Auberge du Château Bahia

Chambre modeste qui ne ressemble pas dutout à un château. Pas de kleenex pas de séchoir à cheveux.
L'accueil chaleureux.
Pour moi je n'y retournerai pas.

Ok so my Step mom told me about this place and I was skeptical. Once we got there we saw just how weird and cool this place is! I wished we had stayed here but we were staying with family elsewhere. So fun, so weird and just a nifty place to visit!

This is a very interesting hotel with a lot of potential. I believe this will become a fantastic venue if the owners put in the time and effort to expand and improve the existing structures. We enjoyed our time here.

Accueil digne de ducs et duchesses! Quel bel endroit entre mer et montagnes! Tout y est! Vous pouvez même vous faire un feu, déjeuner sur place, vous cuisiner un BBQ. Les propriétaires sont extraordinaires! Ils aiment les gens et ça paraît. Je reviendrai assurément, ma Gaspesie cache trop bien ce trésor!

Honnêtement, je fesais un petit arrêt pour montrer l'endroit a mon conjoint qui n'avait jamais vue l'endroit et je lui disais a quel point c'etait beau et que nous pourrions dormir la un moment donné. Nous nous sommes rivé le nez a un acceuil hostile et clairement le monsieur nous a fait savoir que nous étions pas les bienvenue. Tres decu et je ne conseillerai jamais plus l'endroit.

Reserved 3 rooms for me and coworkers but once there the guy only had one room with 2bed and a couch. (mattresses stank). One toilet and one shower for all to share. Sounds like a scam they run. Beware of what you're actually renting. It's not one but two hotel. One seemed fancy while the first is old and breaking apart; actually unsafe and I can't believe this is any legal.

Wow! Je dois avouer qu'on y allait un peu à reculons (nous avions réservé un camping sur la route et il mouillait pas mal) mais une fois sur place, nous avons été très agréablement surpris!

C'est propre, ça fait changement de ce que nous voyons habituellement (et pas qu'un peu), les services sont tout près, personnel agréable.et les enfants ont vraiment adoré (un de leurs points forts d'un roadtrip de 2 semaines).

Vraiment, si nous retournons dans le coin, nous y ferons escale à nouveau!

Expérience inoubliable un festival de Blues 2023 avec Jim Zeller et d autres artiste devant ton balcon dans un paysage enchanté. J adore le concept. Bravo. Une soirée Tripante -).

Kool place to crash for a night exterior is beautiful interior is more small cottage type of rooms i would recommend especially if you have kids its a hidden gem has wifi optional breakfast hiking trails and i think there is a bar upfront beautiful place but the rooms are more just to sleep so don't expect super luxurious rooms.

This place is an experience. It is a living work of art. It is one mans dream turning into a reality. While here you are living inside a work of art. If you are expecting a motel or hotel you will be disappointed. Accept it for what it is, an adventure. Please stay for breakfast. The setting and fare are truly special. Embrace the experience.
