Arc'teryx Montréal

Ce sont des produits vraiment pas durables. J'ai déjà possédé des coquilles Gore-Tex pour une fraction du prix qui m'ont durées 2x plus longtemps et qui ne nécessitaient pas un entretien après chaque usage. J'entends toujours des histoires de retours et d'échanges par un nouveau manteau. Tristement, ceci n'est qu'un mythe. Je n'ai pas reçu ce traitement. Je n'ai reçu qu'un rabais de 40%. Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Toujours un excellent service. Produits d'excellentes qualités. Les prix sont comparables à d'autres compétiteurs de grandes marques. La compagnie est canadienne. Je suis un grand fan d'Arc'teryx

Vraiment déçu de l'éventail des produits et de la quantité de ceux-ci. Malheureusement pas digne d'un magasin "flagship"
Heureusement que les produits Arc'teryx sont les meilleurs.

Good stuff bad employés

Well after moving back to Montreal I decided to buy in person instead online but I have noticed that the good employés left and some of the people who works in the, they should learn manner before arc'teryx fabrics. So disappointed, going back online.

Gorgeous selection and really helpful staff. Definitely one of the better arc’teryx stores I have been to in North America. Not to say that I have ever been to a bad one but more to say that this spot has always been good to me. Helpful in repairing gear and has even offered free stickers. This has kept me coming back over the years.

I was in the market for some hiking shoes and the display in the show window caught my eye. Two young fellas working on this day. Friendly and helpful but certainly not overbearing. They were available to answer any and all questions but also to permit a customer to shop at his/her own leisure. It was quiet when I visited on an early Friday morning with only 1 other customer besides myself. I enjoyed my experience here.

The two times I went the sales did not acknowledge me at all. Not even a bonjour. They act impatient and just gather together to talk to one another. What kind of customer service is this?

Ask for Sean (spelling). What an awesome person and knowledgeable! Definitely knows how to prepare for outdoor activities and matches with Montreal weather.
No pressure selling and patient. Checked other stores for the new Veilance model. Hope to come back for it!
