The technicians arrived on time, well-prepared, and were highly professional throughout the process. They worked diligently, ensuring that everything was installed correctly and functioning optimally. The process was swift, and now our place is comfortably cool just in time for summer. J'ai contacté AT Climatisation lorsque la thermopompe de mon unité ne semblait pas fonctionner convenablement. En quelques heures j'ai obtenu un rendez-vous pour le surlendemain.

Lors du rendez-vous, Manny (le réparateur) a d'abord fait une révision de l'appareil et a pris le temps de tout m'expliquer à l'aide de vidéos et de photos. Suite au diagnostic, il m'a proposé les options de réparations possibles et a pris bien soin de me donner les différents coûts associés à chacune de ces solutions. Suite à la réparation, il a passé deux heures à la maison afin de tout vérifier et de s'assurer que tout fonctionnait convenablement.

Manny a été très courtois, efficace et m'a donné l'heure juste. Vraiment, excellent service!

We just had a cleaning of our system (2 heads inside the house, 1 heat pump outside, bought and installed by AT 4 years ago) done. Excellent work, thoroughly washed the inside of the heads not just the filters, and they installed plastic sheeting to completely avoid the mess - very professionally done. 5/5
