I was delighted to put my faith in Sonia for my wedding day flowers. Her display was every bit as fragrant and fresh as it was beautiful. My guests kept asking who my florist was! I recommend Sonia and her husband without reservation. They did a fantastic job.

Beautiful healthy flowers. Service is outstanding. I called from States and Anna took time to explain their products, sent pics, and was absolutely delightful to help me in my selection of Mother's Day flower.

Went in to buy a potted plant as a gift for a child. The person helping me was knowledgeable and patient. They offered me help and gave me space to choose. The prices seemed reasonable and there was a nice selection. I left with something for myself as well.

Beautiful and very well priced flower shop. They have a great selection of already arranged bouquets.

Always a very pleasant experience, helpful and friendly staff make sure you get exactly what you want with no pressure!

Flower arrangement had wilted flowers. Received an arrangement that was nowhere close to what was ordered. I understand that if certain flowers are not available the fleurons r has the right to make a change but this was like a complete different arrangement. It was as if I had asked them for “creative freedom” but asked to respect a colour theme.

Staff who answered phone is rude and unprofessional. I was not notified that the flowers for the arrangement I ordered were not available. Other fleurists do this but not this one. They do not honour their delivery times.

This fleurist for a 2 instead of 1 because the arrangement was full.

Beyond disappointed.

Bad service! I dealt with them twice in the first the order was delivered but they missed the accessories, the second time it was delayed for hours! They disappointed me twice. Of course, there will not be a third time.

I ordered online and picked up at the store today. The bouquet was even more beautiful than I thought it would be! The person I gave the bouquet to loved them too! Staff was very nice as well:)

What kind of buisness you running. Can't make an exception while 4 people still in the store after business hours. I understand its closed. But still 4 people inside. Can't make a small bouquet for someone? Like no hello no service.unpolite. Opens the doors and tells me to leave. Yep thanks. Was about to spend $$$ and tip for it. But what ever your loss.and mine as well

Presentation is the key. The price is not so expensive but the flower arrangement and quality of their product as a whole makes is top-notch.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend only to realize the day of delivery that she was out of town! So I called the store to ask if the delivery could be made to a different address/person instead so they wouldn't go to waste and the person I spoke with was so helpful and accommodating! Not only did they let me change the address but also the delivery time since the person wasn't going to be home until the evening. The flowers were also very beautiful - I ordered the florist's choice and it was a very nice bouquet. Would definitely order from here again!

Lovely store, lovely owners/family! We needed several very large plants and they definitely had great options. One of the rare places I’ve seen that have so many. They had around 10 birds of paradise, for example, when you normally don’t even find one in stores. And many other options. Great small plants too. And lovely, chic bouquets. I have already recommended them to friends who need large plants as well.

The flowers are very fresh and of high quality compared to other places. It was rich in various and beautiful flowers, giving it a luxurious feel.
The flower basket here is designed differently from other places, making it even more special. With the creative idea of the florist here, I think the biggest advantage is that you can keep pretty flowers fresh for a long time without having to prepare a separate vase. I visited this flower shop, and it was full of various fresh flowers and flowerpots, so I felt trustworthy. If I were to gift flowers to someone else, I would definitely use this place.

Je suis très déçue du service après vente, quand je met un budget de près de 100 dollars pour un bouquet de fleur, et que la moitié du bouquet comme les tulipes et les lys blancs reste fermer et commence à pourrir sans jamais s’ouvrir et que l on me dit que tout ça est normal et qu’ils ont fait de leur mieux, je reste très frustrée sur la gestion du service après vente. J’aurais pas mit un tel budget pour un tel rendu! La moindre des choses aurait été un remplacement du bouquet de fleur!

Beautiful store, they gave a great selection of very nice flowers s, plants of all shapes and sizes. They have these little succulents in glass cases that would make a great addition to just about any room.

And if your looking for a bonsai, they also have those. Fair prices and very helpful staff

I love this shop. Got a great lipstick plant from them and is thriving. Definitely support this local NDG business. They've got an excellent selection of houseplants.

Beautiful and stunning store! The plants are healthy and the planters are gorgeous! The store is so clean and the wonderful florist who helped me out made the experience even more special! Definitely a excellent florist, and you can tell when you see the plants, cut flowers, and dried ones! Perfect place to spoil yourself with a beautiful gift and loved ones too!

C est une honte que cette entreprise voles l’argent des gens et se moque d eux.j explique: j étais censée recevoir une composition florale, du chocolat et un jouet. Ils m ont livré le bouquet et pas les deux autres articles de la commande. Quand j ai appelé une dame me fait le cinéma de s être rendu compte au moment même de l erreur et qu ils alaisnt m envoyer les autre articles le lendemain. Et j ai rien reçu. C est du vol qualifié

They didn’t respect at all what they show on their web page, not even the vase in which they display their flowers online is the one they actually use, they misused my money

Bad and disappointing experience.
My friend got me a terrarium as gift. I found small flies and centipedes inside. We went back to the store to get it fixed. Two days later when I got home with the ‘new’ terrarium, I still saw the centipedes.
1. It ruined the gift from my friend;
2. They weren’t able to fix the problem;
3. They don’t have a good attitude. When we went back to the store, the lady was literally annoyed.
I’ll never go back to the store again.

They owe us close to $1000 for deliveries.

Not false news.you can't even pay your bills, hence you closed flower depot and opened a new shop with a different name.you even owe money to your suppliers. (edited Sept 12-2020) stop scamming people and sending them used and stolen flowers from other peoples parties.

Such a beautiful selection of different types of plants from big to small. Great service with quality advice. We have a cat and it's good to know what's poison for him.

Stopped by early this morning to buy a special bouquet of flowers for my granddaughter's graduation. Very helpful, friendly staff who put together a beautiful bouquet tied with ribbons of the school colours. Reasonable prices and they carry a great assortment of fresh flowers, plants, pots, specialized helium balloons and much more.

To me, this is THE best flower shop in Montreal - I have been a customer for many years and they never failed in their quality of flowers, price, delivery and customer service - all way above what others are offering - so very glad I can still order from them - Congratulation Pia, you and your team have created the best experience on ordering flowers for loved ones regardless of the occasion - take care and be safe

Wonderful florist with great attention to detail. The arrangements are beautiful. Flowers I've received from them always last a very long time. Deliveries always arrive right on time. They also provide lovely snack boxes with goodies from around the market. They are fantastic at dealing with orders placed from out of town to be delivered locally.

One of the best customer experiences I have ever had. I was the typical "I am asking for a huge unreasonable favour" type of customer but Pia didn't bat an eye and helped me get a flower arrangement delivered in under 2 hours for an emergency. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about her products, and ultimately I decided on an arrangement suggested by her. And all done by phone as I am in another province! I cannot understate the professionalism and helpfulness of The Flower Pot, my experience was wonderful and the receiver was very satisfied.
