Si je vous donne 5 étoiles et non 2 c'est grâce à votre employé Aissata.
Je me suis déplacé pour acheter bottes de pluie pour enfant 20 minutes avant la fermeture du magasin. Les bottes étaient affichées comme disponible à ce magasin sur le site mais elles n'étaient pas dans les rayons. On m'a expliqué que les bottes étaient peut-être en arrière mais que je devrais revenir une autre fois. Personne ne voulait aller me les chercher disant que ça pourrait être long. J'ai insisté pour les avoir maintenant mais personne ne voulait aller les chercher. Finalement Aissata est venue m'aider et elle est allée les chercher. Ça a pris 10 minutes mais j'ai eu les bottes pour lesquelles je m'étais déplacé. Si vous ne voulez pas offrir les produits qui sont dans l'entrepôt, ne les affichez pas comme disponible sur votre site. Et remerciez votre employé Aissata qui vous a sauvé d'un avis à 2 étoiles.

A chaque fois que je vais a l'aubainerie je retourne à la maison satisfaite de mes achats il y a du choix les prix sont un peu plus élevé que chez Walmart mais ça en vaut la peine. En plus si vous avez des jumeaux vous épargnez 10% avec preuve. Le magasin est propre et bien rangé les commis/ caissière (celle qui m'a servi) sont très gentille en plus de donner des petits collants a mes enfants. Bravo!

The collection is good. We have mostly had good experience but last year bought one winter jacket on sale. In the very first wash its stitching gave up - poor stitching quality. We haven't visited them since but other than this its been a good experience.

Great layout and fast service. One stop clothing shop for the family with good quality for a reasonable price.

Love the store! Today, I loved it even more! The staff at the cashier, forgot to apply a % off on my item and I didnt even realise it, left the store, and once in my car ready to leave, she came running outside looking for me to let me know. That was just very kind and considerate of her part. So thank you ladies for always being so helpful and kind.

Clean and easy to navigate. Hard to get the attention of the staff, seems like they're super busy putting away clothes, but they're friendly.
