Very bad experience. Customer service was bad.tailored product was terribly bad. Prices were extremely exaggerated
I ordered three tailored shirts, it took them more than 3 months to deliver the first shirt and the quality of the shirt was incredibly low.
The collar cracked immediately after the first try.

I love beautifully tailored shirts which, for women, aren't easy to find. I searched for a tailor who would make shirts for women and Arthur rose to the challenge. They were amazing to work with. Such professionalism, patience, and attention to detail are hard to come by. David was so helpful in making recommendations and suggestions and the end product is beautiful. Thank you to all of you! I was shopping for a 3-piece suit for my wedding. The experience at Arthur was simply amazing. This was my first bespoke experience, but John and David provided a lot of ideas and professional insights. They will make sure that the suit belongs to you and also represent you. It was also a learning opportunity about the techniques and the industry. I would definitely recommend Arthur to anyone who is looking for a piece of premium customized suit.

Great service and extremely high quality work. I got a pair of custom shoes here and I'm sure to have them for life. The guy who took care of me was not named Arthur but he was still awesome.

Je suis allé pour de la cire à soulier, leur attention et le temps qu'il ont pris pour m'expliquer et me conseiller à été très apprécier. Ils ont de très beaux souliers japonais que je n'ai pas vu ailleurs. Vaut la peine de s'y rendre. Très belle surprise pour moi.

The whole Arthur's team is top notch, the service is friendly and efficient, the product is one of the best I've experienced, and they are actually very reasonably priced for what they do, the same work would cost 50-60% more anywhere else. The work is all done in Montreal (ie.upstairs from the showroom), and they go above and beyond to make you happy (and have stopped me from making a dumb decision once or twice). I wouldn't go anywhere else to get clothes made.
