The light work perfectly I like but, the only reason I bought it that so I can control it with my phone but the app is not working at all, it keep shutting down even after uninstal it and re instal the app. I sent an email and got nonreply about the app so if you bying it to use it with your phone don't.

After discussing my problem Erick advised exactly what I needed to do and guided me through the process. After completing what was required to get a replacement for a defective light fixture Erick advised that that I would receive tracking information when the fixture was shipped. Could not ask for better service, thanks Erick!

One of the worst light brands, I bought a ceiling mount LED round light from Costco 2 years ago to upgrade my home lighting, and now I have three nos. They are not working, and I couldn’t get them replaced at Costco because they stopped bringing the same models due to the high complaints volume and returns they get. I’m going back for old-style light with bulbs for long-lasting.

Great customer service from Tyffany, gave me no return hassle when I realized I could buy the products I had previously purchased with a Costco membership and get a bit of a discount. After installing the stream undercabinet lights, the motion sensor didn't work.at all!
Therefor I went to the site for the phone number and was approached by a rep, Darwin, via instant messaging (which I hate). I was provided the phone number which a called right away. I spoke with someone and after a useless conversation, she told me I'd have to call back in a week since they're backordered. She wouldn't even START an order, she just told me to call back.
Darwin was still there in the open text box asking me questions to help so I told him I just spoke with customer service and they said they're backordered and that I'd have to call back. He told me they're definitely not backordered and that they're currently in stock. He took my info and that was that.that easy! Darwin setup a replacement. I'm VERY grateful for his help. As far as the woman I spoke to, I don't know what the heck she was doing but she's clearly in the wrong field.

Very nice lamp but was smaller than what we needed and asked to return it. Everything went extremely well, Artika sent me the return label at their expense and credited my credit card even before receiving back the lamp.

Very happy with the Tivoli Vanity lights that we bought… affordable, good quality, easy installation, and they have the ability to go from soft white to daylight with a flick of a switch. The order was delivered within 4 days! So very impressed with Artika!

We purchased a chandelier, the quality was excellent, better then almost all other we have purchased in this price range<$500. The installation was very straightforward with great instructions. We had an issue with some damage on the product, support was very responsive and the resolution was exceptional! I would highly recommend this brand.

A light fixture I bought more than 2 years ago stopped working and when I called Artika, , they said they would ship a new one to me right away, no questions, no receipt required. That is terrific customer service.

So far, I'll give this business 5 stars. I purchased a number of the LED panels for replacement of standard 4' florescent fixtures in my house and garage. These were purchased at a local Costco here in Atlanta. Really lie the look and warm light these fixtures put out. The installation was easy, especially with the mounting panels and accessories provided.
Unfortunately, one of the panels fail to light up one day, (on a circuit of three panels in a large closet). Going back to the install and manual instructions provided with the unit I began looking for troubleshooting (usually at the end of the manual) solutions, finding none, I decided it was time to call the company for help.
Speaking with support tech Darwin Gomez on their chat window, he quickly authorized to send out a new unit to me. This was followed up by a case number email, with the promise to send a further update once the unit leaves the warehouse, with delivery anticipated in 5-15 days.
So far, a great product and super support from the company.

Edited: item was exchanged for another "similar" item, since original item has been discontinued. The "closest" match offered as a replacement was of a different size, type and cheap materials used. I reported the issue to Customer Service and got a refusal to deal with that any further, since the warranty exchange has been processed already.

So my VERY best, positive experience has been replaced with neutral/negative, because of that.

I purchased my Artika Under Cabinet Lights at Costco for a very affordable price and found them easy to install. They were a great improvement over the 120v halogen lights I had previously. Those were hot and used over twice as much electricity. Unfortunately, one of my units failed a couple days ago. I sent an email to Artika's support reporting the problem. They responded the same day and shipped me a three unit replacement pack. That kind of customer support is the greatest reason to use their products.

Drove all the way to Stoney creek from Niagara to their Costco Road show. When I arrived they were sold out of everything. Waste of my day. Contacted customer service as the seller at Costco instructed me to do and customer service did nothing. Very disappointed with the customer service.

The person at costco told me that since they were sold out that artika would honour the costco price if i reached out to customer service. Which customer service told me they would not do. Waste of a trip.

