Honestly I would give it a 2.5 if that were available. Nice technicians but left feeling NOT SO MUCH better than I did when I arrived. The body scrub is so-so but you have to get off the table and then shower yourself. The showers weren't working properly so the experience was not good. My adequate scrub, was followed by a burning hot or freezing cold shower and finished with a cold lotion used to moisturize my body. Maybe having the clinician bring you to the shower AND make sure the water works at a proper temperature along and with warming up the body lotion would go a long way to make the service worth the expense. UPDATE: The manager reached out to me and explained that the shower is traditionally in the same room as the treatment. She was very apologetic and offered two free passes to the water treatment. SO, because of their extra effort and good customer service I will try it again when I return to Montreal.

I came here for massage, paraffin hand treatment and facial. I also used a wonderful hammam.
Cozy interior, nice relaxing atmosphere, professional and talented staff. I would like to come back here and I recommend this place.

Always a great experience, no matter the service! The staff at reception is very friendly and helpful, and you can find a professional for any of your needs. I’ve been to different specialists, but can definitely say that you should try Isabelle for massages, Kamola for facials, and Megan or Fanny for manucures/pedicures. However, if these wonderful ladies aren’t available, I’m convinced that any other professional will take good care of you.

I had taken the day off for my 60th Birthday 2 years ago and booked my self a Spa day. It was amazing! I had a deep tissue massage, a facial, pedicure and manicure. It was the best day I had in a very long time. I so enjoyed it that I would love to be able to do this every year on my birthday. The staff is amazing and sweet! I also have manicure and medical pedicures usually once a month but have not been able to go since Christmas. Hopefully I will be able to go for my birthday in May. Before Covid my daughter and I went a couple of times and had tea in the lounging area. I am very excited to go back.

Went in for a swedish massage with antonella, she's the best! Made me feel super comfortable and relaxed, i'll definitely be back soon:)

Le personnel est chaleureux; la réceptionniste nous offre un verre d'eau citronné et la masseuse (Isabelle) prend son temps à nous connaître pour nous offrir un service exceptionnel et personnalisé, ainsi que des conseils de bien être.

I always have a very good and caring service when I go. Everyone is knowledgeable and not pushy on selling product, like other spas I went in the past. Very clean environment. I am booking for a spa day soon!

One of the best spas in the west Island. I now reside in Laval but I still continue to go there every month or 2. Clean. Professional, + You have a variety of services available and a small selection of product such as sweet little gift ideas ; unique earrings, key chains, jewellery, candles, hand made scrunchies, etc. I will keep going and encouraging this business.

I went for a eye lash tint with a girl called Amanda.
First she didn’t use protective patches under eyes. Then she took less then a minute to apply the tint.
After 5 minutes she started taking off the tint.
Obviously the result was a total fail.
I’ve been tinting my lashes forever. I’ve never received such a bad service Worst part is that she was very rude and walked out on me all though I was very calm and polite.
I was wondering if I was at a daycare or a spa.
I haven’t seen such unprofessional behaviour in any spa or with any aesthetician's, I’m pretty sure she doesn’t even hold a aesthetic licence.

You don’t expect such service from a spa, it’s not my first time here and I can tell the service and quality went down by a lot.
I will not be coming back and will not recommend.

Belle expérience auparavant, le hammam commence à être due pour des réparations/améliorations avec l'âge. Par commencer, le bain a vapeur (humide) ; est hors-service, tout comme la douche sensorielle (rainfall), qui ne possède plus de levier de température, laissant une température glaciale. Pour le jacuzzi, c'est sympa mais la plupart des fonctions ont besoin de réparations. (Lumière non fonctionnel, chute d'eau non fonctionnel, ainsi que 2 ou 3 jets qui ne sont plus actifs sur les 7-8 disponibles. Le mode "relax" ne fonctionne pas plus, laissant seulement le mode agité. Pour le bain vapeur (sec), il y a une latte de bois à moitié décrochée, on ne peut pas la manquer car elle pendouille d'un côté, un tel coup de marteau serait nécessaire. Sinon l'endroit est vraiment charmeur, relaxant et apaisant. Je n'ai jamais essayé de service de massothérapies, mais ça semble très bien.

