Service à la clientèle inexistant. Les employés ne disent même pas Bonjour même si on leur dit, c'est à peine si les regards se croisent. On a l'air de les déranger. De plus, la caissière n'a pas retiré l'antivol de l'article que j'ai acheté (j'ai remarqué à la maison qu'il n'a pas été enlevé).

Moins de choix que d'autres Ardenne comme à Angrignon. Les employées sont très aimables.

Worst employees ever. No one said a word to me when I got in. They saw I was looking for something and completely ignored me. Then I went to the cash because I needed to exchange something. The cashier didn't even look up at me and just motions with her hand to go see her co-worker. SO RUDE. So I went to ask the other employee to ask if they had more sizes in the item I needed exchanged. She said no. That was that. No asking if I wanted something else or anything. I'll never go back there. There selection was also the most horrendous one I've ever seen. It was basically non existant. Seriously though, Ardene should be notified about how horrible these employees at this location are. Very entitled kids work there

Beautiful store with two levels. They have an elevator inside. I went to get swimming suits. They had a nice collection on sale. The staff is nice. One negative aspect: the fitting room is hidden. I couldn't find it without asking the staff for help. I recommend adding a sign that is more visible to customers. Besides this, everything is great. I will come back!

This is a no star rating! This place is just simply unreal! I was looking for a belt buckle. After looking around, I managed to find a hip bag with the buckle I was long for. I proceeded to the cash register and ask the two girls, A and G, that is they just have the buckle and they said no. So I said” I guess I’ll take this”. So I got the bag. Not even 5 mins after I found what I was looking for in a store next door. I went back to refund the bag at which point they told me that I could just get a gift card or an exchange. At time when I bought the item, after clearly showing that this is not what I was looking for, I was not told this very important fact and also there are no signs in the store indicating this policy. I was told by the store that I should have read the fine line. Then I asked for the manager and she was not speaking to me in English and essentially was talking to the other reps in French. She tells me finally she understands my frustration but there Is nothing she can do just after the rep who I dealt with admitted that she forgot to tell me about the policy. I was told again that it was my responsibility to read the receipt, which is unacceptable, since by then I had purchase the merchandise. The store manager refused to provide me with her name when I said that I will contact their customer service and when I asked the other girls to get the name, they all refused to give me the managers name. This is unreal. I had to finally buy something else and pay more as I did not want their gift certificate and I refuse to got back to this store. DO NOT SHOP THERE UNLESS YOU SURE YOU WANT THE ITEM.

Expensive prices for not-so-amazing quality clothing. The staff has zero customer service training.

Malheureusement ma petite fille aime bien aller chez ardene, celui de Brossard est le pire concernant l'étiquetage. Ils vont apposer des affiches avec des prix ou rabais sur des racks ou il n'y a aucun items en rabais afin de vous pièger. Une fois payé. Vous vous rendez compte qu'ils vous ont chargé trop cher. Trop tard ils ne vous rembourse pas, ils vous donne un crédit même si vous n'avez pas quitté le comptoir caisse. ATTENTION DEMANDÉ LE PRIX AVANT DE PAYER FAITENT LES TRAVAILLER UN PEUX ILS VONT PEUT-ÊTRE CHANGER LEUR FAÇON DE FAIRE LES CHOSES.

Ces plus comme il y a 20 ans ces rendu pas mal plus cher beaucoup beaucoup de personelle sur le plancher et plusieurs soldes pour nous faire dépensé

Obviously you get what you pay for. Cute for a teen or pre-teen who wants to experiment jewelry and fashion. Lots of options available but be ready to see the necklace break after one wear or the beads to fall off just taking the item out of its package. There is usually no service on the floor (I have never been served) but the cashier are always smiling and friendly.

Ma femme aime beaucoup cet endroit. Comme il s'agit de l'entrepot, les prix sont très abordables et il y a beaucoup de choix!
