Ce que j'aime avec le cabinet. C'est que contrairement aux autres qui laissent sous entendre (Si tu n'est pas content du prix va ailleur.) Ils prennent la peine de revérifier et analyser le dossier pour voir ce qu'ils peuvent faire de mieux.

I received very fast and efficient customer service from Felix. I dread calling these places as it always takes a long time to complete however Felix was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable, and we were done in less than 20 minutes! I would highly recommend this company.

I asked to change my date for withdrawal for the 18th. Then the following month on the 16th my payment was taken and I got stuck with $100 in NSF fees. When I called to address this I was gaslite and told that I didn’t make my request specific enough and that it was my fault that they assumed I only meant for the one month. David whatever manager told me he was close personal friends with Taylor also whatever manager, which I have no idea what relevance this had to our conversation, that again it was my fault that I didn’t state clearly in the “recorded” conversation that I wanted the change to be for the months following. I asked to listen to the recording which he denied me and after which he threw in my face that for the time I’ve been with them this isn’t the first payment I have missed. I then told him that it was rude to throw my hardship in my face and that I hadn’t missed a payment in the last 2 years. This company is ABUSIVE and uses GASLIGHTING stratifies to bully and shame their customers into compliance. I am looking into another of the thousands of brokers because instead of sympathy and understanding I was treated with disregard and irritation. #KBDsucks #badcustmerservice #donotrecommed #gaslightingisnotok

Amazing experience for my first time dealing with KBD! I was served by Felix and his patience to ask the right questions to provide the insurance that I needed at a price that met my expectations and more was outstanding! I decided to change my house Insurance as well; after being with my previous insurance for 10 years! Professional work and would recommend!

Pour ma part, c'est Émmanuel qui s'est occupé de mon dossier. Que de bons mots pour lui, compétence, professionnalisme et courtoisie. J'ai été plus de 20 ans avec le même assureur et pourtant, je me sentais plus proche d'Émmanuel que je connaissais à peine. L'avantage de faire affaire avec un courtier plutôt qu'un direct.

Au final, j'ai économisé plus de 1K et j'ai maintenant un service personnalisé! Good Job Émmanuel:)

Terrible service. Was told I needed to pay $250 to add a new vehicle to my insurance policy. Additionally, $150 because another driver brake checked me as soon as I purchased my new vehicle for a “solutions program”. A vehicle that was not even insured yet under KBD.

Took me forever to speak with somebody too, and I was put on hold multiple times through out my phone call.

While TD offered me a coverage at the price of 2400$ per year, KBD really surprised me with a much better coverage at a very low price (1400$). Entire process was completed in under 30 mins and im glad that i made this move to switch from TD to KBD.

First time dealing with insurance & kyle was super fast and informative! Made my experience extremely easy. Highly recommend!
