Argus Mazda Gatineau

After 20 years of driving a KIA, I decided to try something different and glad I landed on Argus Mazda. Zero pressure sales, and the Finance Manager is friendly, professional and efficient. I did something I usually don't do, which is buy the extended warranty. But the manager made a lot of sense, and I got the impression he would not have pushed me had I said no. Good approach on his part. Unlike many dealerships in the area, Argus actually has new cars you can buy the same day. I'll be using the service department in a couple of months and will report back on that aspect of the dealership. But so far, my experience has been positive. And the new vehicle is awesome!

On a fait faire le changement d'huile de la voiture et en guise de cadeau de fête à mon marie, je lui ai fait nettoyer et cirer la voiture. Jerry s'est chargé de garder le tout secret et aussi de remiser la voiture dans leur garage car nous n'avons pas pu récupérer le véhicule le jour même. Merci pour cette attention! L'auto est comme une neuve!

I feel like they are still thinking that we are still having chip shortage. So one of the salesman K might still thinks the customers are still begging for a car. As a result, he can waste customer time. And he doesn't care about actually trying to sell car.

So it turns out the reason my new car battery kept dying was identified in a recall. Already had the car boosted 6 times. Needed this resolved, but service said they couldn't help me, and if I wanted I could leave my car there and maybe they get around to it in a week. Didn't offer any other solution other than earliest appointment in 3 weeks. Meanwhile, good luck with the boosts.or be carless while they might fix it the following week. Not impressed.

This place is the best place I have ever went to get my car fixed. Very polite. Francis who answered the phone when I called was very nice and answered any questions I had. I would recommend them any day.
