What an amazing service by my broker Aiman Allameddine, after having a water damage at my house last Friday due to the severe weather and after the insurance sent the crew to take care of the problem which never happened, Saturday after noon the water flooded more areas, calling the insurance with no help available asking me to wait till Monday morning, Sunday morning Mr Alameddine arrived at my house and he ask me that he will help me to go on the roof and cover the area with a tarp so the water will not penetrate the house again, thank you for the customer service and the care toward your clients, God blessings and protection be upon you

They are so professional. I have been working with them for couple of years and totally recommend them for car, house, insurance.

Mon assurance avait augmenté à cause d'une contestation dont j'étais déclaré non responsable, j'avais appelé mon supposant courtier pour lui parler, il s'appelait Evan Panicono et il me sort le prétexte qu'Il n'est plus mon courtier mais que mon nouveau courtier va m'appelait avant l'application de mon assurance pour régler cet issue. Personne ne m'a jamais rappelé juste pour me fournir des explications même si j'avais rappelé à plusieurs reprise. JE VOUS RECOMMANDE PAS SURTOUT NE FAITES PAS AFFAIRE AVEC CE MONSIEUR PANICONI.

Je ne vous recommande aucunement cette compagnie.
Impossible de les rejoindre pour avoir de l'information, j'ai essayer 3 numéros différents, les 3 tombent sur une boîte vocale pleine et ça raccroche immédiatement. J'ai même essayer d'envoyer un courriel et je ne peux même pas l'envoyer. Aucun service à la clientèle offert.

I've been working with Aiman Alameddine for a couple of years referring clients to him for auto and home insurance, he has taken good care of them from start to finish and has again come through for me with my auto insurance.
