He was very kind and respectful and offered me a full refund or an exchange for the rug as he agreed it shouldn’t have faded that quickly. I opted for a refund and really appreciate him for making that possible. ***
I bought a washable rug that I had to wait 2 months for due to the shipping strike (not their fault). I’ve had it for 3 months and it looks terrible. It is so faded and it’s not even in an area that gets a lot of sun. When I contacted customer service they said their return policy is only 14 days so would not exchange it. I’m super disappointed and won’t be purchasing anything from this company again.

Product was exactly as expected, and local delivery in Toronto was smooth. The item came very quickly on an Artiplanto truck.

I WAS very Happy but in the end the 10% promo credit they say they processed (through a 3rd party payment process) NEVER reached us and after weeks of being bounced back and forth I gave up! I HATE 3rd party payment processors - NOT the 1st time getting a creadit has been a problem. Hard to believe they'd prefer a bad review versus just giving us the $45 we were due and their 3rd party messed up!

Received within the delivery window I was provided. Package was handled with care and looked great upon delivery.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered the Lucaya rug (order AP82167), and waited over 2 1/2 months for it to arrive. When it finally did arrive, it looked nothing like what it looks like on their webpage. (See photo.) When I asked for a refund, Gabriella Apostol said that no refund would be possible and that the rug looked different because the rug was photographed in a different light. This would account for a slight discrepancy in colour, of course, but the rug I received did not resemble the one I ordered in the slightest. This is the second rug I have to return for a store credit because it does not look anything like it does on the website. Even worse, the pattern on the rug is extremely pixalated and low quality. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Beureau. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a rug about 4 weeks before it was delivered. I was given no estimate date of delivery or given any warning when my rug would be delivered. After it was delivered I received an email that the rug was dropped off. I was on a week's vacation! I love the rug but the company needs better delivery practices. It was very inconvenient as I had to have a friend deal with the rug.

Gabriela and the team at Artiplanto were a pleasure to work with. I came to them with no sense of what we needed for our space, but they gave excellent recommendations with the photos and dimensions provided. The process from inquiry to purchase was short and efficient. Their delivery team called me the night before to confirm a time and checked back in with me in the morning with their updated arrival time. The delivery was simple and Sylvain brought everything where we needed in no time. Highly recommend!

Delivery process was very good. But unboxing revealed a very dusty plant that i had to wash first. It's also somewhat crooked and I have not been able to correct that. I will likely order again as generally, the plant looks good.just not a 5 star review on this one

Absolutely pleased and happy with my first purchase from Artiplanto. The plant is GORGEOUS! And exactly what was needed in my living room. I purchased a bird of paradise plant and couldn't be happier. The quality is amazing and the plant is very realistic and adds elegance, ambience and life to the room. Definitely recommend. Also purchased a planter that I suspected would be too small but loved it so much, I ordered anyway and decided yes the scale is wrong indeed. Contacted customer support and totally hassle free. A1! So happy I found them. The quality is unsurpassed. -Ordered again recently and again, great experience. This company is a class act and special.

Plant is beautiful. The only thing is that the delivery took some time and there was no communication between the time the order was placed and the delivery date.

This company is amazing, wonderful selection great service and the people you talk with are so nice and polite it's a real joy to work with them. I would send anyone looking for silk plants any day. My delivery arrived within 2 working days of ordering it. I got an email notification when they were coming and then a very courteous call from the driver when he was 15 minutes away. When the delivery was completed, I got another text with a photo of both my delivery and their vehicle telling me it was complete. Amazing customer service.

I got my Olive tree last night and so thrilled to see how real it looks! I bought OLI 5.5 ft tall and it looks stunning in my space. I was a bit skeptical about buying a faux Tree with Olives only because I know if they are not made well, they can really ruin the decor. But Artiplanto has exceeded my expectations It has instantly elevated my space with elegance. The tree is fuller looking, olives on the tree are scattered and look so REAL (it has a bit of green with black shade). Overall I am super happy with my purchase. If you’ve been looking for an Olive tree, please don’t look anywhere, just buy it from Artiplanto. I promise you won’t regret. I have seen so many expensive olive trees but this one is the BEST out of all.
I would also like to extend a BIG thank you to Sylvain who delivered the tree and helped me bring it inside my house. I have a shoulder injury and unable to move or lift any weight … Sylvian was so patient and understanding. He didn’t leave the tree outside my house but brought it inside. My DIL got the Nadine panted rug and loves the price and product.

