Arbora 1 & 3

Just had a visit to see a few units. Xiaomu was friendly and informative, and provided answers to all our questions, it was an easy decision to fill out an application!

Update: Maintenance staff is super helpful and friendly. Constantine fixed our appliance issues within a few hours!

We lived in Arbora 1 for 3 years. Location is amazing, with everything you need within walking distance. It is super pet friendly and the staff is always helpful and kind. Definitely recommend

Immeuble récent au Griffintown et surtout immeuble qui accepte les animaux. J'ai été locataire d'un 3 1/2 au Arbora3 avec exposition au Sud, ce qui rend le condo trés éclairé de lumière natuelle. Inclus 5 électros ménagers modernes. Beaux aménagement paysagers. Rez-de-chaussée ou cour extérieure utilisés pour certains évênements. Cela nous permet de rencontrer nos voisins. Localisation idéale pour tous les services, à proximité de la Station Lucien Lallier, de la rue Notre Dame ouest et de la rue Peel où nous y trouvons magasins, banques, épicerie, restos etc.
Excellent service professionnel de la part de l'administration ainsi que des employés de la maintenance et de l'entretien ménager.

We have been living at Arbora for 3 years and love it. We feel so supported by the office staff (Xiaomu + Maria!) and maintenance team - shout out to Pat for being so kind, and always helping us with any fixes!

I’ve been living at Arbora for 5 months now and I have no complaints. The location is great, nearby all services and downtown but still quiet enough near the canal. The apartment itself is beautiful and the building is always so clean and well maintained. On top of being super pet friendly, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and Xiaomu is amazing. It really does feel like a community as they host small events for the residents and make every one feel welcome. Myself, my cat and my dog are very happy here.:)

This is a great place to live overall.
Nearby grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant.etc.
I gave 4 stars because of lack of parking space for moving.had hard time finding an open spot to park uhaul as Montagne is a busy street and I even got a parking ticket on uhaul, and management said "not their problem".

Xiaomu is the most helpful person ever! I love the people who work there and the apartments are nice:)

L'immeuble est très beau, et les appartements sont rénovés et neufs! Une expérience très agréable, c'est un coin silencieux et à la fois très sécurisé. J'ai adoré et je recommande pleinement!

Good residence and good staff, price are reasonable compared to other buildings i visited before that are of the same standing. Love it

By far the most enjoyable place I’ve rented from downtown. Everything from the friendly and proactive team working here to the holiday celebrations made the experience very positive. There’s a great sense of community, the environment is very well maintained and the location is super convenient. Could not recommend more!

Superbe résidence bien entretenue, le manager est super serviable et toujours à l’écoute. J’y ai vécu 3 ans et c’était super bien ça m’a surtout permis en tant qu’étranger d’être au centre de Montréal et découvrir pleins d’endroits cools. Et les gens aussi, la résidence organise certains events donc on a l’opportunité de se rencontrer entre voisins et ça c’est top.

One of the best places you can live in. For real, the neighborhood is amazing the little restaurants and boutiques near the place are so nice and you are minutes away for center bell and a lot of sports bars, if you are a real hockey aficionado like myself!

I had a wonderful experience at Arbora 3. There was plenty of space and natural light. I also always felt if I needed help, I knew exactly who to contact. Xiaomu made the move in and move out incredibly smooth.

This building complex has everything you need. In addition, the staff is super helpful, from maintenance to office staff. They respond quickly to emails and inquiries. Especially Xiaomu, very friendly and helpful!

I have been visiting many floors with the help of Xiaomu. He was very patient and professional, he helped me a lot and the treatment was excellent.

I have been living at Arbora for over a year now. The living space is modern, bright and spacious. The building is surprisingly quiet and well sound proofed - the noise from the outdoor construction has never been an issue for me. Residents are friendly and there are plenty of animals around:) The management team and maintenance staff are fantastic and easy to get ahold of. I highly recommend Arbora!

Building management is extremely professional and very easy to work with. Nice, new building in a great area, businesses downtown are reachable by the 35 bus and McGill by the 107.

The staff has been extremely accommodating and helpful with any inquires and always answer right away, excellent service!
