They have ripe fried plantains, which I’ve been craving. The arepa I had was great, and the salsas were tasty! But the plantains were the highlight for me.

Nice open view to the streets because the weather was perfect.
Food was almost good except that we ordered food right before the dinner shift and so within a few minutes of getting served my food was already to room temperature.
Their sweet plantains were perfect and their sauces were good.
Felt authentic Venezuelan.

100% gluten free but great for anyone. The empanadas were crispy and the perfect ratio of corn to filling. I highly recommend the pork belly with andino cheese. The service was amazing and the ambience was hip and cool.

The food was very good and it's fun to see the paintings in the restaurant!

The restaurant is also big and we didn't have to have a reservation. (I don't know if it's always like that)

Delicious South American food: arepas (with all types of amazing meat or vegetarian fillings), empanadas, plantain, black beans, rice, And it's all gluten free which is amazing for coeliacs and people who are gluten intolerant.

Arepera is a specialty Venezuelan restaurant making arepa (sandwich). Their bread is made out of unleavened ground kernels of maize (corn) or nowadays maize flour. It is an acquired taste for foreigners who are trying new foods. I would like to commend their CS staff for following the COVID protocol. The service was fast and we were in and out for under an hour. Personally, I would let you judge on the taste and go at your own risk to try this restaurant.

Great arepas at a great price. The chicharrón is delicious and super moist. They also have a selection of home made juices and desserts. If you're looking for some amazing Venezuelan cuisine, this is the place for you.

Ambiance: conviviale et décontractée.
Nourriture: Nous avons mangé des Arepas avec frites de Yuca. Mon Arepas avec viande de porc avait un goût particulier. Malheureusement, après ma dernière bouchée, j'ai été malade. Mon amie a aimé son arepa, sans plus. Je donne un 3/10.
Proximité: sur Prince-arthur. Belle rue piétonnière!

Stays crispy and doesn’t leak everywhere, tastes amazing and won’t break your bank. Best around the area in my opinion!

Just had one of the best gluten free meal in a looong time!

Had the plantains, empañadas, pabellon de pollo and carne mechada. Everything was tasty, warm, nothing lacked of anything. The avocado sauce and spicy sauce were very good! We will be back for sure

The roast pork/avocado salad arepa was nothing short of spectacular, side green salad was a perfect match. Not sure what was going on with the mango juice, I've had better out of a can, otherwise 5 stars.

Great food and the staff is always friendly, the prices are fine for the portions that you'll get, the parking on the street ain't bad. You should consider than during peek hrs you won't be able to find any parking near the restaurant.

One of the oldest arepa resturants in Montreal. Solid arepas, all the classics options available (pabellon, pernil, cheese and guacamole, extra), good desserts and juices. Nice and relaxed service. Price is mid range, can't get cheaper for such "exotic" food in Canada.

Only wish they were more generous in their white/feta cheese portions!

This Venezuelan restaurant is great for lunch with a friend, with your fam (including young children) or with a group. It’s fully gluten-free and has a solid range of different meat, veggie and vegan options. The food is delish, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My all time favorite arepa is the Reina Pepiada (chicken breast in avocado sauce). It comes with a watercress salad, with the same avocado sauce. And we usually order plantains or cassava fries to share. And make sure to try one of their juices!
