Fantastic company - my lawn has never looked better! Customer service is also top notch. We tried other companies in the past but did not get these great results.

A pedestrian asked if she could "roll in our yard, it's so beautiful! ". Thanks to technician Jimmy and crew at M. Gazon, our yards are the envy of the neighbourhood.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They showed up to my yard without any explanation of their plan or asking for my input. They just started working and before I knew it, they charged me an exorbitant amount without any explanation of what they did. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and transparent service.

J’avais un forfait avec eux l’année passé qui s’est renouvelé automatiquement cette année, jusqu’à la ok, l’année passé j’étais satisfait.
Je reçois le forfait par la poste et cette année, les vers blanc étaient en surplus (90$).
J’appelle pour dire que je ne veux pas le traitement contre vers blanc, de laisser le contrat comme l’année d’avant.
La dame au téléphone répond aucun problème.

À ma grande surprise, après un traitement, je reçois la facture de la fertilisation et les vers blanc sont facturés.

J’appelle la compagnie pour savoir pourquoi le traitement des vers a été fait, pour me répondre qu’il le font à tout le monde et que je n’avais pas le choix.
Qu’il n’avait aucun possibilité de modifier une facture et aucun crédit pour le prochain traitement serait donné.

Très aberrant de faire payer ses clients pour dés traitements auquel nous ne voulons pas et même après avoir appelé pour ne pas l’avoir.

Désolé mais j’ai déjà appelé pour enlever le renouvellement pour l’année prochaine.

I’m giving 3 stars as I am not happy with auto renewal. I have no problem for the package. It is when you want an extra service to be added that one time it will automatically be auto renewal as well. No mention of this on any contract. I called to discuss this and was told it’s on a contract. The contract was sent by mail which I never received. So for this reason I cancelled the service. I don’t want to be charged for a service I did not ask for every year. Other than this the company has been great. I have been with them for 5 years.

This company is the biggest scam in the world. I highly suggest you find another company to do your fertilization because they will give you a headache.here is my story:
last year, I called Monsieur Gazon, as a first time home owner, my dad suggested to do it with them since him and my brother do it with them. I called and the call was quick. The lady only spoke about that the service would be for 2022, the price and how many times they come in the season to spray. I payed my invoice through their account and that was it.
This year, in April, they sent me an email to renew and I disregarded since we wanted to fertilize the grass ourselves. I never answered them, they never called me to renew. In May, our home camera finds one of their workers spraying our lawn. I didn't make anything of it because I thought they made a mistake. Low and behold, a few days later they send me an email with the bill. I was baffled. I called them and the CS agent tells me that I did a contract with them for 5 years. I started laughing.a contract for 5 years. I dont even know if I will be at the same house for 5 years, I would never agree to that. They refused to cancel the bill or do anything. Now, they are charging me interest. I filled a complaint with the Protection des Consommateurs. They operate their business off of lies and scamming people.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, they will rob you and intimidate you in order to pay your bill by saying they will not cancel the bill. Majority of their contracts are done verbally. I even asked them who gave them access to cross my private property to spray the backyard and they said no one. How can you operate your business this way? You render a service with the client even asking or paying for it? ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC COMPANY.
Oh and on their bills, because they are garbage, they dont add their TVQ TPS number or their Quebec INC. SCAMMERS.

Je suis vraiment déçu du service. J’ai pris un contrat avec eux pour cette été, ils sont venus 3 fois déjà. Lors du dernier traitement, ils ont mis celui pour les vers blancs, et nous étions absents en vacance cette journée la. Et naturellement c’était durant une canicule et cela a eu pour effet de brûler mon gazon par taches. J’ai jamais eu un gazon aussi laid depuis …. Et la on est obligé de réparer leurs dommages avec terre et graines …. Une chose est sûr et certain que je ne renouvellerai pas mon contrat avec eux. Et si j’avais su je n’aurais jamais tout payer les traitements d’avance ….
On paie pour apprendre.

The customer service is very good. The automated system works one on two times to advise you of their upcoming treatment. The product they are using didn't give better results than the product I apply, the oen you buy from stores, their argument is that the city puts lot of restrictions, they might be right, but I still have lot of weed. Each time I make a claim they pass and put another treatment but in vain. I won't be hiring them or any similar company anymore.

Enfin un service qui fonctionne après avoir essayé plusieurs compagnies je dois dire que C est la meilleure, mon gazon est presque parfait partout. Client satisfait merci beaucoup

First time using and they have NOT yet come spray for weeds, suppose to spray in June, it's July 5th and nothing. I have placed 4 service calls to no avail! Meanwhile, Weedman has done my friends lawn 3 times. So frustrating. "Madame c'est a cause de toute la pluie", Ah oui, mais pourquoi que toute les autres compagnies ont passer chez leurs clients.

Attention, technique malicieuse du contrat de service. ECRIT EN PETIT QU’UN RENOUVELLEMENT AUTOMATIQUE SE FERA JUSQU’À ANNULATION. Première fois que je vois ça. C’est insultant.

