Excellent service. En seulement quelques mois, j’ai été capable de retrouver 90% de ma force de préhension et de la mobilité de mon poignet suite à un accident! Personnel à l’écoute des besoins très et très serviable!

In early October 2019 I had my first appointment at Aptitude Ergo and to be honest I was going because my doctor referred me and my psychologist encouraged me to follow through. I really did not have an inclination on how ergo-therapy for mental health could help.
I am pleased to say that my perception quickly changed. I was treated with compassion and patience. Their human approach made all the difference. My ergothérapeute (Sylvie Marchand) helped me realize that it’s okay to accept the help offered to me and that post traumatic recovery and growth takes time and is not a linear progression. Sylvie was patient with me when I couldn’t be for myself. I realized that not only was I provided tools for my recovery, I was shown how to use them. It was the best learning experience I have had to date.
Thanks to the Aptitude Ergo services (especially Sylvie Marchand) I can identify benefits that emerged from my traumatic life experience. It’s what has allowed me to move forward.
I am stronger mentally and it made my return to work a reality. If anyone needs a team that will give priority to their needs, I strongly recommend this amazingly caring and professional team.
They will help you move forward and appreciate the journey with all the little victories along way.
