If you’re thinking about hiring them. Don’t.hear me out, it’s a 3 years long stressful journey avec beaucoup de déceptions. Je les ai engagé il y a 3 ans et j’ai détesté toute l’expérience. 2000$ pour ouvrir le dossier 1500$ après ton permis de travail et 1500 après ta RP. 1) les avocates se sont passées mon dossier comme on s’échange un ballon de foot. 2) la première a perdu toutes les photos que je lui avais fournies, elle ne m’a avertie qu’à la toute dernière minute qu’il me fallait un nouveau passeport donc des mois de retard de plus pour moi au dossier, j’ai écrit toute seule ma déclaration personnelle et il n’y a eu aucune relecture ou guidage de la part de mon avocate. J’ai même du aller à son bureau pour classer moi même les documents parce que c’était trop demandé à madame. Elle m’a aussi dit que je ne pouvais pas demander l’asile tandis que la responsable de l’immigration qui m’a contacté un an plus tard était choquée du fait que ce n’est pas cette demande que j’avais fait puisque mon cas cochait toutes les cases pour. J’ai dû renvoyer quasiment tous mes document à Niagara Falls moi même puisque à ce qui parait rien dans mon dossier n’avait de sens. 3) La deuxième que je n’avais jamais rencontré de ma vie s’en fichait carrément de moi et me donnait des réponses toutes faites à chacune de mes questions, j’ai fini par devoir me débrouiller seule. Après un certain temps elle a transféré mon dossier à une autre que je ne connaissais encore moins et m’a dit qu’elle ne travaillait plus au cabinet, pourtant 6 mois plus tard j’ai appelé et on m’a dit que oui elle était encore engagée par Renaud Déry. Aucunes d’entre elles ne peut te dire quand j’ai reçu ni mon permis de travail ni ma csq ni ma carte d’assurance maladie ni même ma carte RP. Bravo l’incompétence. Le plus triste c’est qu’elles ont la conscience tranquille en rentrant à la maison le soir après une « dure » journée de « travail ». Je suis dégoûtée carrément. J’ai dû faire toutes les démarches moi-même et le fait de devoir quand même les payer me révulse complètement.

As a previous customer, for 14 months, I can hardly recommend this office to anyone.months of waiting with no contacts. Before you pay the money, they will call you daily. But after you pay the 2nd payment, you're on your own. Be prepared for months of going back and forth between emails asking "anything new? " just to get an email by the end of the contract saying (file closed!). Very terrible experience I wish people not to go through as I did.

I have no negative comments to say about this law firm. We began our PR application a little over a year ago, during the middle of the pandemic, but regardless of the Covid fiasco, the firm was always available for our questions. More specifically Mrs. Jasmine Tan. She was always very quick to reply to our emails whenever we had questions or concerns, and very patient as well. I couldn't have asked for a better case manager to follow our case. I will definitely be recommending the firm to friends and family who need an immigration lawyer.

This is really best law firm. The staff they are amazing Miss Jasmine Tan she helped me very professionally and thoroughly with my case. I received my CSQ in such a short period of time. I am thankful by my heart to all the staff members who helped me.

Quality service, responsive and very professional. We applied on December 19th and got our passports with our visas early May.

I have given my file to put up on Quebec skill worker program from India to him, my file is cancelled along with 18000 other applicants, I have been mailing since two month but did not get a single mail from the firm, i paid more than 4000 dollars but they did not reply me or not mail me to refund even they did contract