Customer service responsed my request very fast and they provided super fast service in my lawn. Then they also send me a report after the service, very professional! No wonder all my neighbors using Monsieur Gazon. Highly recommend!

Très mauvaise expérience avec M. Gazon, même commentaire qu’une autre personne a inscrite ici ; M. Gazon est passé faire un traitement sans notre consentement et sans renouvellement de contrat. Ils nous ont envoyé une facture et font référence à une clause dans leur contrat initial. Attention c’est illégale. En quoi peuvent-ils se permettre de nous obliger à rester avec eux? Pourquoi nous envoient-ils alors un contrat de renouvellement à signer s’il n’ont pas besoin de celui-ci? Nous avons déjà donné le contrat à un compétiteur. Je vous conseille de faire de même!

Renouvellement automatique! Vraiment!? ! Monsieur Gazon m'a chargé pour un traitement même si j'avais déménagé! Leur réponse: Désolé madame, il s'agit un renouvellement automatique, vous devez payer et le tout, avec des menaces de poursuite! Pire compagnie EVER! Entreprise de c!

Faire attention à cette compagnie, elle vous charge alors que vous êtes pas intéressé. Elle vient sur votre terrain pour mettre produit et quand vous les appelez pour leur mentionner que vous étiez pas intéressez par leur service, ils vous répondent que c’est leur politique interne et qu’ils y doit payer. Je peux pas imaginer combien de gens se sont fait avoir par eux. Non professionnel et avide de profit. Choisissez une autre entreprise

BE AWARE, AUTOMATIC RENEWAL!
we had no intentions of renewing our contract this year, so we did not send in the payment for the yearly maintenance fees, thinking that’s all we needed to do. We never thought there would be an automatic renewal clause on an yearly lawn maintenance service, surprise…. On the back of the invoise they send you there’s actually such a clause, so BEWARE you need to cancel. How desperate must they be, this never comes up when talking to them on the phone when you first become a client, Very disappointing, I had nothing against them before, I learned a lesson here and I don’t believe it’s an honest practice on their part!

Je les ai utilisé pour la première fois l'été passé. J'avais des doutes sur l'efficacité des traitements et j'avais décidé de ne pas renouveller mon contrat cette année.
J'apprends aujourd'hui qu'ils ont renouvellé mon contrat cette année avec 200$ de plus que l'an passé et qu'ils m'ont facturée SANS MON AUTORISATION. Aucun superviseur ne me rappellera, je suis obligée de payer le traitement qu'ils ont fait aujourd'hui alors que je n'ai pas signé le contrat!
C'est illégal comme pratique et jamais plus!

Avant de faire affaire avec votre cie.j’avais une autre cie qui faisait le service d’entretien de ma pelouse.j’ai été avec eux pendant huit ans. ça été les huit ans les plus désastreuses pour mon gazon.une amie de travail m’a conseillé de vous prendre Mme C. Boucher de Beauharnois.depuis j’ai référé G. Desjardins et C. Chassé de Valleyfield. Deux nouveaux clients qui sont enchantés par le service! Vous faites un excellent travail, avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et de respect de l’environnement. Depuis ce temps.je reçois beaucoup de compliments sur l’apparence de mon terrain! Les passants me disent tous que j’ai un beau gazon! Souvent je m’entionne votre cie à ceux qui me le demande. Continuer votre excellent travail!

Nous avons utilisé les services de Monsieur Gazon pour la première fois en 2021, ca nous avait été recommandé par un paysagiste. Très content du service!

Their professional services are good, that’s why I take second year. But the customer service on the phone is really bad! The last on the phone was giving attitude that I am a language barrier, and said we have language problem! Just want to confirm I took their service this, she was really inpatient and said they already by mail or email. I think there is only one of lady in their office is rude, because last time when I called the customer service was really nice.

Depuis que faisons affaires avec Arrosage M. Gazon tous les voisins de la rue nous demande leur nom et no.de tel. Pour entrer en contact avec eux car notre pelouse est la plus belle de la rue. Bravo et Merci M. Gazon continuer votre beau travail.

J'apprécie leur service durant l'été, car tout est réellement inclus pour que notre pelouse soit très belle (pas tjrs des produits à ajouter en cours d'été). Ils viennent fréquemment et rapidement si nous manifestons le besoin.

Très décevant.vous "signé" un contrat pour la saison qui inclus 4 traitements en vous garantissant une pelouse de rêve mais qui résulte en un cauchemar.tout les traitements sont effectués avec 1 mois de retard sur la période recommandée. Les techniciens qui viennent, tous différents à chaque intervention, ne vous ferons de recommandations ou de diagnostics.ils procéderont malgré l'inutilité si votre pelouse est malade. 2 des 4 traitement sont granulaires et seront dispersés partout, incluant votre piscine et pavés. Soyez rassuré qu'ils ne seront point en retard sur la facturation sans oublier les intérêts qu'ils vous seront chargés en dépit du service exécrable qu'il vous offre. N'ayez pas t'attentes, vous en serez déçu

I first heard about this company because they send you a bill directly and I never asked for their cheap service.