I recently went for the signature aqua spa facial, and I hate to say it but I was pretty disappointed. I’ve been for a massage, and mani pedi multiple times, which were great, but I feel like the facial fell short.

For the price, I was expecting lots of attention to detail, pampering and a relaxing experience, The esthetician kept leaving the room to get things. At one point she went to get the steamer, and we had to wait for it to heat up. I was laying there for over 20 minutes, with her sitting there just waiting.

My skin feels amazing now, but the whole thing felt rushed and not relaxing. It felt like she quickly put on the product, did the extractions, put the mask on, the paraffin for the hands and that was it.
I’ve had other facials were there was a little massage, or even when products were applied it was more relaxing than this time unfortunately.

Aqua Spa Lyne Giroux is a wonderful place! The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend the spa as it has a wonderful, peaceful and warm ambiance.

I won’t come back here. They made me wait in the waiting room for 15 mins, and the girl who did my feet rushed. Nails were poorly painted. The service has really gone downhill.

I had Rebecca today as my esthetician. She made me feel super comfortable during my wax, she was super professional and efficient, she took really good care of me!:) Thank you Rebecca!

Nice place to get a massage, I recommend Albert. He did a great deep tissue message on me and I felt so relaxed afterwards.

I have been going to the Aqua Spa for the last 5 years. I was always nervous about letting other people wax me or do my eyebrows, but someone recommended this spa to me and I make the drive all the way from Laval just to come here! The staff are super sweet and they are always very helpful. It is such a relaxing atmosphere and I always leave feeling refreshed.

I have gone to Lyne Giroux on several occasions and have always been extremely satisfied with the talent and care they put. The hammam and spa services are my favorite of my sister and I, and I know I will continue to go.

Had a Hammam and then a massage with Chris, the hammam was super relaxing great prelude to the massage. But OMG the massage was amazing! Chris has magic hands would recommend him and this spa.

I love going to this place. I've been going for the past 20 years. The staff is always nice and pleasant. They are professional and know what they are doing. The place is impecably clean I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes for my appointements. Great great place! I could not recomment more.

60 minute MASSAGE with Olga. This was the best massage ever and I've had more than I can count in my 60 years. Everyone had a mask properly placed above their nose as I entered the spa, I was greeted kindly by staff. After the massage, Olga presented me with a small cup of fresh ''spa water with a hint of lemon'', it was delicious. I went to the bathroom and found it spotless, super clean; I even stretched to see if corners were dusty or moldy and NOTHING, this place is disinfected by the inch. I would highly recommend Aqua Spa Lyne Giroux. Julie is also great for pedicures, by the way, I haven't had a pedicure in ages, but if she's still around, ask for her, she is very delicate and friendly.

Amazing massages! Beautiful spa and the installations are very clean. I have been going to this spa for years and I would go nowhere else for my massages.

I had a great experience with Rita! I went for my first prenatal massage since I had a gift card. My friend recommended me this place since they take way spa gift cards. I did a small medical questionnaire at the beginning through my phone. The massage room had a good vibe with some nice relaxing music. Rita paid attention to my concerns. My favorite part was my head/hair massage along with my neck and shoulders. I truly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back to see Rita. Thank you!

The staff is very friendly and extremely professional. They offer a great many services for men and women. The Swedish massage was next level! They even thought to put a towel down, so I wouldn’t have to step on the cold floor, they provided me a receipt for my insurance without me having to awkwardly ask and the best detail was my masseuse handed me a cool glass of water as I stepped out of the room. It was the perfect end to a very relaxing massage.

Really gone downhill in the last few years. They only use one brand of product for nails, and their polish always seems old and sticky. I'm sorry to say, after over 30 years of loyalty, they've raised their prices far too high for the quality of services offered.
