Le chef Léo est très professionnel et patient. Il donne beaucoup de truc de cuisine qui est très utile dans la vie de tout les jours. Les recettes sont exquises et faciles à refaire. Atelier et saveurs dans le vieux Montreal

Comme première expérience, c’est génial! Bravo à Léo, chef parfait, patient, service à la clientèle excellent et façon d’enseigner extra. Je vais vous recommander sans aucune hésitation!

Notre prof était bien. Les drinks au rhum qu'on a fait était bon. Aucun aspect décor de drink par contre c'est dommage. Et les “tapas” faisait super pitié et on s’attendait à plus et meilleur. Notre prof à dit que la cuisine était trop booké à cause des fêtes…

Excellent activité de group! On a cuisiner notre diner ensemble avec des college de travaille sous supervision d'un chef c'ete un excellent soirée

I've done 3 classes total, 2 in the Old Port and 1 at the Timeout Market, with 3 different instructors. All of the classes/instructors have been great and I always had a really fun time. Highly recommend for birthdays, dates, and a casual Tuesday.

Did a cocktail making class with my best friend. Our host/instructor was Axel, she was amazing and very patient during the class. I loved her energy and how engaging she was with everyone. We made 3 cocktails and had 3 different types of tapas. I loved the location it was beautifully decorated. The location is in old port and easily accessible by metro. I can’t wait to come back to try other classes.

We held a team building event for our new management team and it was so much fun! Very well organized, clear instructions and great camaraderie all round. The food was delicious and plentiful and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We hope to return soon!

We did a cocktail making class (3 cocktails with 2 apps served) as an afternoon for a bachelorette party. This was so much fun! A great activity, learned awesome tidbits along the way, and a very fun experience. I hope to go back to try a different class when in montreal again!

I organized a group event for my friend's bachelorette and it was an amazing experience. We booked the Tendance Cocktails package which included three cocktails and three tapas. Victor led our class and he was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and so much fun! The cocktails we crafted were delicious and the small bites were tasty.

The class was tailored for our bachelorette group which made it memorable and the music selection was a blast. I highly recommend this experience! Thank you so much!

‍ Formation de cuisine exceptionnelle pour préparer un brunch inoubliable! Chef Laurent a été incroyable, un instructeur hors pair, prenant soin d'expliquer et de décomposer chaque étape avec des astuces géniales. Ambiance chaleureuse, rustique et conviviale, j'ai passé un super moment pour mon anniversaire avec ma copine. Le menu était top et varié, avec un excellent enseignement pour chaque recette ️.

Espace de travail agréable, mais une légère réorganisation des tiroirs serait appréciée. Des tabliers et couteaux étaient fournis, mais ils auraient pu être un peu plus aiguisés. En prime, un service irréprochable durant la formation et une superbe sélection de cocktails! Le tout à des prix abordables. Je recommande vivement cette expérience culinaire à tous les amateurs de brunch!? ‍

Je retournerai sans hésiter avec ma copine et/ou ma famille pour découvrir d'autres formations passionnantes ‍. J'ai fait l'atelier avec mon conjoint sous la supervision Du Chef Shawn. Nous avons adoré! Shawn a pris le temps de nous expliquer, de nous montrer et nous donner des astuces. Le mercredi suivant mon conjoint est retourné pour l'atelier sushi, la jeune femme ne prenait pas le temps d'attendre, ni de remarquer ou les clients étaient rendu dans les étapes. Nous avons eu l'impression que la jeune femme voulait avoir terminé avant de commencer. Juste pour dire que de transmettre un savoir n'est pas donné è tout le monde.

Was a super fun work event, organized as a big competition, drinks were fun, wine was good and the catering food was what we all needed!

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir hier soir avec Victor le bartender pour l’atelier de création de cocktails Nous avons appris plein de trucs en plus d’avoir rit, chanté, dansé et shaker en masse. Je recommande fortement cette sortie, ça fait changement, c’est interactif et très amusant!