They are liars

I have a problem paying for a service and the service is not delivered. After multiple emails and phone calls the Companie was not willing to rectify the problem. They are adamant they came over but the video surveillance proves other wise. Also not doing a follow up and me having to call every week and still nothing was getting done. So disappointed about the customer relation and lying that someone has come and obviously hasn’t. I may just be 1 customer that is willing to write about it but please recherche in the customer service of a business before you agree to give them money.

Here is what happened to me:
I subscribed the service in March 2021,3 visits was scheduled, the experience was terrible, I was not at home during the first 2 visits, I have questioned about the 2nd visit, wondering whether they did the visit actually, they told me it was done but it is invisible.that make sense. However, for the last visit, I was at home, I was having breakfast and received email notification saying the visit was done, and I didn't see anyone coming to my yard.so I called them asking for clarification, they said it was done about 20mins ago (I was in the living room) and they would contact the person who did visit for confirmation, I checked the camera records for my back yards, nothing was captured. I was able to find all the captures for my activities in the backyard.so I am pretty sure it is not camera issue.they called me back few mins later, saying the visit is confirmed and done, they told me there was something in swimming pool, but I don't have any swimming pool at all! It proved that I was right! But they doesn't admit it! I requested service cancellation and refund for the last visit, they refused to refund without any proof about the last visit!
Do Not Trust Monsieur Gazon.
If you do want to use their service, keep eye on what they are doing!

Pendant 2 ans, avec vertdure, rien ne fonctionnait! Depuis que M. Gazon s'occupe de mon terrain, tout est vert sans pissenlit. Le prix mensuel est de 4 à 5 $ plus élevé que la compétition mais la qualité de mon gazon c'est tellement amélioré.

Première expérience décevante. Ils sont passé dans le quartier et mon oublié bien que j'avais un contrat depuis 1.5 mois. Ca faisait 2 semaines que je leur avait demandé quand il passait. Ils m'ont répondu en début Mai qu'il passerait d'ici un mois. En prenant une marche la même journée j'ai noté qu'ils avaient passé dans le quartier et m'avait oublié. C'est à la fin Avril/Début Mai que nous avons besoin du premier traitement. Probablement trop d'ouvrage ou mal organisé. J'ai cancellé

M. Ouellette est un employé d'un grand professionnalisme. Il connait ses produits et fait d'excellentes recommandations. Merci de vos services que nous adorons! Notre pelouse s'en ressent!

Un très bon service. Il fait ses recommandations d'entretien pour certains parasites ou autres, tout en nous laissant le choix. Aucune pression. Une année, soit en 2019, j'ai essayé un autre vendeur de service et je n'aurai pas dû. Avant même la fin de la saison, j'avais pris la décision de revenir avec Monsieur Gazon. Après 6 années de service, je suis toujours aussi satisfaite de leurs services.

Depuis que je fais affaire avec Mr Gazon, je n'ai plus de soucis relativement aux mauvaises herbes et aux insectes nuisibles.

I have been using Monsieur Gazon since 2016. No more weeds and healthy and great grass color. It is an expensive yearly expense but the results are worth it.

Mr Gazon prend soin de ma pelouse depuis trois ans et la différence est vraiment notable. Les employés sont polis et attentionnés et leurs recommandations de traitement sont exactes et efficaces.

We were very appreciative of the professional and courteous.service and our grass looked very healthy and green last summer. We plan on continuing with M. Top quality service. I started using Mr Gazon in May/June of 2018 and the results were nearly immediately obvious. Greener, thicker grass with detailed follow up emails regarding treatments applied. I highly recommend them.

I am truly happy with Monsieur Gazon, last summer the technician informed me that I had chinch bugs and that a treatment was needed. He informed me that if I ignore it, my grass would be totally destroyed. This is what happened with my neighbors. I had the best grass all season with the excellent service of Monsieur Gazon.

Horrible customer service, they do not listen to their customers concerns, they do as they please, regardless of what has been agreed upon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, Even when you try to break your contract with them because of damage they have caused to your property, they refuse to cancel, and continuing to charge your account all the while also continuing to damage other garden plants and shrubs you may have on your property with their spray made to kill weeds. If you value your landscaping and not just your lawn.heed this advice.stay away from them.

Im the spring time i had monsier gazon give me a submission for grass treatments i decided not to go with them but signed a contract with another company.in late October i got a letter in the mail claiming i had a pass due balance with interest from monsier gazon. They took it into they're own hands to have treatments done at my house without mu consent. I called the company and explained the situation they claim they sent me emails after every treatment and if i noticed in the beginning they would wave all charges the woman on the phone was rude and brushed me off explaining that if i didn't pay her in full my case would be sent to a collection agency. This has all been escolated with consumer protection and i am currently awaiting for some news from them. I can't believe that there are businesses that operate this way truly sad any way of ripping off the consumer
