AUBERGE INTERNATIONALE DE QUEBEC

Très belle auberge! Quelques rénovations ont été effectuées depuis la dernière année. Par contre le système de réservation laisse à désiré! L'année dernière plusieurs erreurs avaient été compliqué à réparer. Mais cette année c'est encore pire! En plus d'avoir chargé des nuits sur notre carte de crédit que ne nous appartiennent pas et sans notre consentement. Ils ont loué un 7 ème lit dans notre chambre qui en contenait 6. Résultat, un étranger est entré dans notre chambre à 2h du matin pour dormir alors qu'il n'y avait pas de place.

It's a perfect place for sightseeing.
It is also close to the station and bus terminal.
There is staff at the front desk 24 hours a day, so you can rest assured.
And everyone was kind and friendly.

Clean rooms and breakfast included.
It was quiet and I was able to sleep well.
The kitchen is also spacious.

2 grands bâtiments des espaces communs spacieux mais dortoirs tous petits, on est entassé. Je suis restée 10 jours et ça s'est bien passé, personnel sympa, sanitaires corrects, une grande cuisine avec frigos.petit déjeuner inclus.et en plein centre ville.

Auberge très bien situé dans le vieux Québec, proche de tout.

We were in a room of 4, with a shared bathroom. The bunk beds are wide and sturdy and the room had enough space. The rooms have wardrobes that can be locked with a padlock (you must bring it).

Cleanliness is correct. The showers can be closed individually and have 4 hangers. There is no soap in the showers. They give you a bath towel.

Includes a very complete breakfast, from 7am, with tea and coffee, milk, bread and bagels, eggs, cereals, porridge, juice, butter and jam and cream cheese. It would be nice to add some gluten free options.

They have luggage storage.

According to the website, they were offering a walking tour but it just got cancelled.

Everything was really great, all the staff were billingual and the facility is very clean and organized! Great culture.

Auberge très bien située, propre, sécuritaire. Pour une chambre privée pas chère dans le Vieux-Québec, difficile de trouver mieux. Je suis une cliente récurrente et toujours satisfaite de mon séjour à HI Québec.

Pocket friendly and safe place to have short stay. Tye place is really huge with multiple rooms and options to choose from either you need private room or couple room or dormitory rooms so much.the place has cafe and dancing room to have engagement with French culture.

Very good hostel. Clean rooms, great staff, excellent location.not loud or chaotic. More than enough bathrooms on each floor.

The only thing that could be better, is if each bunk had a privacy curtain. Other than that, it's a 10/10

Nous recherchions une salle dans le Vieux-Québec qui pouvait recevoir une trentaine de personne.
Nous avons fait notre AGA dans la salle « Théâtre ». Nous avons eu la possibilité de louer un projecteur et un écran en plus!
Je recommande la salle sans hésitation!

Great location in the old city. Parking at 79 Rue Dauphin for C$18, but best to enter garage from across the Quebec City Montreal Downtown as the entrance via the old city was treacherous during snowy weather.

Had a private room though private bathroom was not connected but next door. Room is a bit dim due to poor lighting. Noisy from doors opening and closing and street traffic. Staff was polite, gracious, and very kind.

Very convenient to the old city. I would highly recommend this accomodations.

Très belles chambres, le personnel sympathique et s'accommode à nos besoins. Très bien situé au coeur du vieux Québec avec salons, cuisines et tout le matériel nécessaire disponible gratuitement. Pas trop cher et espaces communes chaleureuses.

Super rapport qualité prix, les douches sont propres, la chambre (dortoir) était très correct et le personnel sympathique. Super emplacement en plein vieux Québec, je recommande!

Got a private room for my family of 3. Was more spacious and comfortable than expected. Quiet and so clean.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix pour des séjours à court terme. Les salles de bains communes et WC sont très propres, les chambres privées agréable.
Seul petit bémol, la literie n'est pas très confortable et les murs sont très fins. Hors mis cela, je recommande fortement merci pour ce séjour

Service et accueil chaleureux. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Malgré le fait que certains services soient temporairement inaccessible dû aux restrictions de la santé publique, l'endroit est plus qu'une chambre, c'est un lieu qui inspire au voyage et aux rencontres. Simon, le directeur des lieux, s'enquiert de la satisfaction de ses clients avec gentillesse. C'était notre deuxième séjour et sûrement pas le dernier. Merci à tous le personnel.

The hostel is in a great location with wonderful welcoming staff. The room was basic, spacious and clean. There is a lovely outdoor courtyard with lots of seating plus a ramp & rack for bike storage. There are also lots of comfortable indoor common areas to relax in. Pre-Covid, I am sure the common areas would have been bustling with activities & people. Right now the are lovely, calm, inviting. The entire hostel including the bedrooms have beautiful tall windows that can be opened completely to allow for maximum natural ventilation

Séjour du 3 au 9juillet, très bon prix, j ai partagé ma chambre la première journée et les 2dernières journées, voyageur/colocataire respectueux et sympathique. Personnel de l auberge sympathique, prix super, auberge agréable et je pense qu il propose aussi des tours guidés demandés à la réception, bar fermé à cause de la Covid, cuisine disponible en tout temps pour voyageur, endroit propre

Beautiful location and cheap rooms. The staff are helpful and really friendly. We had a private room with a private bathroom, and everything was clean. A free tour was offered to us for free in the morning! I absolutely recommend this Hostel! The best in Old Quebec!

This hotel is right in the middle of Vieux Quebec and has so much character! In addition to a great location, very near to the Main Street and all the great food joints. Very clean!
The breakfast was included however there was no buffet. We were given packaged food. Maybe it was due to covid. Hopefully, it will change the next time I visit.
This isn't a main stream hotel - it has a hostel vibe to it, great travel experience! Despite the ancient atmosphere and old structure, the staff keeps the rooms very clean. It was safe, quiet, charming and a real experience!

Excellent location, cute, clean rooms. Has a very kind and helpful manager. I would totally recommend it and come back. It was still fun even with the covid situation.

If you want to stay in the old town you can not have a better location. The space was old but well kept. Decent breakfast is included and Wifi. They offer tours of the old village and trips out to the waterfall for a small cost. They have a huge kitchen where you can keep your own food and cook if you are looking to cut down on cost.

The staff are helpful and kind and the bar is a fun place to hangout and meet others. If I am ever in the area again I would stay.

The one issue we had was the bunk beds. Due to they style of bunk bed with a bar blocking the ladder vs an open section only at the ladder, they are very difficult to get in and out off and there where several tumbles and falls trying to get around the bar. And as the bed itself is a wire frame the ladder hurts your feet quite a bit and shakes a lot as you go up and down. If you are a solo traveler I would suggest trying to get a bottom bed to avoid this problem.

Great breakfast, fun hang out areas, good facilities. Only downside is hearing everything through the walls.

The location is perfect for a walking tour of old quebec city.prices were great and the place was very clean.

Everything is perfect, it's clean, cheap and convenient location. The only problem is the breakfast that is terrible. Not enough choice.

The staff is awesome, delicious breakfast and very comfortable rooms with great views of old Quebec.