J'ai adoré le cours avec chef David. L'endroit est sympa et propre. L'ambiance ludique mais professionnelle. On apprends avec les autres membres du groupe. J'ai déjà re booké un deuxième cours.

I recently booked a corporate event for 25 people, and we all had an AMAZING time. We selected the 'Team Shaking' package, which involved splitting the team into two groups. While one team was in the kitchen, the other group was making cocktails/mocktails at the bar. Then the teams would switch places.

The chefs were so knowable, kind, and funny! They made instructions easy to follow, even if you are not an avid cook.

The mixologist was excellent as well! He played awesome music and was so energetic.

The process of booking this event was super simple. The Event Directors were very communicative and always provided fast responses.

The venue itself is so lovely! It felt very intimate and cozy.

My whole team loved this experience, and the food we made was delicious. You even receive recipes at the end of the class!

Every aspect of the event was excellent, and I highly recommend booking this class for your next corporate or personal event.

Tres belle experience! J’enlève une étoile, car je trouve qu’il il n’y a pas eu assez d’emphase/rappel sur le lavage des mains. Sans s’en rendre compte on touche à notre visage, nos téléphones, nos cheveux tout en manipulant la nourriture? … des élastiques sont fournies pour attacher les cheveux par contre, je pense qu’une autre protection comme un filet pourrait éviter des surprises ds les assiettes.

Quelle belle expérience! La chef et l équipe sur place étaient très à l aise et sympatiques! Elle nous a fourni beaucoup d informations, critiques constructives, et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Très reconnaissante d avoir pu assister! Ce n est qu un début

Myself and my partner would have had a great time learning how to make cocktails and tapas, but unfortunately the instructor refused to teach the class bilingually. As this location is in a tourist area and previous reviews stated staff is usually more than willing to accommodate. I was disappointed that we were ignored the entire class and unable to fully participate. The tapas were great and the gentleman plating and serving was very nice and took time to explain the food to us in English. I unfortunately cannot say the same for the instructor. I completely understand if the instructor was not bilingual but there still is a way to make all participants feel included and ensure they are caught up with the class. We were immediately treated differently than the rest of the class and not welcomed. I really wish our experience was as shining as the other reviews here. The drinks and tapas were delicious and the music a fun addition! I would definitely recommend but beware if you are not familiar with French fully!

I attended the Tapas cooking class Sunday and had a great time. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The recipes were easy to make. It was an amazing activity to share with my girls. I would certainly return and I am looking forward to it.

Très belle expérience en couple. Nous pensions faire chacun nos recettes individuellement, mais l’effet de groupe est bon sur la durée du cours.

J'ai participé à une activité de bureau virtuelle pour apprendre à concocter 2 délicieux cocktails (sans alcool ou avec)! Vraiment super.avec Victor.le cocktail au romarin est vraiment incroyable!

On a fait un cours de cuisine en ligne avec le chef Nick.
C'était vraiment le fun, les recettes et les astuces sont bien expliqués et le résultat était vraiment bon.

Great virtual party ideas and packages! We hosted a truffle and cookie making workshop for our office holiday party and it was AMAZING! Everyone is still raving about it! Amazing quality!

Atelier d'initiation à la dégustation: sélection de vins intéressante avec une sommelière qui prend plaisir à partager ses connaissances au groupe.

Très belle soirée passez avec le chef Clément et la sommelière Moreen. Le service était impeccable et le cours de cuisine était très intéressant! On y retourne pour d'autres ateliers assurément.

I really liked the experience. I learned and enjoy the Sparkling wines testing in a nice friendly ambiance. Great option to share with friends. The team was friendly and easy going.

Une très belle expérience culinaire du début à la fin! Dès l'accueil, tout était bien organisé et les lieux sont jolies, propres et agréables. Le cours était en petit groupe de 8 personnes et le chef Iman avait une approche personnalisée et vulgarisait très bien les différentes techniques. La cuisine est bien structuré et l'équipement est très bien. Le menu nous permettait de travailler avec différents aliments et de découvrir de nouvelles saveurs et textures. Une expérience à faire pour les passionnés de cuisine!

