Personnel bête, personnel qui sacre à côté des clients à cause que les articles sont trop hauts lorsqu'elle a une perche dans les mains et personnel non présent pour les clients surtout à la caisse.

AVOID THIS PLACE!
I went in to buy 1 item and had 3 gift cards to use up. The cashier (she was blond, I think her name was Melody) scanned them and 2 out of 3 did not work and she had no idea why. Granted, this wasn’t her fault, but still very frustrating.
She used one of my gift cards and threw it away. Then she asked me to pay the rest of the amount, and I refused to, considering I had over 30$ on those gift cards that weren’t working. I said I didn’t want to buy the item anymore, and asked if she could put the money back on my gift card. She said “No” with so much attitude I couldn’t believe it. I insisted she give me my money back since I wasn’t gonna buy the item. She proceeded to give me my money back (after lying about not being able to do it), rolled her eyes, swore under her breath and then threw the gift card back at me… I have NEVER received such a horrible customer service.
Other cashiers were nearby and didn’t even bother to help or offer compensation for my gift cards, which I got in that store in the first place!