I’ve never bought anything other than a fibre area rug but with pets any fibre rug is ruined too quickly and looks awful and too expensive to replace.

I loved my DIL’s rug and dealing with Artiplanto and bought the Nadine 9 x 12 for under $400.

I forgot to apply the 10% promo when I processed the order and emailed customer service. Before 24 hrs I had a reply and refund for the promo credited to my credit card.

The rug arrived today (in Ontario within a week of ordering) the most beautiful truck! I’m so impressed with Artiplanto.
I also asked if the design doesn’t work n my room could I exchange or return. Yes I can exchange for another free shipping or get an e-card to buy other items! I’ll post the end results! But I’m so impressed with Artiplanto and happy to support a Canadian company!

Super happy with Artiplanto! I ordered a rug which was delivered less than 48 hours after I ordered it. It is exactly as pictured, and a thin but soft material perfect for my office. I will be ordering another Artiplanto rug for my bedroom as a result!

Writing about the excellent customer service I recently received from Artiplanto. I have many of these various faux plants throughout my home, and on my outdoor terrace, having spent thousands of dollars over the last two years.

I recently had some issues with my a few of my Jose snake plants. There is some confusion as to whether or not these plants can be exposed to rain. THEY CANNOT.

After some debate, Artiplanto was quick to make it right and replace my three damage plants. Overall the quality of these faux plants are excellent and I highly recommend!

Very impressive! Plant was delivered in 24 hours? This is my second one from Artiplanto and it came fast the first time (a week?), but this time was even more impressive!

Do not order rugs from Artiplanto if you live in the US. I was targeted with Instagram ads and decided to buy one of their rugs. What I didn't see until it was too late is that (1) you can't return or exchange a rug if you live in the US, (2) their rugs don't feel like rugs and (3) the rug I bought is much darker than the pictures (Aria rug). I'm not one to post reviews, but don't want others to make the same mistake I did and throw away $200.

I've just received my third plant from Artiplanto and I love them! Given the direction my house faces, optimal natural light on the ground floor is challenging. I'm so glad to have discovered Artiplanto and have recommended their plants to friends and family. Product came just as described. My plant was shipped a few days after the order was placed. Shipping itself was fast and the shipper contacted me to inform me the time of his arrival. I had a really good experience purchasing at artiplanto.

I ordered 3 planters & a rug from Artiplanto & I’m thrilled! The order was shipped quickly & delivered personally by Artiplanto. The pots arrived very carefully packaged & looked just like on the website. The carpet was great, & arrived rolled up & covered carefully in plastic. I’m excited to add the pots & carpet to my new greenhouse! I’d buy from them again!

Received my order quickly within couple days delivered by representative from the company. Great service and loving my new Olive Tree!

Placed an order for the kinsley rug back in October 2021. They continued to promise shipping dates. It is now June 2022 and they were still not able to fulfill our order. They gave us discount on our order which we appreciated but when it had been over 8 months we were left with no other option but to opt for a smaller size rug. Artiplanto agreed and shipped it out immediately. What they did was not provide a refund on the difference of the price between our original order. They said we already received discounts so they wouldn't refund anything. That makes no sense because the discount was for us waiting months and months.the discount was us to ensure we don't cancel the order.

Disappointed in their customer service, shipping/delivery time and everything about the company. Our first and last experience with Artiplanto. We will definently not be recommending any of their products to our family and friends.

At this point, I own 10 different plants from Artiplanto and I love every single one of them, with the palms being my favourite. They’re such good quality and have elevated my living space in a way only plants can. Try these guys out!

The delivery was great
The delivery person did call me to give me a heads-up about 20 minutes before they were to drop it off and when he arrived. I did not recognize the number so I actually wasn't sure it was artiplanto delivery. That would be my only qualm if that.

3rd update: They sent another notification email saying that they refunded the full amount after my final warning. The entire experience was revolting. We will be checking with our bank to make sure that the refund actually goes through. If we are going to have anymore problems with this company from now on, they will hear from my lawyer directly.

2nd update: I sent a follow up email demanding a refund, and threatened to have my layers contact them. 2 minutes later, I immediately receive a text/email saying that a PARTIAL refund has been issued. Utterly unacceptable. They shipped the most expensive item RIGHT AFTER I requested a refund and never bothered responding to any of my emails.

1st Update: After sending an email requesting cancellation and refund, they did not bother responding at all yet dare sent me an item has been shipped notice right after I asked for a cancellation. Disgusting customer service. They ignored the issue completely. I made it clear that the order is to be cancelled and refunded since no items were shipped within a reasonable time frame. I do not want anything to do with this company or any of their products, if you continue to ignore the issue, I’ll proceed with legal action.

