wonderful staff here! Thank You!

My experience with CLV has been above and beyond my expectations. From the beginning of our search for the perfect apartment, Chanel was absolutely AMAZING and took us under her wing. She was so attentive and walked me through everything with such professionalism. I can't express my gratitude enough for our experience with her. Moving forward, our experience in the building itself has been wonderful. Everyone is so helpful and quick responses to any of our needs or questions. A great experience for a first time apartment building resident/renter.

I have been here for over 8 years and I love it. There is nothing they don' t do for you. The staff is amazing and one called Josh who is the "maintenance" man is particularly loved by everyone. He has great personality, is polite, gracious and just a phone call away - always does an awesome job.

I just moved here in July and I love everything so far. The building is very clean, modern and quiet. Today, I got my a/c installed and Josh went above and beyond to help me out. Their customer service is above excellent and I would highly recommend people to live in these beautiful building, which is my perfect home now. Thank you so much to Josh who is amazing and I appreciate and value his work. I'm so grateful and happy to live here ️?

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Do not live here. Dirty apartment buildings, never properly cleaned or taken care of. Bug infestations. No air conditioner. Too many dogs off leash. Terrible place. Never been so disappointed.

Being a first time renter moving from Ontario to Quebec is scary and Bryana and Angie did a fantastic job helping me. They were extremely patient and kind, while guiding me through every step of the way. The unit looked amazing and the rent was very affordable. I was approved for the apartment but unfortunately due to some conflicts and time restraints in my own schedule, had to cancel the application. Regardless, the staff that I dealt with truly made me feel like they cared. I highly recommend going with Riviera Apartments if you are apartment hunting.

Just moved here from Ontario. Beautiful building and apartments are spacious and very clean. Quiet family friendly neighborhood. This complex includes awesome amenities also. Special thanks to Erin for making our application process stress free and easy. She is very kind, punctual and professional. Also was really impressed with Shawn and Josh from the maintenance crew. They were quick, friendly and efficient on the appliance repair we required. Definitely 5 stars all the way around. Love our new home!

The apartments are well maintained and priced well for what you're getting, in that regard I would recommend them if you're looking in the area.

With that said, my experience with the staff involved my former roommate going to the CLV office and attempting to remove me without my knowledge. As we were both on the lease I should have been kept appraised of the situation (I was scheduled to leave anyways) but the office deliberately kept me in the dark, not even a single email.

Overall, not a bad place for the price but the communication and transparency could use some improvement.

Excellente procédure sans-contact pour visiter/louer l'appartement, on se sent en sécurité dans le bâtiment avec les règlements mis en place pour la pandémie. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, spacieux, propre et bien insonorisé. Petite mention spéciale pour l'équipe administrative très efficace et toujours agréable:)

Horrible people! You'd have a better chance getting hired by CSIS with the questions they ask & require. I can pay three rents if I wanted to with my salary & they want a guarantor. Ridiculous heartless people who dont care if they leave a family homeless. They ask for a $300 deposit & now they keep it until they decide to write me a cheque back. Thanks for wasting 5 days of time that I dont have to find another place & taking a chunk of my rent money I couldve used for my rental I'll have to find elsewhere. Deposits should be illegal if you cant take it back the same day you're refused.

I moved here about 6 months ago and regret it. The apartment units are big and beautiful but the walls are paper thin. I can actually hear my neighbors having a conversation sometimes. Thin walls also means smells enter ur apartment. I feel like I am the only none smoker on my floor and will die of second hand smoke. My breathing has never been so bad and sinuses constantly swollen. I've spent lots of money on products that could help but it doesnt do much. I expected it to be better in the summer but since there are like 100 balconies it still comes in and no privacy when u go out (not used to big buildings) The hall ways are horrible since everyone has animals and you run into poop on the property even tho it's the law to pick it up. Staff are very friendly and any repairs needed were done right away.
On top of rent you have to pay extra for parking, a locker and an air conditioner (all optional and explained before). Next time I will choose a smaller building with thicker walls. Otherwise I'm looking forward to swimming in the pool this summer and playing some tennis.

I had a wonderful experience applying through CLV group for an apartment. Isabelle, the customer service representative, was knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. She was very accommodating in regards to flexible hours of appointments, and she always returned my calls/emails promptly. From my experience so far, I would recommend CLV Group to anyone looking for a clean apartment in a clean building.

We just moved to Riviera Apartments recently and the experience has been fabulous! Isabelle was the representative who helped us along the way, and she was great! She answered all our questions and try to help us in every way possible during the process. The apartment was renovated and had new appliances which was a surprising bonus the day we moved in because we didn't know they will be changing them, very spacious living room with balcony, master bedroom is huge, building is quiet and well maintained and there is elevator even for the low rise buildings which is where we are, so it has been a great experience for us settling here in Aylmer.

I've lived in the riviera apartments on Cormier Since September. My family and I have had many issues. The only thing keeping us here is our friendly neighbors and the dogs being allowed here. The dishwasher was not functional when we moved in, and up to a week ago, still was. We had to put in a work order to have the heating fixed because it was pumping out heat at 28 degrees (was told improper wiring) it made it very unpleasant for a while but easy enough to just leave the windows open. We were told any issues would be fixed promptly when we moved in. I don't know how much I had to chase them with my girlfriend as well. I got fed up and fixed several things myself (The gate to the dog park twice, electrical outlet in the lobby that was broken for two weeks, the lights in the apartment, ect) It's not that I mind fixing things where there's a problem, but it's unacceptable wen there's supposedly always someone on site for issues.the fact that I have spoken with CLV employees and they agree there's an issues but they can't overstep their manager show's there's an issues within the team. I am in one of the renovated apartments and the floors are cheap, kitchen cabinets already broke from improper install (clv fixed that one though) transition strips between the kitchen tile to living area laminate were not secured and had cut my foot on the sharp edge, gaps in the floor.plus, trying to resolve a complaint between tenants, doesn't happen. You're better off trying to resolve in yourself and be friendly. No call backs or follow ups, no response on social media (in my case). Some positive notes though; The price is alright, the people I live near are really nice, love the dogs everywhere, good location for schools, daycare, parks, shopping centers, ect. Seems like the main issues is just the management not using their resources to the best of their abilities.

I lived in Rue Cormier for 2 years between 2016 and 2018. The only reason I moved away was due to work relocation and I miss the building and the community already.

There is a great little community of amazing people in this complex. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and met some really great people who will be lifelong friends.

Kim and Emily were always available when needed and were very accommodating to my needs. I had to move out quite quickly at the end due to work and they worked with me to a mutual solution and were very kind, positive and open.

I will genuinely miss this place and in particular the people and the community that's been established.

I will visit again and I don't hesitate to recommend these apartments.