What a blast! We were a group of 10 that participated in the mixology course. We had the opportunity to learn how to make some delicious cocktails, munch on some delicious tapas and having so much fun doing it! They were kind enough to share their recipes with us by the end of the activity. I am so lucky to have discovered this gem! We will be definitely coming back! Can't wait for the laval location to open!:)

Bien que j'aie eu beaucoup de plaisir avec des personnes rencontrées sur place, j'avoue être un peu déçue de mon expérience. Il s'agissait davantage d'une démonstration que d'un cours, selon moi. Nous n'avons pas cuisiné, à part aux quelques moments où la chef demandait de l'assistance et au montage des pâtisseries à la toute fin. Ce n'est pas du tout ce que j'avais en tête en me rendant là-bas. Aussi, je ne pense pas que ça serait un luxe d'ajouter trente minutes au cours: la dernière heure était très expéditive, comme si la chef s'était rendue compte qu'elle allait manquer de temps pour tout compléter.

À moins de me le faire offrir en cadeau, je ne pense pas y retourner. Je n'ai pas senti que mon 100$ a bien été investi. Malgré tout, le personnel était très agréable, très chaleureux. Le cours a quand même été intéressant et la chef était très compétente)

Loved my experience at Atelier & Saveurs! The chef was friendly, really helpful and taught us a lot of cooking tricks we will be using at home! The food and products used were top quality and delicious. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their other classes. Merci à toute l’équipe pour un très beau dimanche matin!

My husband and I did a French pastry course. It was 12 people total. We expected to be 'doing' more baking, but it's more of a demonstration with tips and techniques, and you get to do the final 'dressage'. We would've preferred to do 1 dessert, but make it from beginning to end ourselves (instead of watch 4 being made). The course also ran short, so the end was a chaotic rush. The final result was delicious though and we go to take it home. I did email the place the day before to know if there was something we needed to bring or wear, and nobody responded.

I'm surprised by the high rating this place has. Maybe my experience was a one off. However:
It wasn't worth it in my opinion. We were a big group of 18 for a birthday party. The staff were rude and unaccomodating. The cocktail making was rather underwhelming. The bartender/ teacher was all around lack luster.
We had fun because we're awesome; and because we were all laughing at the joke of an establishment it was.
I think this place is a good idea, unfortunately it's poorly executed.
I wouldn't return/ recommend this place, and speaking with other people from our party, neither would they.
Save your money.

I never really take the time to write reviews, however this one was sooo bad and a bit e pensive that I have to share. We had a private class since we were a large group for a birthday. They did not allow us to bring a cake and said that if we did we had to pay 4$ more per person, which would be a total of 80$+ which makes no sense given the fact that the cake was already bought. The teacher/bartender kept on making rude/out of line comments all night, which made the experience more uncomfortable. The 2 tapas we got. 1 one then was a soup that was water a bit of veggies in a shot looking cup. The second tapas was a bean salad that even I can make better than that.
I think that because the tip is included and they take a deposit, the bartender cares less about what experience we get since he is getting his 15% regardless
Anyways, I just hope that they can improve their service

I went there with my husband and another couple of friends. We followed the tequila mixology class. We had a really fun time, learning how to make three cocktails. We had a bit of really tasty food between each drinks. The barman was really good and interesting, explaining a bit more than just the quantities that needed to be add.
Also, it lasted exactly as long as they advertised.
Definitely worth the money; will try another class some day!

Un vrai plaisir de déguster ce qu'on viens d'apprendre a cuisiner avec le chef très pédagogue. Un moment où on oublie tout pour se concentrer sur nos sens et découvrir une super expérience.
La cuisine est magnifique et spacieuse, la dégustation se fait dans un espace tout aussi agréable.
Attention on ne vois pas le temps passer!