We placed our order 2 weeks ago and did not receive any updates, after reading all these reviews do we realize that the company is a fraud.
Customer service is terrible, every time we called, it went straight to voicemail. I sent them an email demanding a cancellation and full refund, and am currently speaking with my bank and lawyer about this. Let's see what they say.

Please DO NOT order from this store! I give this place “NO STAR”rating

1. When you order they’ll claim item out of stock.
2. Unfortunately then you’re left with 2 months to receive item.
3. One man shop (Alex) shows no consideration for misrepresentation of 7day shipping to US or delivery of item, when they switch it to out of stock so their additional time to deliver can be granted. Will use every stalling technique to sustain the transaction.
4. When the package finally arrived, the box was open and taped several places, the stalks of the tree were unassembled to the base.

THE DECISION TO BUY FROM THIS RETAILER IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

*The items may look great but trust me, please don’t sign up for this headache like I did.

This company is horrible. I’ve waited almost three months now for my order. I’ve requested a refund multiple times due to the company failing to fulfill an order; they refuse to refund.

I have tried several times to contact someone via email and no one ever responds. I ordered my plant on 1/17 and my payment has gone through, but no plants. All I want to know is when I’ll get them. Maybe they’ll see this and respond. I will be asking for a refund if I don’t get them very soon.

Useless company, ordered a plant in NOVEMBER! Today is February 2nd, and still no plant.weve back and forth emailed with them several times, with them always giving us new shipping dates, only to be broken. Like other reviews have said, they initially blamed the delay on the product being out of stock, which they did not inform us of until WE followed up with them when there was no sign of the plant arriving. This was a Christmas present and now its just embarrassing that it is months late. What a joke.

While the company is based in Montreal, the product is actually shipped to you from China. I cancelled my order after 2 months of waiting and a pile of fake excuses. Don't waste your time.

I’ve never been so frustrated in my entire life. 100% this company is a fraud. Customer service has been SILENT. I never received an order number and i ordered a tree 3 weeks ago. Little do they know i am taking action with our lawyers and bank. I cannot stand companies who pull this BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

They don’t take returns! Don’t waste your money. This company is a fraud. My wife ordered a plant two months ago and they said they were out of stock and that they would ship it immediately when it became available priority shipping for free. Two months later the plant shipped and it’s horrible quality. We were charged $60 for shipping. We tried to rectify the situation and they declined to take the plant back. They offered to pay half the shipping costs. That doesn’t come close to the money we wasted on this company. THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES TO ORDER PLANTS FROM. Cost us $260 for fake plastic plants. Customer service didn’t treat my wife with any respect.

Alex went above and beyond to help us find the plant that we were looking for and to make sure that we get it on time. The quality and presentation of the product is just like the picture, definitely recommended to anyone looking for a plants for indoors.

Excellent service with fast shipping, ordered the product the day before and got it in front of my door the next day! It's just magical and would come back again!

Plant arrived two months after ordering it. No one thought to reach out to me and update me - I had to go out of my way to keep asking why it was delayed. After I expressed my frustrations, the owner e-mailed me saying my complaints were invalid and I would not be compensated for the delay because they had many other successful orders so clearly their customer service is fine. Very strange response to receive from a company owner. But don’t worry guys, they gave me a very generous credit of 10%, $20 off for the TWO month delay. Also I can see they tried to call me out on a previous person’s review - the lack of professionalism here is shocking.

Super disappointed with this experience. Ordered a plant December 22nd from the website thinking it was in stock seeing as other options showed 'sold out'. Informed a week or so later that they'd oversold and shipment would be delayed 2 weeks. Here I sit January 28th, still no plant, still no shipping confirmation. Only saving grace is emails responded to within 48 hours. Be prepared for long waits.

BEWARE.this company is a fraud.we ordered 4 plants. 1 came after a month - then the second came after 2 months.they are the worst quality I have ever seen.they keep saying they will take them back or someone will call but never get back to us. I am trying to cancel the 3rd and 4th and asking for a refund.we are going to the fraud department of our credit card company now BEWARE - extremely bad quality you could get better quality at the dollar store

BE AWARE of "deals" on Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc.the "smart" people at Artiplanto is announcing a "70% OFF", which turns out to be more than what I paid 3 months ago in Sept 2019. I paid 177 CAD and now with 70% off the same plant is selling for 189 CAD!