Very good experience; a leader in these times where the majority of business are doing business in spite of themselves.

I bought 6 Colonial carriage house lights to update and replace old ones on our house. When we went to install them, we discovered that someone previously had bought one and 'raided' it for some hardware needed installation and use.

I called the company and had the pleasure of working with Hanna Shade - her service skills are spot on! She guided me through the model identification step and quickly determined that the proper remedy was to ship out a replacement. She advised that this product did not require a return of the deficient one and suggested that I recycle the unusable parts. I asked if I could safe the glass panels as I thought that with 6 on the house, spares/replacements may be needed and she agreed.

I am so pleased how they look on our house and they really illuminate nicely the area they are installed.

Definitely would recommend Artica lights, lighting is beautiful and the customer service is excellent. Received light fixture ordered in July 2021 for a remodel and one of the bubble covers was broken. Chatted with Adrian A from customer service this morning, Adrian found my case from July and processed a new case for a replacement bubble cover. The world needs more people like Adrian A and Artica!

Excellent customer service, Artika takes care of their customers! I picked up several silver Artika Strike outdoor lights for my home a few years ago & installed them - they look amazing, solid build quality and very reasonably priced. Well lo' & behold, a family of robins decided to build a nest on my side light (where it is quiet & seldom used). The birds did some serious damage to the top cover from nest building and the bottom cover was damaged from all the defecation collected within the fixture. I chatted with Hillary on web chat and she quickly was able to order me replacement parts & send them to my address. Wow, what wonderful customer service! Please keep up the good work, definitely will be buying more Artika light products for my home!

Artika has fantastic customer service. A light fixture ordered through an Amazon merchant arrived damaged. The US company said they did not have a replacement in stock and refused to cover the cost of postage to return the broken light fixture. I contacted Artika and was able to obtain a replacement light.

Customer service from Tyffany Fermin was excellent.
The issue was a 6 month old ceiling fixture (that I admit was not expensive to begin with) that quit working. It was advertized to last 50,000 hours but didn't make it to 6 months in a rarely used guest bedroom.
Replacement under warranty was arranged without hassle which helped make up for the inferior product.

I had a situation with three of your LED flat panel products and I was amazed by the professional customer service provided by Lorena. It took a few days to get it straightened out but she took care of all my issues and I am very pleased with the outcome thank you so much and thank you Lorena. The product are great and the service was exceptional. Before this was handled by Lorena I was reluctant to purchase another fixture, I’ve already bought 8-9 and my confidence was not too high but now I will purchase with confidence knowing they stand behind their products and handle issues with top priority

I order an Essence 4 light and when I opened the box I noticed that one of the pendants was missing. I contacted customer service and they sent me out new no questions asked. I’ll definitely be buy from them again

We bought a pendant fixture many months back for our kitchen that we were about to renovate. It was the melted ice LED pendant. I loved it as soon as I saw it and wanted it to be the focal point.

Since I was doing most of the demo myself and hanging the cabinets myself many months passed before I was finally ready to have the fixture installed by our electrician.

Low and behold as soon as it was connected it dimmed then went out completely.

Why 5 stars? Because as soon as my electrician called them they made it right. Julie didn't haggle with us she simply asked me to pick out another comparable fixture and they would send it right out.

Products sometimes are defective but its what happens after that makes a great company stand out.

My experience with customer service, I couldn't ask for better. They were welcoming and quick to render service. I shared my concerns for a ceiling light that was not working any more. I gave the model. They shipped it immediately. I received it within 2 days. Excellent and a Big Thank you.

Artika makes an exceptional line of art and I love it. Recently during a home renovation project, one of the contractors accidentally broke a cylinder on my pendant chandelier. The representative (Darwin) did an excellent job in assisting me with replacing the glass and I greatly appreciate the professional work & attitude given. Thank you so much!

I needed a replacement fixture after a hardwire installation, so I contacted Artika support and had a very fast response from Mina. Unfortunately, the replacement fixture was backordered, but 8 weeks later, Mina contacted me again to say it would soon be on its way. I was impressed not to be lost along the way in the shuffle and that their products appear to backed a satisfaction guarantee. Mina, thank you!
